Sandra is the best! She really considers the kind of style you’re looking for. She went above and beyond researching to find exactly what I wanted. Weeks after our initial appointment together she emailed me that she found exactly the style I was looking for. We ordered the item through a loaner program by the designer and had it shipped to the store. I said yes to the dress! If it wasn’t for Sandra, I’d still be trying to find the one!

Was referred by Jeannette Villalobos and this is the worst place. My wedding gown had huge blood stain and we found out mins before wedding. When we called they didn;t take care of it. They said just get married. They said look at the positive saide that even you are getting married and don;t look at the negative huge blood stain on the wedding gown.Stephen Davidson

I purchased my wedding dress from Mariposa a little over a year ago and got married in August 2018. The staff was very attentive and worked with me to find my perfect dress. I am extremely happy with my dress and they have an ample selection. They do not do alterations there, but they have a list of recommended tailors.

My cousin ordered her wedding dress here. We recently tagged along when she picked up her dress. She was able to try it on. The team was kind and super excited for her. They seemed to remember her and her mom too! We had about 10 of us there and they were very welcoming to our big party. Thank you Mariposa Ladies, I look forward to returning for my best friends wedding dress shopping experience.

I was visiting in Pennsylvania and found the perfect mother of the groom dress. That shop was not able to deliver it to me in a timely manner due to my time constraints not theirs. I called Mariposa and talk to Tiana who immediately won me over with her enthusiasm and her helpfulness. She told me they didnt have a sample but they carried the line. Id already tried on the dress new exactly what I wanted and was able to give her that information. She was excited for me that I found the dress and was extremely helpful on the phone, with emails, phone and email follow ups, and in person when I went to pick up the dress. Her bubbling personality and her enthusiasm helped make the experience an easy one. I highly recommend that you take a look at this shop. The three sales consultants that I interacted with when I went to pick up the dress or extremely nice and I would do business with them again in a minute.

Stephanie helped me last year when I came in to try on dresses for my wedding this past June, she was amazing! We talked about the ideas I had, and about my wedding, she picked out 3 dresses and I fell in LOVE with the first one. It was a very easy, relaxing, fun, emotional moment. Im so thankful for all the girls that I encountered on my visits back, how excited everyone was for me. These girls really do give you the full bridal experience.

Store is very appealing, organized, comfy. They Have more of a variety for thicker girls & the customer services was great! The atmosphere was welcoming & comforting. I look forward to revisiting this shop again

Needless to say I found the dress here. My experience at Mariposa was nothing short of amazing.

Sales ladys are rude they look at you in how we are dress and please dont stink because there was a smell in that store boy awful smell . And blame it on others well I dont stink I need the dress for April wedding and I need it a mother of the groom dress so I left as quick as possible . Bad service and attitudes stinks that is that smell. I went to queens bridal and good positive response

Shopped here for bridesmaids dresses. First appointment went good. we narrowed down the search but ran out of time. Came back for a second appointment, made a decision and was ready to order the dresses only they did not have a swatch for color I was looking for so they suggested I order one from the manufacturer before making a final decision. They took measurements of the girls and said we can call in to make the payments. It took a month and half for the swatches to come in so with the wedding coming up in just 5 months we are already cutting it close. I try to call in with my color choice, no answer....4 times over 3 days. they finally call me back but now they say each girl needs to pick a size (isnt that already why we took measurements and discussed sizing before hand). She says she will email each girl with recommendations that day. One week later, no email. I finally get through on the phone and after a few excuses they say they will send it out that evening. in the emails, it says either reply to the email with sizing choices or call. Most girls opt to call and yet again no answer. I finally get through to make the payment myself bit she tells me they are too busy and will call me back by the end of the day. No call. and its a holiday coming up so I have to wait 4 more days until they are open again to call them myself. After a lot of back and forth she agrees to me giving the telling her the sizes all the girls already chose. She also informs me that for any size over an 18 there is a 15% fee which 2 of the girls are. She said it was all in the paperwork but the consultant there when we signed all the paperwork took us through every single bulletpoint in the paperwork. She mentioned nothing about this fee. The whole situation was ridiculous and unprofessional and i wished we chose another shop earlier but now its too late to look for more dresses with only 4 months to the wedding.

Came here for my sister to look for her perfect wedding dress the staff was very attentive to her needs and wants its also very nice inside big mirror and stage she found the one here!!!

Great service, would of liked more formal colored gowns

Definitely didnt feel welcomed, they didnt even notice i walked in. I was looking at dresses for about 15 mins and got noticed (there was only 1 customer in there besides me) this girl responded with an attitude. I wanted my hunt for wedding dress to be fun and stress free and unfortunately i knew it wasnt going to be like that there. I left and went to davids bridal and had great customer service and good prices too. Said yes to my dress at davids. Very excited for that!

My consultant was Tiana and I couldnt be happier about the experience my family and I received.We were catered too, welcomed, encouraged for dress opinions and giving suggestions for dresses.I really felt like I had a productive appointment and got through a lot of product.I really enjoyed being in the back room. Dont get me wrong the front room is grand and very showy. But my family and I really enjoyed the coziness of the back room and how private that felt to us. Tiana even got us water and coffee to help us feel more comfortable.I didnt buy today - however I will be back once the 2018 line comes out to do one last comparison and then I will purchase from Tiana & Mariposa.My experience here was by far the best of any shop Ive gone too and I truly felt special. I will be purchasing my wedding dress from Tiana and Mariposa Bridal.

Went there with my sister and mom to get a bridesmaid dress for my best friends wedding and they were unprepared as we had made an appointment 1 month in advance. Non of the dresses were pulled and they didnt have anything bigger then a size 6 to try in. So if you are bigger then a size 6 you just have to order a $200 dress and hope it fits cause I was told there are no refunds and if it doesnt fit your screwed! The worst part was when my kid got a little fussy since it was taking so long since they were not prepared for us the sales girl had the nerve to ask me to take my child outside cause her crying was annoying others. So I did and my $500 business for a dress that my sister and I would of purchased from them. Needless to say we went I Alfred Angelo and had a much better experience. I would never purchase anything from this store even if it was the only bridal store, horrible customer service!!!! Avoid this place!!

Great selection and knowledgeable staff

I purchased my veil from this place just a few months ago. It came in 2-3 weeks and I was shocked! I paid over $500 and it was not like the sample I was shown. Im beyond disappointed I get married on Sept. 8th and Im not happy. I spent alot of money to not get what I wanted or ordered??The lace around the veil is clearly almost 1 inch shorter and the way they attached it to the brouch is not okay. It moves around.They were going to fix it and mail it to me. I got it back the same, in a tiny box completely wrinkled.I went down to speak with someone about it, manager Jessica I believe, and she told me to re-compensate for the width she can give me back $10 WTH? that was a slap to the face.I dont think Im overreacting its the principle behind how they treat others. Ive hired an attorney. They have tainted my wedding journey =[Very sad.I purchased my dress from Lovella Bridal in glendale and I got exactly what I paid for perfection. The details in the tailoring was difficult and they got it exact.I shouldve bought my veil there.Not Okay!
