So when I went there, I bought a cute sweater and it was 80 bucks. An employee had told me it was 50 bucks. When I had bought it the cashier was like all sales are final, no returns. There goes returning the sweater and getting a whole 80 bucks back.The cashier also didn’t remove the plastic security tag off the inside of two of my shirts.The employees were also not friendly whatsoever. The one helping me rolled her eyes and sighed when I had asked to look at two other sizes of jeans that were high up. If it is an issue to get something with the hook, then keep it on the ground so other people could get stuff down on their own.I suggest just not buying from there and ordering from the brands they get their clothes from.

Associates were not very friendly. As soon as we walked in no one greeted us. We purchased two items and the person ringing us up didnt even say a word other than the total. Seems like everyone in that store was on an off day or something.

The (mostly white) staff was horrible! my family are poc and we walk in no one greets us or asks us if we need help while they greet and ask if all the other white customers walking in need help. my family and i leave completely upset not buying anything and a staff member put their head down as we walked out as if they knew we are mad and why we were leaving.

Have some good deals on the sale rack. Bought a Patagonia Los Gatos sweater for 50% off. Nice and clean store. Friendly staff.

Great store for non-Disney things. I found the prices reasonable for both men and women. They have a mix of surf shop items and casual summery clothing.

Lost sunglasses on a ride in the park, came here to snag a cheap pair for the day. Sadly, they literally didnt even last the day. $30 Curl Surf brand was the lowest price for simple shades. After only five hours in the park spending half the time on my face and the other half on top of my hat, the shades had stress fractures in two places, and are only a gentle bend away from snapping in half entirely. Id expect that from a $10 pair, not a $30 pair. Very disappointed with the store brand.Went to Wal-mart the next day and got a $15 pair of Ironman sunglasses. Half the price and three times as tough.

If I could give zero stars I would. I tried to return a pair of shoes I bought on the 4th of july, still in the box never worn with the receipt. 76 dollar shoes. And they refused to give me my money back. They said since Im an annual pass member to Disneyland that I can get down here easily to return them. As if its that easy to park and get into Disneyland. As if no one works or has jobs. The manager was extremely rude and condescending. If there was another store that is easier to access I would have gone there but there is not. I assumed the store has a 30day return policy. Not 7days! Its been 14days since I bought the shoes. So its not like it was months. Im a fairly big girl and there is literally nothing in this store that will fit me. So I basically have 76 dollars wasted.

The service was excellent when I was there despite it being busy, prices were what you expect for the type and quality of retail store that it is. Would definitely recommend giving it a look, despite being a more compact store the variety was excellent!

Literally my favorite store! I wish they had an online website . We shop there every time we go to Disneyland or down town.

Great Disney Mall Plaza This is a Disney specialty store that is mainly based on clothing. It is worth visiting. Dont miss this!
