This shop is a hidden gem indeed on state college in Anaheim for any kind of tile to find! Beautiful showroom and great customer service. Renata and Monica are very responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I stopped in this place to look for tile. Disappointing. Service was subpar. The blonde receptionist and little knowledge of the various types of tiles in the marketplace. I recommend Daltile down the street.

We drove all the way down here. Google says they’re open and they have a flashing open sign, but their doors are locked and no one is to be found.

Stay away from this store. They are selling defective tile for premium prices. I paid over $1000 for 200 SF of 24x24 porcelain and my installer said it’s all bowed. Neither the top nor the bottom of the tile is flat. When I took it back to the store, they refused to take it back and said all sales are final. When I asked to speak to the owner, they again refused and the guy with ponytail said I’m the manager and you have to deal with me. I can’t believe the owner still have this guy working there. Probably he has no clue of what’s going on with the customers.

We came at 7:50am and the store was not open yet even though in the internet says that they are open from 7am to 5pm. They must have overslept. Wake up people! :!
