Well, I like the store but the technician was in a hurry, so I had to slow her down. She doesnt like helping. I asked her to advise me on a product and instead of showing me she just started naming brands... but I had a customer who actually helped as she has the same hair texture.Its not the first time this problem occurred. They should hire friendly AND licensed technicians, and there are lots of them out there. I am not sure why they keep having unfriendly, inexperienced people for years...

Great selection and great prices. They always have many different products on sale every month. The girls were knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely go there again for all my hair supplies.

Love, love, love this place. They always have what im looking for. Shelves are stocked with comparable items and the prices are good. Sales on different items throughout the store make it a fun experience. Its always fun to find a little item I have been wanting to try or a extra perk for myself that doesnt cost me a arm and a leg. Yes I recommend you stop in and see what beautiful changes you can make on yourself or your clients, friends, or family.

Terrible experience here! Went in to feet some vegan hair dye, after the sales girl tried to help me she then went to ring me up and told me i couldnt buy anything without a cosmetic card... Which is odd because i bought stuff here before without one so idk .... Not going back

I loved the old manager as well as the girls who carry a licence. The new hire with no experience or licence. The new hire without the licence was rude. Could not wait to close shop and turned offpartial lights and let me know she was closing. I came to buy product last 🌞 Sunday and the store hours are twelve to four. The supply was closed. I realize they are looking to hire but leave a not on door as to why they are temp or perm closed I say Sundays or all to come. Bad business in a sparse location. Come on girls lets shake shake it an educate your unlincenced girl the robes. It makes you look bad when you girls are great!!!

The guys that were there were nice and helpful, the lady supervisor was even more helpful, nice, had some good advice for me. So i just want to say thank you. I will be back.

Went into this location and I was rudely greeted by 2 overweight Hispanic ladies. They proceed to follow 2 feet behind me everywhere I went as if I was going to steal something. When I ask for help they seemed bothered by it. Rudest employees ever.
