Spoke with the owner, who fails to understand the concept behind the definition of the word value. While price is not the only important factor when purchasing any product, the best and most friendly service is meaningless when it comes at a cost of 100% increase over competitor equivalence. What good is the best customer service in the world when its price is cost prohibitive?
