Their cabinet quality are great and well priced compared to other kitchen cabinet places. If you are thinking of going there go prepared. Make sure you have correct measurements of top to bottom and side to side of kitchen and bathrooms cabinets. On designing your drawers make sure what size will suit you better. Search google for kitchen cabinets designs and looks to see what you like to have. I wanted trash bins and farmers sink, island. The young person who does their design is not patient to listen to what you want but Jenny she is very patient and work with you. I hired their installers to install all cabinet and was a huge mistake it took 3 months and messy job. If their installer is Julio stay away. Kitchen installation usually takes a week not 3 months for small kitchen with total of 14 wall and based cabinets to be installed. The cuts for plumbing for sinks and back cabinet wall not professional and not having or knowing what tool to use, he ruined the cabinet specially the farm sink cabinet.Totally stressful time. At DJJ they sell limited counter tops, sink and hoods, faucet.Their prices are way affordable than other cabinet stores like 405 Cabinets or builders Plus.

Iv been shopping at ddj since they opened. They have offer good prices for there cabinets. I havent had any major problems and they fixed any problems I had. I would recommend if your on a budget.

Poor managed; awful Customer Service; price gauging; mostly Chinese imported materials; the only well spoken language is the $$ (Dollar) sign. The Manager or Owner doesnt seem to care whether Customers are satisfied or not! Shady business!

Cabinets were 3 weeks late. Acknowledged poor paint job. Refused to correct the matter. Gave us touch up paint in a Gatorade bottle.When notified they sent us the wrong cabinets... they send it was our fault because we signed for it. Poor customer service, terrible and hostile management, and sub par cabinet quality.

I just had my painted cabinets order done right here. I chose a dark grey. It turned out a little to dark in the sample door. I ask them to redo it...... waiting for result... emememe

The worth ever company that Ive seen so far, with no respect for customer time and money they just repeat some cliche sentences .Never reliable no Mather if they drag you 7 time to their messy place because of they absolute faulty products or they are not carry them any more.The call me 7 time to pick up back order pieces or damage cabinets but I found them same issues or even worth .If you dont want waste your money dont go with them.

Super sketchy and dishonest! They charged me for something I didn’t want and refused to refund me. They constantly up-charged me even after they’ve quoted me a final price. Worst customer service, all they want is your money! Overall, a very unpleasant experience!

The price is really low actually, I mean the lowest in this area. I just got my White Shaker here. I mean sometimes you need to wait a little time before they can actually do design work for you. Yea sometimes they are busy....... Customer service is acceptable..

BEWARE! They will steal your money, lie, mislead, and provide unfinished product! They charged me for something I NEVER ordered and wouldn’t refund me. They provided unfinished cabinets and never told me that they would all be disassembled. I ordered 15 24” pieces of backsplash but they only provided 9. You can give them all your measurements and they still get it wrong! Worst experience EVER!

Not sure how anyone can have a good experience with this place. Total frauds!!! This had to be one of the worst experience Ive ever had with customer service and thats saying a lot. Charges for items I never even purchased and wont refund me. Big time scam artists at work here. DO NOT go here unless you want to get ripped off big time!!

Our contractor had ordered our white shaker cabinets through DJJ. Following installation, it became clear that half the cabinets had a high gloss finish while the other half had a matte finish. They look AWFUL next to one another. Upon making an inquiry, the representative insisted that I bring the defective doors in to be exchanged. In good faith, I made the 50 mile schlep only to be told that there was no defect and there was no way we were given ANY high gloss cabinet doors as those are special ordered. This is despite the fact that I had brought along a sample of the high gloss finished cabinet door. I had offered to either exchange all the high gloss cabinets for matte finish or vice versa. They refused. The only thing DJJ Champion Cabinets champions is ineptitude and poor customer service.

Be careful with all the damaged cabinets this people sell. Had horrible experience with them and lost money bc they scammed me. Stay away.

I love this place, fast pick up time and knowledgable staff. I bought my kitchen here and the office staff checked everything quickly and made alternative quickly for my kitchen

I just bought my cabinet here. Although I returned and exchanged some, the office and warehouse team help a lot and deal with my request fast and responsibly.

Worst. Experience. Ever. While the cabinet prices are cheap, so are the quality of work and service they provide. Buying from them is a decision that I will forever regret so please, never ever think of stepping foot on DJJ. Never.

My son and daughter in law ordered entire kitchen from this place. Had to return several pieces due to color imperfections. Now after 7 months cabinets and doors are chipping BADLY. My son took pics and sent to owner per request. Have not heard back anything after a few months. Don’t purchase from this place EVER!!!!!
