On 9/9/2021 I had a sales associate named Isabel who was super friendly and helpful. I wanted to give her some credit by doing the survey but misplaced it. So Im here giving her credit on being truelly helpful and going beyond to help. She was pretty great. I recommend asking for her if you need help because she knows whats up.

I have a little bit of acne, not enough to really worry about but enough to notice and had picked up a chemical exfoliant (solely because my friends used it). Marissa checked in on me and explained EVERYTHING in the exfoliant to me. She answered all of my questions with ease and waited until I asked to recommend something and steer me in the right direction and again, explained everything and how it worked in easy to understand terms. I really can’t say how helpful and kind she was in my visit. This location is so lucky to have her!

You can find all your favorite brands here. I love the fact that if you are a member you can accumulate points and exchange them for real cash or make up. I also got a small NARS gift for my Bday. So yay!

Sephora at Downtown Disney is actually my second favorite location of Sephora, so Im slightly saddened to see the mixed reviews. But, everything isnt for everyone... I really enjoyed this location due to the great lighting (an plus for trying on makeup!) and the great customer service Ive received. Unless Im heading to Disneyland or planned for dinner at Downtown Disney, this wouldnt be my usual spot since its an hour away from me. But, still worth an visit!

Management at this Sephora it’s really rude her name is Sam. She saying word against a Sephora return policy. I hope regional manager will check comments sometime so they will fix it or they gonna loose me as a customer.

Just want to say the staff there are very friendly but not pushy, unlike other staff/stores. I went twice within the same week. They didnt find me annoying even though i had question after question. BUT my go-to person will hands down be DAISY. She honestly was the first that actually cleanse her makeup brush, and took her time to get the right color match, the foundation that i really wanted. She such a sweet heart, her aura is very welcoming. DAISY helped me with my questions, gave me tips and offered if i wanted samples. I ended up buying the foundation she swatched that same night. i have it on today. It is spot on! Thank you again DAISY !!! (: and Sephora for hiring such a doll.

I loved my experience here for the custom makeover!! Everyone was really nice and super helpful. My MUA for the makeover was Joanne and she was awesome and her makeup skills are really good! It was super nice to meet her and Id definitely come back here for another makeover.

It was our last day of five at the park. Id passed the store numerous times from going back and forth to and from the Disneyland Hotel - this time I went in to browse. I met and was served by the kindest person ever- her name is Beth, and if you have the wonderful luck to be shopping there while she is working, DO IT!!! Beth is a true skin professional, and really knows so much about the products sold at Sephora. My face thanks you!

I went here in February this year on a trip to America, Im from New Zealand and if was a fantastic experience for me, I walked in and got amazing service, a lady named Abi helped me with a full face of make up and it was amazing, I got every product she used and I dont regret it ! This review is for the Downtown Disney Sephora: I have to start out by saying that the makeup artists here were fantastic. They did an excellent job in making me and my friend look beautiful. They were also friendly and kind. I am giving 4 stars because there was a mixup where Sephora was offering a deal of spending $50 and getting a free makeover. I had spent $50 online and had booked the next available makeover. The problem was with this deal, the purchase had to be the same day as the makeover. This was not completely clear to me given that there was no way of receiving the makeover on the same day as purchase given that there was no appointments on that day. I took my friend to this Sephora and had called the day before to verify that I could still get a free makeover. They told me yes that because I had booked it online, as long as I showed them the receipt, I could get a free makeover. We came in, my friend got her makeover and then I was told that it was not free! I told the first manager and she did not show me any validation or understanding of my situation, which only heightened the situation and made me more upset. The 2nd manager, Cynthia, however was much more understanding and accommodating. She validated the situation, my feelings, and more sincerely felt bad about the mix up and the Sephora policy of same day purchase with free makeover. I appreciate Cynthias understanding, sincerity, and professionalism. Thank you for being willing to listen and help in making the situation better. I also want to thank the makeup artist who did an amazing job on my foundation makeover.

This is the one and only Sephora that started it all for me! The Downtown Disneyland Sephora was the very first Sephora I visited when I was just 14 or 15 years old. I was completely entranced and star struck, immediately overwhelmed and captivated by the sheer variety of beautiful colors and packages of makeup and fragrances. I think I looked at every single Benefit item and didn’t turn away to other sections for at least half an hour. I wanted to learn everything! I was so excited like a child on Christmas morning. I had officially discovered a whole new world, a land of makeup better than anything I could have dreamt.This Sephora will always hold a special place in my heart, and I never miss a visit or a quick photo each time I find myself on this street. Nothing else can compare to that very first visit to sephora. Thank you for giving me such a magical first visit and memory! This store will always be my most favorite.

Great customer service

I never get helped when I go into any Sephora, thats why I no longer go in there. Their staff is very snooty, and because I dont fit into their profile I am ignored. Too bad because I go to Ulta and spend my money and am treated so much better!!

Went in to buy dr. Brand primer but they didnt have the brand in store anymore manager wouldnt validate parking ticket bc we wanted it right away and didnt want to order it online.

I was never greeted, instead i got mad dogged by most of the employees. I felt like i was trash and wasn’t good enough. Everyone after me was greeted and helped. NEVER coming again to any Sephora.

Loved my experience here. The last time I was there, was a year ago but I still remember it like it was yesterday. Abby helped me pick out lipstick, bronzer, and eye shadow. She probably doesnt remember me but I Bremen her. Anyways, I loved all the prodcuts and will be back this summer. I wish every sephora location could take advice from the associates here. Why cant everyone be like Abby?

Out of all the locations in different states that I go to I think this one has the happiest and friendliest service! These guys and gals deserve recognition for the amazingly positive atmosphere they create!

Even as busy as it gets they are always super helpful. I buy my cologne there because they always give me samples until I figure out what I want.

I went to shop at Sephora at Disneyland. The service was bad for me no one greeted me or said hello can I help you. But they did greet and help all the people who came in after me. I really needed to buy lots of make up and skin care product but they pretty much ignored me :( I saw three of the girls chatting away in the back of the store they just ignored me too. For now on I will get Mac make up in the Mall.

Man at the door did not greet me or offer me a shopping bag. In fact, he gave me a really nasty look as if I were garbage about to steal something. Every staff member in this store acted the same way. Did not stay to shop because I did not feel welcome whatsoever and it was way too crowded anyway.

After my trip to Disney I decided to stop by the Sephora since I needed to buy a new KVD tattoo liner. I went with my two friends (one of which works for Sephora). We were wondering around the store just window shopping before finally purchasing our items. The entire time we had an employee following us around and constantly asking if we needed help. She would watch us to make sure we werent stealing anything. I get that people do try to steal but we were doing nothing suspicious to be followed and harrased. I didnt catch the employees name but she had long dark hair and glasses and was a skin care rep. Many people have tolf me that their employees are rude and bother those who come in. As someone who LOVES sephora I feel so disappointed and sad by these actions. My friend who works there was also embarassed for the company she loves and works for.

My nearly 30 yr old daughter arrived a few mins after 10AM, when the store opens, with numerous employees available and NO ONE working as staff approached her to give assistance. She gave up and finally asked for help and was given a very lame experience by the sales girl. Who walked away when my daughter still wanted to try another brand since the 1 brand the sales person helped her with didnt work with her skin tone, so the sales girl just shoves the next brand in her hand and walked away. I called and spoke to a manager a few hours later and they said they were sorry and to come back? Doubt we will patronize this location ever again.

Employees literally gossiped about me right in front of me whole pointing. Extremely rude.

I was very disappointed with my visit to Sephora in Disneyland all the workers ignored me walked pass and never offered assistance. I am from Hawaii and I am a Sephora customer since 2007.

All sephora stores are well-lit, so that you can look at the different colors of the makeup that youre buying. this one is no exception. i like that they have testers for everything there, and this particular store has a wide variety of each product, more than a lot of other smaller sephora stsores. i go in here practially everytime im in downtown disney, because they always have new items.

If you dont look the part they wont bother to assist you :/
