Rented a single stroller fairly short notice (4 days). Got confirmation email for drop off. It was earlier than necessary so replied to have it changed. No issues to have it changed and very easy/pleasant response. Arrived at our hotel and it was there waiting for us. It was clean and well taken care of. Used it for a week and it worked perfect. Left it at the hotel to be picked back up that evening. Received pick up email. Super simple rental process and great customer service. I’d use them again and would recommend based on my experience.

Cloud of Goods was awesome! This was our first time renting an ECV. We went with the heavy duty one because we knew we would go a good distance between the Disneyland Hotel and two parks. The battery lasted all day except one day when we did have to plug in at the park (there is a live plug by Guardians of the Galaxy). The communication on pickup/drop off days was great with regular updates on exactly when they would arrive. Eddie went over the controls and how to charge. He was great! I highly recommend using this company if you need an ECV to get around Disneyland.

Dont depend on cloud of goods. We arranged 3 scooters over 2 months ago. Today they were to deliver them to our hotel by 10pm. At 10:15pm we called ti see where they were, to our surprise they did not have our scooters and had canceled our order. At 10pm. They had not called so we could find other accommodation. I do not recommend. They are very unreliable.

I actually had a difficult time contacting this company via phone. BUT (when on their website) I was able to Live Chat w/ them VERY easily; instantly actually. Ended up being easier to live chat w/ them...and ask them that rep to call me...which worked well. I just think knowing of this process would have made it a bit easier. This companys (online) price was great, compared others I looked at.The heavy-duty scooter I rented for showed up early at our hotel; was actually a blessing to use while on a Disneyland trip (my dad never would have lasted otherwise). Never had any issues worked like a charm, & was actually impressed w/ how long the battery lasted. (We stayed at the Disneyland park for 12hrs one day-meh, battery was still fine by the time was loaded the shuttle that evening...awesome.)Allison or Amber...sorry not sure of the name oops, I thought gave us excellent customer service via live chat & once she called me. The driver texts you once they have delivered the scooter (which was very appreciated); the driver was also easy to work with when it came to picking up. All in all when we plan to Disneyland again i DO plan to use this company again! [As mentioned previously I think it is best to know that communicating w/ this company is best done online & over the phone...which I can see many of the older generation (who do need a scooter) will find this a bit frustrating. Reserved a double stroller for our Disneyland trip 3+ weeks ago. I received a confirmation text yesterday for delivery, but never received the stroller. I called to speak with a representative and he said my order had been cancelled because they ran out of double strollers, but I was never notified. I still have not received an email or notice of the cancellation, nor a refund to the card I used for the reservation. I asked if they could bring two single strollers instead, and was told they couldn’t come until later this week (after our trip is over). Not sure how they ran out of strollers in the last 24 hours, despite my early reservation. I strongly advise against using this company.

It is unfortunate that I have to write a bad review and warn others of their faulty electric scooters. I rented one on March 7 to the 8th 2020 and had the worst service and chair. The delivery of my chair was three hours late which made our plan Disneyland trip a mess but we made the best of it. Then the next day the same electric scooter decided to stop when it would like to and almost caused an accident on harbor cross walk because it stopped in the the middle of the Intersection well crossing I called customer service they told me to try a couple of things it seemed to fix the problem but only for a short amount of time. I called again and reported the problems once again and nothing was done so I had to end our Disney trip early because of this when I asked customer service was going to be done they told me I would hear back from a manager so at this point I am still waiting for their call. If cloud good is reading this so I would hope so for the safety of others so they do not rent out that faulty chair my customer service #35335

We are from Louisiana and this was our first trip to Anaheim. My husband cannot walk more than a few minutes due to a double knee replacement. Cloud of goods delivered the scooter before we arrived at our resort, everything was perfect, exactly what I ordered and expected. They were reasonable in price and easy to work with. We are going to Orlando in a few weeks and I will rent from them there due to the positive experience I had in Anaheim.

Our experience with Cloud of Goods was exceptional! We had trouble the first day of our scooter rental, the battery was quickly losing its charge. We called in and spoke with Becky who quickly solved our problem. Within one hour a new scooter was delivered and our vacation continued as planned. We will definitely use them in the future.

I reserved a double stroller for a trip to Disney. Got a confirmation, updated the drop off/pick up time. They were responsive. Everything looked great. They even sent an email confirming everything the night before our trip. The next day (after an early morning flight out of Anchorage), I got a voicemail when we got off our first flight that they didn’t have the inventory and canceled our reservation. That was the day they were supposed to drop off the stroller. Needless to say, I find that extremely unprofessional and it left us to find another rental last minute. Thank goodness for the extremely wonderful people at traveling baby, we were able to book a stroller and it was ready and waiting when we arrived at our hotel. I certainly will not be booking through Cloud of Goods again.

Worst mobility scooter ever. My mom rented one for Disneyland and the scooter wouldnt hold a charge. She could barely make it to the front gate. We were less than a mile from the gates. Once at Disneyland she had to rent a scooter from the parks. It was very inconvenient and costly. Please do not rent a mobility scooter from here you will be very disappointed.

What a Godsend! Recent mobility issues necessitated a wheelchair for thee days in Disneyland park and renting from Cloud of Goods was fast, easy, convenient, and affordable! They delivered the chair to the lobby of our hotel and the delivery driver kept in contact with us through the stay. Having the chair with us the entire stay was crucial to our pleasant trip and we HIGHLY recommend using Cloud of Goods for any rentals you might need when visiting Anaheim! Good job!!

I utilized this company before for our annual trip to Disneyland. I reserved a double stroller a week in advance. My stroller was supposed to be delivered the night before our 1st day at the hotel but it was not delivered. When I called in the morning to find out where the stroller was, they said they had to cancel my order because they unfortunately didnt have a double stroller available and they sent me an email to notify me. THEY NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL! So now Im supposed to be with 2 kids walking from my hotel to the park until Im able to get a stroller at the park. But they think by offering me one day credit excluding delivery charges is supposed to make up for the fact that they left me completely hanging. Im so aggravated and disappointed.

Amazing service. On time and highly communicative (via text). Stroller was key to the success of our Disneyland trip with a 3 and 7 year old. Yes, even the 7 year old needed the energy sparing stroller when we were at the park from 8am-10pm each day. A must for a trip with young kids and Cloud of Goods had great service, quality equipment and a great price.

Cloud of Goods is very easy to work with and they had the best price we could find. We rented a lightweight wheelchair from Cloud of Goods during a three-day trip to Disneyland for our daughter who recently had knew surgery. The process was seamless. Cloud of Goods dropped off the wheelchair at the front desk of the hotel we were staying at before we checked in on the day before our rental period began and then picked it up from the hotel front desk after we returned from Disneyland on the final evening of our stay. The wheelchair was in great condition and very clean. We had no problems. I would recommend this company.

Our family rented a jogging stroller to use at Disneyland. I couldnt be more happy with the experience working with Cloud of Goods. They were extremely proactive, had great communication, were always responsive to calls/texts as we were getting things figured out, and made the process extremely simple and enjoyable. The stroller was waiting for us at our hotel when we got there, it was good quality and worked great, and was picked with zero issues. Surprised to see so many good reviews for this company. They contacted me via email at 11:00 pm the night they were supposed to deliver a stroller to my hotel to tell me they don’t have a stroller that I had a reservation for. We had plans the next morning to leave early for Disneyland but now are scrambling to find an alternative in the middle of the night. Their response was. “Sorry for the inconvenience!”

I use this service in San Francisco and have had nothing but excellent and reliable service at an incredible rate. So i was really happy to hear that they had expanded to the Anaheim area! Linda our delivery woman and chair and scooter assembly person was very nice, easy to reach via text or telephone to communicate any delays or drop off changes we needed to make. Cloud of goods went above and beyond! I rented a double stroller for the week while we were at Disneyland. It was dropped off the night before at or hotel so the pick up process was very smooth. The stroller worked for us however I was hoping for a particular brand I knew they carried and so when I called and requested a switch they promptly sent someone to trade out the following morning. We were very happy with this company and will be a return customer for our next trip!

Rented a Drive scooter for 2 days and was very impressed with service and even added an extra day via text. Super friendly staff and they drop off and pick up at local hotels/condos in area. This was the first time we used Cloud of Goods and I will definitely use them again. The stroller was in great condition, waiting for us when we got there and they were incredibly accommodating when we needed it picked up at a different hotel. They actually give you a whole day on your last day of rental, instead of having to drop it first thing in the morning, you can keep it until the evening. I needed a scooter for my son during our Make-A-Wish trip to several Southern California theme parks, which included staying at more than one hotel. Our experience with Cloud of Goods was seamless and professional. They delivered the scooter and it was waiting when we arrived on day 1 at the first hotel and picked up after we finished at our final destination. During the week, my son lost the key to the scooter on one of the rides at Disneyland; Cloud of Goods dispatched a driver and I had a replacement key in-hand in less than an hour. I was so impressed with this company’s customer service. When we rented the stroller before we arrived at our hotel to pick the stroller up from the front desk our hotel had accidentally given our stroller to someone else ( which is super uncommon). and I called Cloud of Goods to explain what happened as were on our way out of the hotel for our first day at Disney and didn’t have time to spare to wait around for another rental. They had someone meet us at Disney while we were waiting in line to go through security. The employee literally was running with the stroller to get it to us before we went through security so we would have a stroller still. I was so impressed and would recommend this company to anyone.

I attended a conference at LAX MARRIOTT. The supply company provided to me by the hotel was unable to service my needs in a timely matter. I found Cloud of Goods on-line and they were more than happy to assist me. I made my phone call to them at 3:00 p.m., and my scooter was delivered to me at 7:15 that evening. The pricing was awesome as it was more than a $120 less than the hotels provider. The service was very friendly and I felt comfortable from from my initial contact. Thanks again Cloud of Goods!

Very bad company to deal with especially during crisis. Reserved a scooter for mother in law for disneyland. Obviously cancelled due to covid 19. Email atleast 5x to cancel, no reply. Called but constantly got recording number no longer in service. And obviously no refund given. Then they have gaul to email saying item deliverwd. Resort closed. How did they deliver. Keep my money. Company not worth trouble

I rented a mobility scooter for the day. We went to California Adventure & Disneyland. After only 4hrs of use the battery died. My family had a hard time finding outlets to charge it, especially at Disneyland. It wouldnt stay charged. It took the focus off of the fun of going. 👎👎

We had some difficulties when we first arrived to Disneyland with the parking & the gentleman that delivered our wheelchairs was so understanding and helpful... Ive rented from them twice now and everything has been great. I only wish their keys for the scooters came on a stretchy cord to wear on our wrist like most other scooters. Its a little inconvenient digging the key out of my purse after every ride. And im always afraid Im going to accidentally drop it somewhere and lose it.... especially if I just put it in my pockets.

We rented a double stroller for our 2 granddaughters, everything went very smoothly. Cloud of Goods dropped off the stroller at the hotel the night before our arrival and picked it back up the morning of our departure. No worries no fuss. Definitely recommend!

Cloud of Good was excellent to work with. I was visiting in Anaheim and normally, they deliver between certain hours and only leave merchandise with hotel lobbies. Seeing as though I was staying at an Air Bnb and needed the scooter for a convention 4 miles from my stay, they graciously worked with me to meet at a central location and delivered/picked up at a specific time so I could plan accordingly. The price was not to high. The scooter I rented worked BEAUTIFULLY the entire week I needed it and helped the week go super smoothly! The only complaint I have is that the pickup would not give me a receipt, but promised she would mark it off in her manifest. I once had a rental car company promise the same and then charge me $900, claiming I never returned the car. (They later found video surveillance of one of their employees taking the car for a joy ride - but only because I pestered them to see the footage because I knew Id be on it). So.... just to add a little professionalism and security for the renter, give a pickup receipt. Other than that, I give them five stars!!

Cloud of Goods delivered our scooters to the place we were staying and then picked them up at our convenience when we were leaving. The scooters appeared to be new, easy to manage, and very performed well. They are easy to get on the ART buses, and made our stay and visit to Disneyland very enjoyable. The place we we stayed even charged them over night for us, but the full charge we had when we received them would have lasted several days. We used them all day and when we came home each evening, the charge was still full. Great people to work with, and the price was better than we found elsewhere. Highly recommend Cloud of Goods!

I’m very disappointed by this company. I trusted the good reviews and decided to give them a chance. Booked the stroller online and got the confirmation that it will be delivered ontime a day before . All of a sudden tbey contacted me via phone that they can’t deliver the stroller as promised . We had plans the for the next few days and need to leave early for Disneyland but now are scrambling to find an alternative solution just like the Jason ( one of the reviewers ). Hard to trust a company like this, I would recommend to other parents if you don’t want to waste your value time while at Disneyland don’t rent with this company. This is last thing I want to be worried when I’m visiting Disneyland . I don’t mind paying more and getting a better service . STAY AWAY ..

I took a chance on Cloud of Goods as an alternative rental provider for the scooter and I am so pleased I did!I was able to communicate with service reps through both text and voice. Picking up and dropping off the scooter was a breeze. Customer service, delivery and pickup were all stellar. great service. one thing though. I was told there would be plenty of places to charge the scooter but Disney cast members kept saying, no, not allowed. i did sneak a couple of charges by finding some outlets out of the main traffic flow.

Excellent in every way! After looking around for who to use and despairing becauce of so many places having neg reviews I hoped all the good reviews for Cloud of Goods got were real. I was not disappointed. Got 2 electric scooters for 2 days. The price was unbeatable and as advertised. Needed some changes in where and when we needed pick up and the courteous staff made it happen.I kept waiting for something to go wrong but nothing. Well one if the scooters wheels got a rip in it that was only a problem when I stopped as it rested back on that wheel a little but was otherwise not noticeable. The battery must have been almost brand new because it got a work out at Knots Berry Farm and hardly showed on the battery meter.I hope the equipment and customer service keep up with the experience I had and if so then I would recommend them every time.

I choose Cloud of Goods because I needed a scooter rental for a family member, we were going to Disneyland. The rentals at the parks are outrageous, too expensive and the scooters arent easy on the eyes. I saw that they are located close to the park, so it was a no-brainier to give them a shot. Im a graphic designer that works closely in the medical field, so I am very familiar with scooters and power chairs. The rental process was quick and easy, I needed to make a change and the customer support was super friendly and catered to my request. The day of my rental, I choose to have it dropped off at Disneyland, the delivery person was super friendly, the rental itself looked brand new and out of the box. They take the time to go over the features and how to charge the unit, I skipped that with the delivery person since I am around this stuff all day long. The point being, I will definitely rent with them again and I have been telling all my friends who have family members with assistive needs to rent from Cloud of Goods. I would rate them 10 stars if I could!!

Service was amazing and the double stroller we rented was in excellent condition. Traveling with sma children requires lots of items. Being able to arrive at our hotel and have the stroller waiting there for us was perfect and so helpful.

We rented a jogging stroller for a trip to Disneyland and reserving the stroller was easy enough online. It was delivered to our hotel, and my husband noticed the tires were all flat. I called the number on the sticker on the stroller and had to leave a message. Searched through my emails for another number to call and finally got connected with a human (who I couldnt understand).They wanted to drop off another one in the morning which obviously wouldnt work as we wanted to be at the parks early. I persisted and they called us back when a driver was close to the area to inflate the tires. The whole scenario was resolved later in the evening than I wished, but it was resolved.The stroller was surprisingly clean, and worked for the two days we reserved it. I would like to have had a confirmation of when they picked it up from the hotel, as we left and I was just hoping it got picked up. Overall, I think we would look for another company in the future.

Cloud of Goods website falsely claims to have same day delivery in AM and/or PM with an accommodation of a rush delivery if needed. However, at 7am on a Saturday, I was told the soonest they could accommodate would be evening. When asked if this was normal, I was told yes. I will not be relying on this sham, ever.

They delivered the wrong chair than what I ordered, but I went with it since having the wrong Scooter was better than No Scooter at Disneyland. I had a big day planned because I was getting early access to Star Wars Land. I was half way through Star War Land when the battery began to fail on my scooter. Because of security, I had to leave Star Wars land to call the scooter company only to told nothing to help. I had to leave the park 5 hours earlier than I planned to get the chair to bell services so the company could take it back. I have complained several times to via text and phone and have been promised a response and gotten NOTHING! This failure has taken something that can never be replaced and I WOULD NEVER RENT FROM THEM.

The scooter was great the charge lasted all day at Disneyland and they worked with us on the delivery and pick up so that the whole experience was awesome we will use them again if the opportunity arises

My chair was there the night before I needed it. When I checked out I just left the chair at the concierge. They were a very professional and helpful company. Lots of bad experiences with rental companies before but Cloud of Goods is the real deal.

I rented two electric scooters for my wife and myself. Everything went like clockwork for our pre-arranged drop-off and pick-up times at Knotts Berry Farm for a United Airlines annual picnic. The scooters were charged (max) and were clean and like new. Well definitely use the service again and recommend it to our friends.

Ive never rented equipment for trips but i desperately needed a double stroller for our vacation to Disneyland and my mom had hurt her leg so she needed a scooter. Long story short, im looking for places the day before id get to my hotel and some places had bad reviews or wouldnt deliver on Sundays. This place delivered the night before, communicated pretty regularly, had better prices and were very helpful and flexible. Prior to knowing these kinds of rental places were a thing i had no idea where to start but i lucked out when i chose this place. They even picked up from Disneyland so i wouldnt have to hurry to the hotel earlier than when i wanted to go.

Dont bother. Their scooters break down and they wont hold a charge. They are rude and will hang up on you. Trash company. They completely ruined our vacation.

We had a trip to Disneyland planned when an injury occurred which made getting around the park a concern. After looking at the availability of scooters from Disneyland directly, and from multiple outside vendors, Cloud of Goods had the best rates for our length of stay. If you rent from park it is first come first serve, no reservations, and while it is convenient that the park will then help you directly with any battery problems, overall the outside vendor option made more sense. Cloud of Goods dropped off the scooter at our hotel prior to our check-in and picked it up from the hotel after our check-out. They kept us informed via text message about the drop off and pick up. Our dealings with them went smoothly. The scooters battery indicator was frustrating, showing full for a very long time and then once it started dropping, it plummeted. In the future it wouldnt be as much of a problem since Id be expecting it, and probably somebody who had more familiarity with that brand of scooter would already know what to expect. Should I need to rent a mobility product in the future, Ill check in with Cloud of Goods again.

The scooter was already delivered by the time we arrived to the hotel, and it was replaced in less than 20 minutes, when we had a problem with it. Very good customer service and support, fully recommended.

Very prompt service and great customer experience. We drove the scooter all day around Disneyland, from 7 am until 11-11:30 in one charge.
