I went in on a Thursday night half hour before they closed and right away I started asking questions about hair bleach and protein fillers.The two young ladies were very nice and professional never rushed me and took time to talk and answer my questions. The store it self isnt real big but its well stocked with a good variety of products with a layout thats organized so that its pretty easy to find everything your looking for. Its one of the best Sallys Ive been to.

I don’t know what are they doing, but the phone call take very long time, and in online they said free shipping on order over $35, but I still got charged even I ordered more than $40, even picked up at the store, they still charged the shipping

You have to call them to place an online order yet they don’t answer the phone. Of the OC locations officially lost all of my faith. This is beyond frustrating.

This location is SUPER clean. The staff is SUPER friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and they acknowledge customers right away..very important! Thanks Destiny for providing excellent customer service.

Needed to dye my hair dark ash brown. Havent bought in a beauty supply store in over a decade, so i forgot how much to buy. They were really helpful for my thickness of hair and what type of tools i needs since i like using a bottle. Very helpful and friendly!!

I came here in December & renewed my sallys card for a year, paying $5. I came here 2 weeks ago & was told my Sallys card had expired & would not receive the deal without a sallys card.... Came back because i wanted a specific nail color & was able to get the deal without the sallys card? Get your system together.Their customer service is a joke.. The night i was told i wouldnt recieve the deal the guy helping me kept acting irritated because i made him leave his little gossip group of other coworkers. When i walked in originally not a single of the 3 employees greeted me for at least 5 minutes. When i was being indecisive they finally asked if i needed help ( getting the vibe they were trying to rush me out so they could continue their convo). The second time i went in the girl who rang me up wasnt rude but when i had mentioned the sallys card situation of not getting the deal she didnt apologize or even seem to care that there was a confusion or even check if my $5 was wasted.

This is where I get my maroon hair dye. Love coming here

Real Ghetto,All high end merchandise is locked up, had to wait for three customers to get help since theres only one sales person in the store.And when I was helped, the sales person tried to ring up someone before me...Stay way...

Customer service is awful. She was not helpful at all.we had reward card and she said we got the discount but not a single dollar was deducted from the total. Will not recommend to anyone.

Three two ladies working both helped out answering questions about hair dye. The store was clean. Good experience.

Awful place. They close whenever they feel like and wont help you with your questions. Online and even at their door it said it closed at 8 but they closed at 7 because they just felt like it, when I started talking to the associate through the door she started being very rude, she started arguing with me, and then just walked away and ignored me. Im never going to this sallys again and I recommend that you avoid it altogether and go to the one just a couple miles away.

Terrible customer service !! They answer you as if you were asking them for a gift when it is their job and that is what they live on .....but hey !!!
