Such a wonderful little book store jam packed with a ton of books! The owner is so nice and helpful and more amazing seems to know where every book is! I HIGHLY recommend!!!

A great place to buy a book! New books will cost you hundreds and this little place has all kinds of little gems. Going to a used bookstore its like a treasure hunt.

This is a great little gem of a store and found exactly what I was looking for. Yes, there are boxes of stuff lying around. Yes, it is a bit crowded. And, yes, the owner has a sense of humor! Dont judge him based on the review of others. I found him to be honest and quite helpful for what I was looking for. Left the store with a bundle of 6 very vintage books, one dated from 1896. Cool!

It only takes 2 seconds to greet a customer, smile and say: Hi! How are you? How may I help you today? It costs nothing, builds loyal customer relations and increases revenue in the long run. Being rude will get you nowhere in life.

Sleazy crooks. I ordered a book from Booktown USA via Biblio.com. Half an hour after I placed the order, I received an email demanding more money - more than DOUBLE the original price plus shipping and handling and tax - or the order would be canceled. No reason was given other than S & H.Apparently Im not the only one theyve tried to rip off that way. I dont know what the store is like in person, but their online ordering policies are nothing but bare-faced robbery! Caveat emptor.

I ordered a Richard Ayoade book from this place on Abe books and booktown sent me a notice saying I needed to pay an additional charge to get my book. The charge doubled the price. I canceled and ordered elsewhere. Today I learned this is not an isolated incident. Shame on you booktown.

Always a joy to shop for hard to find titles here, given a general field of interest, Thomas will point you to the area and often pull up titles related to your search. Just browsing, you can peruse for hours in a most eclectic shop with myriad topics. Thomas is happy to chat on various subjects. Would definitely recommend checking this place out! The owner was very nice and friendly. There was a good selection of inexpensive books too. The aisles could be tidier but that doesn’t really bother me.

I only seen it from the outside but they appear to have many books with various different genres to please the bibliophile. Come check them out very quaint store. Quiet and reserved feel to the establishment.

Booktown USA is one of my favorite places to shop for books. I can spend hours there. Such a great selection. I will say though, as a creative person i would love to reorganize the store and help move it forward on social media and perhaps a website. If you read this hit me up.

The shop owner was incredibly nice! The shop may be small, but they have a wonderful collection of fantasy novels and classic lit. I recommend poking around the store. You really dont know what youll find at such affordable prices. :)

I went to this bookstore looking for a specific book. The person there was very helpful and tried to help me find the book. He unfortunately did not have it but gave it his best effort.

Check out this book store before heading to Barnes & Noble. The books are reasonably priced and there is always someone to assist with inquiries. Great selection of childrens books and theres a coffee shop inside.

Tom, the owner, manages to manage his inventory in such a way that he minimizes the books that people rarely look for, but maximizes the books that are more sought after. Ive not been let down yet, no matter what book my eclectic tastes send me here searching for. From Sylvia Plath to Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are dead to Star Wars novel missing from my collection.I usually browse and grab a book or two, then hit Circle K for a Power Pop, then kick it on a curb or in my car while I peruse my selections. The lack of a public restroom is a drag but there is a pay toilet at the laundry mat.Need a book? Try here first. It will save a few bucks and help support non-corporate bookstores!

I love the book selection and bought many books here in the past. BUT today I went in with my baby to look for a book for him and the girl who works there was following me around in a I think youre stealing way. She didnt even ask if I needed help finding anything. I find this very offensive and next time will consider buying a book online instead of having an unpleasant experience like this one.

Spend an afternoon browsing around this maze of AMAZEMENT. Just when you think youve seen the whole store, theres a nook or room hidden somewhere. Its cozy and has a huge selection on a variety of topics- both new and used books.

Im a used book junky, who loves the aroma and ambience of books on paper. Booktowns owner obviously also loves his stock, which is extensive, every genre you can imagine. There is a god! Im home.

This guy is seriously the rudest person I have ever met in my entire life, and is the owner. I called him and simply said hi how are you doing today, and he said not good because I have a customer in front of me what do you want!! I told him i was going to ask him a question regarding a book but since he was so rude Id my business some where else and he said thats fantastic!! What kind of book store owner does that?!

Very disorganized,boxes everywhere,no bathrooms for customers had to run next door to a laundromat, when asking for help the guy seemed put out. Sorry

Overcrowded in the ailes. Watch out that you dont trip. POORLY labled shelving makes it difficult to find where what topics you are looking for. If you want to waste your time give it a shot.

This is probably one of the few last great used book stores in OC. Really great prices and a massive selection.
