Its a FLAG store, and you walk in and pick what you want from the wide selection, you pay tbe nice lady--and you go on your way.Too many people expect more. Its a FLAG store. It wont change the world. It will supply you with flags--and, yes, I will return.

Bought a 16 foot flag pole for my husband. It was suppose to be able to withstand 140 MPh winds. Ha! Within 6 weeks of purchasing we had a storm with 40 MPh winds and the thing snapped in half. Upon taking it back we were told there is no guarantee . In order to make it functional again we had to buy two more pieces that equalled half the original price. This store does not stand behind the products it sells. I would not recommend them.
