I walked in today to pay my bill. Omar was awesome. He was very polite and informative of T-Mobile plans and gave some of his honest opinions. Thanks Omar. Keep up the awesome job.
Im very disappointed with this location. Very poor customer service and negative attitude. I bought a new iPhone 12 from here but it had a problem with service as the phone keeps loosing it. I came back here two days after I bought the phone to exchange it bit they refused to exchange it rather they changed my new Sim card! Today is my third day I visit here to exchange it but they still refuse to do so. Find a better location guys and save yourself any trouble.
Overall experience was not the best, 35mins on phone on hold. Was still on hold by the time I came to the store and told the manager/store employee and was extremely sorry about that. Also was there for 4+ hours thinking I would only be there for more then 45mins but of course that wasn’t the case. Being a physically disabled person that recently had knee surgery, wasn’t the best experience. Not to mention it was very crowded in there and took awhile for them to assist me. After spending nearly $1000 for me and my wife on upgrading to the new iPhone 11 and 11 pro I would really appreciate if that they compensate on my phone bill after wasting all my time there instead of being at Disneyland with my beautiful recently married wife. Luckily she had her Apple Watch with cellular so I could make sure she was ok and safe. Don’t get me wrong the two gentlemen that helped me did an amazing job trying to get everything right. If you do decide to come here make sure you come when it’s not too busy. I’m giving this store 2 stars because of the lady that had me on hold and for how long it took for them to import my wife’s old 8+ to her new iPhone 11. And to the man that walked me to the door and apologized about everything, Thank you and you’re an awesome guy!

I dont like going to phone stores but tbh everyone at this location is pretty great. Anabell helped me out more than i knew i needed. Offered much more efficient routes to get what i needed done. Very knowledgeable and accommodating staff. That Saturday crew is solid

I arrived at the store today, seeking to upgrade from my s20 ultra to the s21 ultra and change carriers from Verizon to T-mobile, anyways after a long one hour battle with Verizon I was able to switch. Thank you to Rosa who helped me the process was complicated solely because of Verizon but she got me the help I needed. Thank you!

I had been calling so many tmobile stores for a phone and so many people sounded so bland and a little uninterested so i cant express the happiness i got from speaking to jesse from this store he was peppy, nice and so sweet a total worker i didnt get the phone i wanted from here but i hope to go into the store soon he was awesome!
Isaac G. the sale associate( was the one who put me through the problems) doesnt know what he was doing and Cynthia Q. the manager wasnt helpful at all, She was just good at fixing her false eyelashes than helping me, great thing Megan from customer service(611) resolved my problems, dont come here, you are gonna be treated bad😬

Horrible customer service
Service was great and fast our transition was very smooth and with such great service thank you for making our transition a good one.
I went in today, and waited 30 mins until my turn. Cynthia, the manager was the one who put my name down on the list. Once it was my turn, it was 15 mins into the conversation with Rodolfio (sp?) I was told, they had no more iPhone 11 pro max left. 45 mins!!!! I will be contacting the Coporate office to let them know my experience and will no longer go to this location
I have always gotten excellent service from T-Mobile and I have been with them since June of 2007
This place they doesnt want to help at all went to transfer an account from my dad to my name they told me we cant u have to call 611 I called them they told you can go to the store I went back to store he told me it gonna cost you 120 bucks. I went to another store they transfer the account for free and less then 20 minutes
T-Mobile has been great. They meet you at the door as soon as you walk in, ask your name and tell you about how long is your wait. All the reps are very knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. Can answer any questions and solve a problem. Very courteous. Great customer service. A special thanks to Hector at Euclid and Broadway store.
I dont know why people praise this location! The store is always packed, so expect to wait even if theyre fully staffed. A/C is hit or miss so dress accordingly while you take a seat on the worn down pieces of rubber that they offer as seats. Be aggressive if youre trying to get the best deals. The manager is nice tho.
There great helped me with everything I needed. My phone charger wasnt working and the gave me a new one for. It didnt work all to well but went back and gave me one that did. Very happy about it and there customer service.

Store is ALWAYS busy!! There never seems to be enough employees working. 20 minute wait is pretty average whenever I go there. Employees are very pleasant, just not enough of them.
Love the place they know what they are talking about very helpful. Dont force anything on you an by far the cheapest service plans around, dont believe the other carriers. Been with T-Mobile for 11yrs.

Thanks to a tall person who works here he has charged me months ago when I bought one apple watch and its horrible activation and billing goes to show how bad it is to hire an incompetent customer service young man at the anaheim location. this young man activated two apple watches without me knowing and I was paying for them all along. SO HORRENDOUS that the person who still works there did not double check if everything was fine before I left the store with one apple watch. people at fast food restaurant tend to repeat your order back to you. I am very upset because I had to call 611 to reverse charges that were not right from the beginning after months later learning from this mess.
Rude employees with terrible customer service. Julian the supposed manager has no clear understanding of good customer service. We walked in and all employees acknowledged we were there, and we understood they were busy. No one came and asked our name. So about 2 mins after we walked In a group of three guys walk in. Well everyone says hi welcome and Julian walks right over to them and says go whats your name what is the problem well be with u in just a moment. So since that is upsetting, I said hi we were here before them. With the biggest attitude he proceeds to tell me ya I know I said well how would you know you never even asked our name. Rudely he says I know youre next I wrote down flower shirt hmmmm even if thats what your store does is put a little descriptor of the next customer, why would you tell the customer that?? With attitude no less like its ok. No its not. Let me help you with the response that would have come from a store manager of all people. Im so sorry maam, I do see your next can I have your name? Customer service isnt rocket science. Im not sure how Julian became store manager but I can assure you it was not his customer service. And I will escalate this issue as high as I can until this issue is resolved.
9/16/2013 at 10:05 i called this store, was answered by an extremely rude person, i was trying to gather information to get 5 new lines... the conversation went on about thirty seconds she did all the talking and hanged up on me... very bad cant believe t-mobile would hire such people!!!she ruined my morning.. on a scale of 1-10 ill give them a big 0

Ive been in this place at least 5 times on a warrenty exchange for the same phone. On this unfortunate occasion I spoke to mobile rep named Juan., who needs a retrainning in the customer service dept. He says lets hope you have better luck with this one in a condesending tone. Im not playing slots or scratching lotto tickets. Im not certain where luck comes into play. When it comes to mobile service i would like a guarantee that the phone I purchased works and my carrier treats me with courtesy and respect. Not at the Euclid store apparently.
I wrote a long review on Google and Yelp about the huge disappointment i had from Tmobile 3 branches. Anaheim Town Center, Harbor Blvd. Costa Mesa, and The mainplace in Santa ana branch.But I could not avoid writing my impression of this particular branch of Euclid n Brookhurst, especially the super hero Raul M. And Julias. They both did what the other 3 branch managers & the customer care department & the technical support failed to do over 8 consecutive days. Thank you Raul for putting so much time and effort to fix my line. Other mobile experts i met in other Tmobile shops did not bother putting half of your effort.

To top it off they are LIARS I walk in they tell me its 20 for a SIM card then Im about to pay and lady tells me its 25 Plus tax when someone else has just told me its 20. Worst T-Mobile store by far

Not a good experience. Staff friendly and mostly polite but gave incorrect information for my specific requirements leading to a lengthy return. Though they advised me the problem was fixed, it is still not working properly. Over five hours invested with nothing gained.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Came in to do a jump upgrade on the new S9+. My old S8 had a scratch and the manager didnt allowed the upgrade unless I paid the insurance deductible, I was never told this when I set up my account. Why in the world would I pay extra to have the jump if they the program was this strict. I went TO ANOTHER T-MOBILE STORE, they were kind and didnt make it a huge deal about the scratch and I was able to use the jump program to upgrade to the new S9+. MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION IS A TOTAL JOKE. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION.
I get complete ignored each time I go in.. so ignored in fact that it would be so easy to just walk out with whatever I wanted.. I go in to pay a bill and an Im there if 45 mins
BAD customer service. Bad And I mean bad attitudes. And they put my screen protector on messed up and told me that thats just the way it was and it would eventually go down and adhere to the phone

This location is nice, however the staff in there is unprofessional I had to wait 30 minutes to be helped when I was the first one in line some of the workers in there were not friendly and they couldn’t help me with anything they kept telling me to call customer care I swear I thought they worked for t-Mobil but it seems like they have no clue on how to help a customer
