I came in for an oil change and they notified me of the many issues my vehicle had (which were true). They told me how much it would cost to fix each issue, which was from what I know was an average industry-standard price, I declined and he said, ok, no problem. He provided me with additional advice for free and I felt no pressure at all during the entire experience. Super friendly staff.

They are always super friendly and reasonably priced. They let me know when my car doesnt need anything, and always gives me.a choice if it does.

I initially gave a one star review because I believed that the shop tampered with a tire patch which I had received recently to try and scam me for a $25 tire patch service. A few hours after posting my review I received a call from the store. The person tried to reason with me and promised me that they would never do something like this. A big part of me wants to believe him however I find the probability of receiving another hole in my tire in the span of 25 miles of driving a bit slim when I have only ever had one tire issue in the last 20k miles. At any rate, I appreciate the store’s concern about customer satisfaction. Moving forward I strongly urge anyone with a similar issue to reach out to the shop right away as I am sure the owner will be willing to work out the issue. I will say that I am impressed with how important customer service and customer satisfaction is to this store.

I have been coming here for a few years now and there is a reason why. I always get great service, the excellent quality of work is done by skilled professionals and Im never made to feel Im asking too many questions. Wouldnt have left 1 star if i didnt have to. To post a review. Took my truck to have my a/c checked out because it wasnt blowing cold air. They said i need a whole new system. Estimate, parts a labor $850. Couldnt afford that. So I left. My friend whos a mechanic was in town, some time after. Had him check it. One of the valves in the line was leaking. Also A/c motor wont turn on if it has no freon. Which it didnt. The Part was $12 bucks. Bought some Freon. . all good. cost me $30. Im sure they new .That their professionals.

***Look no further, this is the spot!***I run a small fleet of service vans and let me tell you I’ve used over a handful of other places to service our fleet. We all want a good deal, great work and at the end of the day just an honest place of business that at least does what they say they do. I found myself having to settle many of times for at least 1 of the 3 with probably the last one being the most important. Everything would be going good, so you think and as soon as you let your guard down, BAM! they do something that puts them right there with the rest. So I pretty much gave up on it and figured that’s just what it is. That was till I came across Vincent, Nelson and their team at A1 Automotive. These guys are great and not just the majority of the time, it’s every time. These guys get my vans in and out and most of the time I don’t even have an appointment not knowing in advance myself when things are going to happen or be needed. No more settling for this guy, this will be the only place I take my Fleet and even as of recent my personal vehicles. Just wanted to say we appreciate your services and keep up the good work. I definitely have to give a shout out to this shop about how helpful and professional they were with an issue regarding my 2019 Camaro SS. I was having difficulties with my aftermarket oil cap and low engine oil levels so I googled the nearest shop to my home and found these guys. I rushed to the shop about 10 minutes before closing and I was very impressed with how quickly they attended to my needs (unlike the shop I was at just previously who were less than helpful and even rude - Best Auto Care - avoid them at all costs!)... And to top it all off, these guys didnt charge me a cent! Now that, ladies and gentlemen, is the epitome of courtesy and professionalism. Theyve just earned a new returning customer and I highly recommend others if youre reading this review to give this place a shot for all your auto repair needs.

My family and I take our car here when we need to. They have very good customer service. Very courteous to the customers. If you give referrals from somebody who has sent you, make sure that you have them write down the name of the person who sent you there, because they will give you a discount on things like oil changes, if you have referred customers to them and theyre supposed to mark it down. I did run into a problem in this area just recently, where I sent my sister in and she told them that I had sent her and told them my name. Apparently the worker did not put that fact down on my account. So when I came in for my oil change, they were going to charge me full price which is $50. But after explaining what happened and asking if whoever is writing things down about referrals to be a little more careful in the future cuz it wasnt fair to me oh, he did give me a $10 off my oil change. Which I appreciated, as I have sent several family members to this location. They do great work, I feel there a fair price, cuz if you can find it cheaper, youll probably get what you pay for. I really like this place and will continue to come here for all my service needs on my vehicles!

My husband took my car in for an alignment and tire rotation. He was very impressed by how knowledgeable the mechanics were and how fast and efficient they were, not to mention very friendly!Very reasonable prices!My husband was so impressed, that he took his 1928 Ford Roadster in to have the brakes flushed and bled. My husband doesnt let anybody work on his Roadster.I highly recommend this shop to everyone!

I really trust these guys with my car. Weve been there three times for separate car issues and we appreciate their care and attention to detail. They try their best to give you the best price they can.They even gave us a really nice car wash each time,vacuumed the carpet, and waxed our tires? So nice! I highly recommend Nelson and the gang. A1 Auto was a lifesaver. My wife and I came from out of town to go to Disneyland and something almost knocked our bumper off our car. I called A1 first thing in the morning, I was in and out in under 20 minutes, and barely charged me a thing. Spencer was so great to work with and so helpful in explaining to me what he found and how he fixed it. I was would recommend them to anyone! AMAZING!

Went here with my girl friend for an oil change and they came back with a list of things that needed to be replaced on her car that totaled just about $1400. Only came here because it was the place that could take us last minute before a trip. Normally we take the car to the dealership and before this place they said the car was fine. Even went back to the dealership and they said nothing was wrong with the car. Wont be coming back here even for an oil change.

These guys are great! They care about your experience above all else!I had my car towed to their shop from another shop that i was having a bad experience with. These guy were super honest with me right from the beginning and soo helpful. They are friendly and curtious. It was a huge turn around from the previous shop i was at.After having a pretty good idea of what was wrong with my car i felt it wasnt worth it to fix it and made the decision to buy a new car. We called first think in the morning after the holiday weekend to let them know they didnt need to proceed with my car. Turns how they had already run a diagnotic. When i arrived at the shop to get my keys i had full intention on paying for the diagnosis seeing that they took the time to take my car apart and put it back together. THEY WAVED THE FEE! They didnt have to do that, but they did. Im extremely appreciative of their kindess and generosity. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy and they do such great work.I would definitely recommend A1 to anymore whos looking for a good, reliable, honest, trustworthy mechanic.
