I went into Daltile today and had a great experience.They have two buildings, one that carrys huge selection of slabs and other building with tile showroom.I told design consultant, Leslie, that I wasnt buying anything at her store.I purchased a condo on Whidbey Island in WA. and will be getting material from their Everett WA. store.She took over 1/2 hour working with me to come up with products that I was very happy with.She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful even knowing that she wasnt going to make a sale to me.I had a outstanding shopping experience at Daltile today.

As a fabricator I appreciate all the help and patience with my retail customers that All of the employees at Dal tile show to my clients. Nice showroom, good selection, quality slabs, always available to move slabs for customer approval, nothing but good.

We have been looking for granite and quartz slabs for a while, and I can tell you that Daltile is the worst out of 20 places we have seen. Reselling MS International materials, claiming they make them, lying non-stop, knowing nothing. Absolutely unprofessional crew.People dont waste your time! There are Arizona Tile, Bedrosians, MSI, Best Cheers, etc. etc.around.

I had a great experience at the Galley in Anaheim today. The help and knowledge was fantastic.
