So many fun flavors live here! Total taste bud party!! We tried a Krazy apple cup, Watermelon pop, and esquites! Their corn was fresh, sweet, and crisp...great crunch with hot cheetos added! Service was also patient, sweet, and helpful. Will definitely be back!

This place is really short staffed which I don’t blame but the girl was really struggling with all the orders by herself. I waited about 15-20 minutes to get helped. The girl who took my order had a bunch of green dye on her hands, she also wasn’t even polite. She just said “ what do you want”, as supporting a small business I don’t think that’s professional at all to say, especially having to wait so long to get helped plus the wait time for the order. The churros tasted really hard and the fruit tasted old. I just had a bad experience with this place.

It was poppin up in here. Families and couples enjoyed their snacks and treats. We got the mazapan milkshake, the spooky cup milkshake, churro sundae with Nutella drizzle and horchata ice cream and a churro sundae with Nutella drizzle and vanilla ice cream. We probably waited about 15 minutes (there is a sign saying that the churros take 10 minutes to make. They have the shakes in medium size and large size. My shake was amazing. It did taste like mazapan and it had a little mazapan candy as a garnish. The churro was pretty good but the horchata ice cream was like whatever. The service was pleasant and they were accommodating given that they close at 830pm and we were in the door in line right before that and they still served us.

My wife and kids love this place because of the way they prepare your fruit and chips for you. Definitely worth giving them a try.

I saw them on Instagram and decided to drive by myself and my cousin i arrived just 30 minutes before they closed Ive never been here or even ordered but Alizee & Desiree stepped it up by telling us what and how to order even in spanish wow thanks ladies, they have all the good stuff if you like at these cadies etc . Ill do my best to recommend people to come and get something cause its soo good

Saw this place on an Instagram page and couldn’t resist! I had the sandía (watermelon) pop and it tasted as good as it looked. Service was fast and place was clean. I went at about 4pm on a Sunday and it was pretty busy. Definitely recommend

If I could give 0 stars I would. First, I feel so bad for the staff who work here. They are worked like dogs. I went on a Friday and they only had 2 people working. I waited 3 hours in line(which of course was my choice but I wanted to try it) and when we got to the front they were out of a lot of stuff. I voiced to the owner that they needed more staff and I was sent a VERY rude and disrespectful response. I am shocked this place is still in business. Don’t go here.

First time coming here. Place has good treats and so different. We liked it. Parking is very small for many businesses in the shopping center

Very nice place with a wide variety of tasty favorites! Come here if you like Mexican candy and fruit, they also have sweets with ice cream if thats your pick. Overall great service and conveniently located.

Staff was very rude and ignored many of my questions, also they touched money, cash register and phones then put their dirty/sweaty gloves fingers in our food😓 but the cups were alright; nothing you can’t make at home yourself

This location is not its best the lines are long and there is only two people working at the front you guys need to invest in more staff to support the customer that comes out to buy from you guy... secondly no one should wait in line over 30 mins just for a order.then you guys are not practicing social distanceat all. The Customer service sucks.

It’s a clean branch and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I just think they need to get a better credit card processing deal so they can cancel the $1.25 fee on cards payments.

Wouldnt recommend this place, they charge extra if you pay with a credit card. They do not even notify the customer, and who carries cash these days? When I ask for the manager a young kid behind the counter says that the manger is not here and walked away. Very rude customer service.We order Krazy Cheezy and there was hardly any cheeseI wish I had have an option to choose 0 star, THEY ARE JUST RIP OFF.

After seeing this place recommended on various social media sites I decided to try it out. I came in with high hopes and excitement but left home disappointed. This place is way overpriced for the portions you get. Legit the Tostilocos have at most 5 chips since they don’t sell you the whole bag just a cup. Along with the small portion sizes the employees are rude. When I arrived I was the only person who had ordered yet it took them forever to make my order. The female employee had also messed up one of my orders; when I let her know she gave me attitude and wanted me to change my order simply because more customers had walked in. She semi fixed it eventually but she just dumped out the pervious order and put the correct one in the same cup. So I received a messy looking cup and funky tasting ice cream. Overall they are really nothing special and customer service is poor. You can get the same thing for less at the Indoor Swapmeet on 1440 S Anaheim Blvd.

Employees in the front looked lost they looked unsure what they were doing we were right infront of the order table waitting over 30 mins to get helped but that never happened we ended up leaving due to employees just talking in the back room knowing they had people waitting this location is not professional at all

If I could give 0 stars I would. They’re never opened on time and open two hours late and then when they did open they were limited on supplies. Very unprepared and unprofessional. Never coming to this krazy cup again. This is my 3rd bad experience here

My family and I were hopping to have a good experience and to really enjoy what we had but once we tasted our things we weren’t really happy with the outcome out of the 7 things we got only two of them were good a smoothie and hot Cheetos with cheese we ordered three esquites and from the outside of the cup it felt warm but once you tried it it was cold, dry and had more cheese than anything definitely don’t recommend wouldn’t go back again the drink that the girl recommended was really warm and just in general not as good as it seems online they are very slow and took forever when we were the only ones in there besides another couple who you can also tell regretted going there. the drive to Anaheim was not worth it 🤦🏻‍♀️

Everything looks so delicious!! It was hard to choose. The AGUA CHELE MANGO is sooo good and refreshing!! Will definitely return to try more!! STRAWBERRIES N CREME yummy 😋 And Friendly service makes it that much better :)

My experience with krazy cup, specially with Desiree is a very disappointing and unprofessional service. I hired her for my daughters 15th party which was in may 2020.My daughter was so happy looking forward to see everything we had planned with Desiree. Due to covid19 I had to cancel my daughters event. I gave her the deposit and a second payment a few months before the event. I called her to let her know I had to cancel the event. That was the last time I spoke to her. After several attempts to call her, texting, leaving voicemail and going to the stores she never took the time to call me back. I talked to her sister and tried calling her mom but no reponse. Why does she need to hide? All I wanted to know if there was another option she could help me with. I guess she needs the money more than I do. All I wanted was to her to be honest with me. Im really disappointed and I dont really recommend her to anyone whos planning a event with her honestly.

So I wanted to come here because I saw it on Instagram and was so hyped to try it. I was sadly disappointed. We tried the Oreo milkshake, which tasted like something we can by at Baskin Robbins, in other words basic. I ordered Oreo churros, which the churros were made fresh so that was a bonus but I thought they were going to be amazing but were alright. I also had a mangonada...1 scoop was lemon cucumber and the other mango...the mango ice cream doesnt have the consistency of ice cream, more like shave ice. Also had the fake taste not natural mango. Didnt leave here wanting to go back.

Waited 2 hours in line. The two staff seemed to be overwhelmed. After our order was placed we waited another 30min for our order. Staff used dirty towel to wipe down counter and didnt use a glove when handling our food. Worst location by far.

So i had a bad first experience at the one in anaheim but luckily I drove 18 miles to give them a second try today in Downey and after speaking to the manager in Downey Im from orange by the way I can say they redeemed themselves im so satisfied and happy my kids are happy the service generosity the smiles and just the way they handled everything im happy ill keep coming back thank you krazy cup and the manager from downey for th greatest experience ever

I was so excited to come to this place I drived over a hour walked in at 8:50 they where closing at 9 as I walked in I seen a young lady with a churro and strawberries I was going to order this we walked to the front after the lights where turned off on us as we look at the menu.i ask for what I seen and was told there not making any more churros because it was too close to 9 wow very rude after waiting I was so upset I guess customers dont matter poor service

2x I went and the service was horrible. The first time I waited 30 minutes to take my order and 10 minutes for then to make my order and it wasnt even busy and they were just talking in the back. 2nd time I went in completely empty and I was waiting 5 min and they were talking in the back and didnt come out to help me i said hello anyone and so I just walked out. Very horrible customer service

The place was very dirty. The tables and floor were sticky but the ice cream and mangonada were really good.

I loved the food we ordered the caramel madness a bionico bowl and hot cheetos mixture of chips with nacho cheese the churros are delicious reasonable prices. I would offer another star I just personally feel they need to hire more staff. One person to do everything delays the food and backs up the line. Definitely recommend this place .

Everything was delicious and the service was the Best she could do Being that she was working all alone she deserves some recognition and appreciation so I left her a $10 tip

The staff is ok. I waited 45 minutes for two scoops of ice cream just because the people in front of me ordered for a party without calling in... I wanted to like this place but there are other places close by.
