This place is my go to for all my home renos. I have done 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens with Joshs help on tile and everything that goes with it. Their selection is just the best, from classic to trendy, affordable to fancy plus they give quantity discounts. Im now working on them with a project for the company I work for and they beat the prices the owner found at another place so I get to work with Josh again. Their reps are very knowledgeable and working with them is a breeze.

Recently I had business with SCD and I had the pleasure of getting assistance from a man named Joshua. He was very kind and helpful to me. I’m kind of shocked this place has such high ratings. The people who work here were really rude to me and the employees don’t seem to even get along with eachother. They look like they wanted to quit their jobs a long time ago. If you come an hour before closing they will rush you to leave.

There is only one place to buy tile and it is State College distributors. The staff is very informed and very educated about the product and the selection is unmatched. There are many tile places in the area but none is greatest this place. Ask for Randy. If hes available you will not find a more knowledgeable, kind, patient and efficient person to help you with any and all your needs. I cant thank this group enough for all the effort. Great, wide selection of tiles, floorings, and more. Everything is priced well and they are easy to work with. Wide variety of styles and materials are available -- natural stones, porcelains and ceramic tiles, carpet, wood, LVT, backsplash tiles, outdoor materials. This place is definitely a one stop shop for interior finishes.

Wasnt sure where to line up but Yanet came to my rescue and helped me with my simple request for Schulter. Unfortunately had to go to her desk on the other side and ended seeing saw many beautiful tiles that are going to get my budget in trouble!

Were looking at getting a new kitchen and our contractor recommended a bunch of places and Strictly Stones was the highest rated so we went there. Sam was fantastic and have us the time and attention needed to pick out all the materials in the colors that we were looking for. He has a good eye for things and knew how to help us right away, making good suggestions and understanding our theme.

We bought the tile for the shower and floors of our kids bathroom and they were very helpful, took time assisting us and the prices were great! We shopped at many different places on State College but this place was our overall favorite because the selection is amazing and constantly updated and the prices are great! We have recommended them over and over! I wish I could remember the name of the guy that we have worked with but he is one of the owners and his been there for many years!

With the help of George Solis, I was able to finish my landscaping in satisfaction. He even suggested slate for my water fountain that ultimately made it look much better. However, there were some miscommunication that caused me to do couple more trips but in the end I got all I needed.

I highly recommend people stay away from this store individuals are unorganized they promise and they don’t come trough!! Management is even worst Rick promised having tile a and did not have tile on time he promised he delayed our project 1 week and had no accountability!!

All the salespeople were very helpful and courteous. The Manager, Randy and his assistant were readily available to help us make the best choice and there were a lot of products available.

Great pricing on floors and best service in O.C

I was very impressed with all the choices displayed. It seemed like they had lots of new and on trend materisls.I was not, however pleased by their lack of interest in waiting on anyone.One woman was on her phone for at least 10min or more on a personal call...looking up things...appeared to be playing on phone...put sitting or standing at main counter???I had to ask for help...Kudos to Mario, a very pleasant and knowledgable young man was great He was able to answer lits of my questions.

Shopped here 10years ago. They were so helpful then, they still are today.

Remodeling is overwhelming as it is, and walking into State College Distributors even more so many flooring decisions!!! I am a contractor and took my client there who happened to be my wife. I have dealt with SCD for years and have gone other places 80 percent of the time because of pricing. In this case I dealt with Jan Morales of which she dropped the ball 4 times. No samples as promised and supposedly forgotten about 3 times. Finally got one sample out of 3. Well thank God for her poor service. We found exactly what we wanted in a carpet for $2,000.00 less and got samples in 2 days to make our decision. SCD lost me again. I will try another time again.

Good place to get hardwood floors

If I could give a zero- I would.The granite was poorly aligned, their workers damaged three of our walls, left tape, dust, hundreds of pounds of granite, our old sink, and their trash.Oh, as a bonus I believe it was their workers who left spit out chewing gum on our newly poured patio.Ugh…. I pleaded with the manager, Walter to help us on Saturday.He said he would call back; he didn’t. Now His voicemail states he is out of town until next week. I called my sales rep, and she told me she could not help me right now because she is with a client.I remind her that I was her client too.My story continues- it is December 4, and my job has still not been completed. Walter informs me of miscommunications within their office.It is not fair or right that I have receive payment demands from Milady’s and the job has yet to be completed.I phone Milady previously desperate for help but she had no reply.She does not care that my job is not complete; she just wants payment.I am very frustrated. The additional work, the company, told me they would complete, they did not complete.It should not take a month and dozens of phone calls to install a medium size kitchen.Ugh, I found more dried up chewing gum that I believe their worker spit out on our patio next to the trash they left for us to pick up.The work they need to complete is minor but it does not feel right they have left me to dangle.I am posting photos from the first time Walter at State College Distributors told me they were finished and wanted payment.The last batch of photos were taken after Malidy’s phoned me for payment and conveyed the project looks great.It should not be this difficult to have a small granite job completed. I realize events and things happen, but this is just inexcusable.Granite left on the side of our property, more chewing gum- ugh. Poor quality work and dust everywhere.What a mess!I have included some photos of their poor workmanship below.Please note all the junk they left in an old kitchen sink they pulled out of our house. Also, they decided to store the granite in our side yard.Gum is also on our newly poured cement.@StateCollegeDistributors is a real bummer to do business with.

I purchased laminate floor (the Brand name is Belair) from state college distributors. After just 5 months later, the floor is chipped, cracked etc., it looks terrible, I spent a lot of money for installation, I stayed for one month in a hotel. I called State college distributors because they gave me warranty for belair floor for 25 years, anyways they send so called an inspector from Discount hardwood floor and moulding. Even he didnt look what happened the foor, I was told by the inspector that I abused my own floor!!! It is incredible, this is my house why I am going to abuse my own floor. Anyways, if you care about your money and trouble when you are changing your floor, please stay away this company.

Work on your phone etiquette. Im not calling to get a snappy response. Im actually trying to give you these little green pieces of paper that show you have served me well. Just because you dont carry it, doesnt mean that no one makes it.

I ordered hardwood flooring from them, and when I took it home I found out they gave me two different kinds flooring. When I went back to return the floor they told me they ran out of the floor I ordered and refunded my money. I lost a whole day lugging that stupid floor around.
