These guys have a great selection of stone. I went in with a general idea of the look I wanted and they helped me every step of the way, from picking out the stone, laying everything out so it flows nicely, even staying late to finish the install. They went above and beyond and made me a shelf for my arch window AND put a back to it so things wouldn’t slide back anymore. I love the veining on the island and the huge backsplash behind the cooktop. Definitely recommend checking them out.

We love our counters we purchased here, they are our most favorite thing in our home now. If I move I want to take them with me! While that’s not possible, we cannot be more happy with the choice. The fabrication with them had some chipping on one 10” infinity edge that was never mentioned, they did the best to mend but would have been nice to let us know.Our all, would go back and they are fairly priced. They did a great job and no funny business. If your debating on the edge.... get the waterfall edge. So worth it.With the extra stone, we had them make a long bar top and we used it for an indoor bench for kids toys.

Stoneware Enterprises was very helpful and professional, their selection is large, and their work is beautiful. Pricing is upfront and didnt change and there was no upselling or pressure at all. They completed the job in the promised timeframe and were very happy with the result.We visited their showroom several times before making a decision. Their sales staff patiently answered all of our questions. They cut their stone on site and they were able to show us some of their work in progress, which was beautiful. They embed steel bars in the granite to support overhangs invisibly.After Manuel came out to our house to get precise measurements, they called us to come in and lay out our kitchen. Since our granite has a lot of variation, it matters which piece is where. They advised us on what was possible and helped us minimize seams while making the most of the parts we liked best. In less than 2 weeks Manuels team came out to remove our old counters and install the new granite countertops.They promised us a couple of extras: the piece that was cut out for the sink to use as a cutting board, and a piece cut to put on our window sill to make it even with the backsplash. Both were part of the square footage we paid for, but they didnt deliver them. Weve made five attempts to follow up on the window sill piece with no success.

I usually never write reviews only when I’m very satisfied with the service, but this time is because I have a horrible experience with these guys I purchase the stone about a year ago and spent about $50,000 with installation not to mention how patient I been trying to keep calm paying rent because my house is not ready to move in they been holding my construction they are so unprofessional the owner keeps telling me next week the job will be done they go for two hours and don’t come back until a week later and it’s been that way for the last 8 months so instead of been honest they keep lying to me they don’t take me serious I have no choice but to go see a lawyer to get help please stay away from this guys honestly save your time and money there is a lot of good companies but this is no one of them plus they are sloppy and dirty

We got the Quartzite countertop for our kitchen upgrade. It is amazing after installation. The slab is exquisite and such design was not available anywhere in CA. They also recommended good way to install 3cm slab. Professional installation work.

Products are great, installation is great. What ever you do, dont pay up front. A 4 week wait ended up taking 3 months and a credit card dispute to resolve.

We recently upgraded our kitchen with granite counter top and back splash from stoneware enterprises. Professional service and most helpful staffs in the store and installers. especially the owner Nishar was very educated and reasonable person. i would highly recommend any one who’s looking for their need in stones and granites.

They have a wonderfull selection. They were very patient with the changes we had to do to the design and they came several times to the site to verify the dimensions as the kitchen design was getting changed. The entire team was very friendly and professional.

My wife and i live in San DIego. We went to almost every stone slab warehouse in San Diego and 2 in Orange County. Stoneware had the best selection of any of them. They were reasonable in the cost of the slabs and to demo the old countertops and install the new ones. Some of our countertops were quartzite which is hard to work with. They did a great job. They were professional, responsive and did the work when they said they would. The new countertops look great and there were 2 counters with bullnose ends and they did an excellent job with those.

Good place for countertop. Large selection. Make sure you order your stuff way ahead because they are busy and you will have to wait for install. People are nice.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Worst contractor experience of my life. I paid over $6,000 to redo my fireplace in August, with the promise my fireplace would be done in a few weeks. (They make you pay 100% in advance. This should have been a red flag to me!!) This company consistently misses appointments, will not return calls, and is generally terrible to deal with. If you choose to work with them, get ready to call the owner Nishar on his cell phone multiple times a week. The front desk will not answer your questions, they will simply tell you to call Nishar. Since August, I have made over 50 phone calls to Storeware and the owner Nishar, just to get my project scheduled!! These guys have an impressive selection of stones but zero customer service or scheduling skills. GO ELSEWHERE AND SAVE YOURSELF MONTHS OF WASTED TIME!!!

The owner, Nishar, sales staff were great to work with. On our first visit, they helped us find the perfect slab to go with our flooring and new cabinets. The install crew were very professional and worked extremely hard to get everything installed just right. Highly recommend.

Stoneware Enterprises is the most professional & accommodating company I’ve had the pleasure to work with. I’ve been in the property management & construction industries for over 40 years. I went to 9 different stone companies before discovering Stoneware Enterprises, who has the most varied, exciting, unusual, exotic, beautiful, stones from all over the world. There is no where else I will shop for stone from this point forward. They absolutely care that customers are thrilled with their product & installation. They have experts available to work with you on the type of stone best for your use. Some stones stain or crack easily, & it’s good to get advise so you pick the right surface for the use. They have on-site artists to help with the layout to provide maximum impact. I had a specific somewhat complicated pattern I wanted. After marking off the design on the slabs with their team, I photographed it, then they kindly printed the pictures from my phone, let me sit at a table to cut & paste the design together so I had a 3-D version to make sure the end result would be exactly as I envisioned. When it didn’t quite meet my vision, they happily called in their layout specialist again, we re-worked the design slightly, more photos, more cut & paste ... & we did it a third time!! All the while the staff was friendly offering coffee, water, oranges, stopping over to see how it was going. The whole staff cared, was patient, friendly, & committed to getting it right until I was fully confident I had exactly what I wanted. We all cheered together when we hit the mark! They turned this into a pleasant experience. No stress. They made me feel like part of the family, not a pain. They made sure I knew to have the sink, faucet, & kitchen equipment, & ¾” plywood top in place before the installer came out to measure. I had such a good feeling about the whole company that I chose to use their installer. He came in to confirm understanding of my design. Then he personally came to my home to laser measure the room for precise leveling, placement, & to confirm the design again. When the wonderful install team arrived, they were fully prepared bringing their equipment to fine-tune all slabs on-site if needed. What we ended up with was a PRECISE fitting. The end result was stone that slid tightly into place with perfect nearly invisible seams. Once confirming the precision fit of the pieces, they had a palette of 5 different epoxy colors to match the variations in the stone to make the seam disappear. I will use Stoneware Enterprises on all my future residential and commercial projects from this point forward.

The Tile Mile is full of stores, but save yourself some time and just go to Stoneware Enterprise! Mohammad was my primary contact during our job. We went there looking to do a kitchen, bathroom and fireplace remodel. Stoneware Enterprise was one of my first stops and with all the other stores, I wanted to shop around. They were very confident and told us wed be back as they were VERY competitive. After, looking around...we came back! What I really liked about them was they were a one stop shop. I would not need to go find fabricators after I found the stone I liked. With all the other stores we went to, they had lists of fabricators they recommended but none but Stoneware Enterprise had their own fabricators. This was important to me to hold one store responsible for everything! Mohammad and the staff were knowledgeable and taught us the difference between Quartz and Quartzite and we decided on Quartzite. Their fabricator Julio, was friendly, fast and timely. I also liked how they let us layout the Stone for the look we wanted for each job. Julio and his crew were very careful working in and around the house. Stoneware Enterprises goal was our complete satisfaction with their work and the product they sold us. Now that everything is done, we can say we are completely satisfied and we recommend them to the Yelp community! I will add some pictures as soon as the other work around the Stone is completed.

They have a great shop where they can precisely cut the stone to your templates made to fit your cabinets at your home. The installers work professionally & quickly & do good work. I would go back for more stone work.

I searched the web and called around. The best price was at Stoneware. I was skeptical, but they did better than expected work. They did a great job in my kitchen. They were able to stick to the price quoted and install it quickly. The owner has a get it done attitude much different than the other shops I called.

Does not keep his appointments. Rude on the phone when you ask It has been a month and you still have not done the job I paid for, so where is my granite I paid for? He tells you he is coming out at 3:30 and never shows up. Every day he says this. I still do not have the granite cut that I paid for.

Mr. Nashir was very helpful in showing us granite slabs. Very few places have 3 cm slabs, which we needed for our outdoor kitchen, and he had a very good selection of them. Once we selected the slab, he gave us a very reasonable price and then we scheduled for the person to come out and make the templates on our two outdoor kitchen islands. Once the templates were made, we returned to the showroom to select the way we wanted the templates to be placed and cut on the slabs. We then scheduled the installation at our home in Torrance for a couple weeks later. The crew that came out to install the slabs were very experienced and very professional and knew exactly what to do. One Island had a seam and they made it look completely seamless. What a terrific job. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I spent a number of days looking for granite slabs for our new kitchen. One day we went to many places on State College Blvd. and just did not see what we wanted. We were headed home when my husband pulled into one more place – Stoneware Enterprises. He asked me to go take a look. I walked in and was quite impressed with the selection – there were several very large rooms with granite slabs, some nicely matched with complementing tile. Then I saw it – it was just the color we were looking for and the pattern was fabulous. I went to get my husband and he immediately agreed. The purchase was made; it was a pleasure working with Muhammed, who is very cheerful and friendly. We also purchased two of the Italian sinks and they have worked out perfectly. The installation by Manual and his crew was perfect. Manual made sure we were pleased with every aspect of the installation. He very willingly worked with us to prepare the backs of the granite in small sections where we were placing LED lighting under the counter.

We visited several stone suppliers and this place had the best selection by far. We selected a very exotic Italian quartzite that we get compliments about from everyone. The big advantage of this place is that they also do the fabrication, demo and installation. In the end, I think we saved money by using one vendor to do it all. I have recommended Nishar to a couple of people already.

They have a large selection of granite slabs to view - magnificent colors, a straight forward and helpful sales staff, and professional installers who were polite and cleaned up when they were finished. I had gone to the showroom and picked out two granite slabs but when it came time to have them installed, I had changed my mind and wanted different slabs. Thanks to Muhammad, there was no problem in switching the slabs and that I could purchase one and 1/2 slabs was a huge help. Muhammad and his staff were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in the process. Moises and his crew did an excellent job of installation. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would highly recommend them.

Most flooring stores in Anaheim jack up the prices and then put sale signs and banners marking them down, thereby giving illusion of better deal. However, Stoneware does not do that. I compared nearly identical item pricing and found them to be very reasonably priced to begin with at their store. Seemed very honest and gave be replacement of tiles that were found broken in the box or had few imperfections. They have great selection that does not overwhelm you yet offer you nearly the best choices possible with best prices. Did my entire 1st floor tile work purchasing from these guys.

Stoneware Enterprises was a pleasure to work with. After months, if not years, of looking for our kitchen counter granite tops, we finally found Stoneware that had so many choices that we actually liked. We went back to the store a few times and were helped by the nice staff who helped us choose our final product. We needed 2 slabs for our kitchen and on installation date the sink counter area was cut wrong by their cutter. The owner informed us that he was fired and that we could come back and choose 2 more slabs free of charge. They were able to measure, cut, and install the granite within 5 days and we were very pleased with the customer service. The owner really wants to please his customers...he even came to the house on installation day to check out the final product and make sure we were happy with the outcome. I highly recommend them for product and installation.

As they say: GET IT IN WRITINGWe were told 6 months ago that the fabrication charge was $29 / sq foot (It says so on the purchase order too). We were also told this included a chiseled edge (NOT on the purchase order, but trusted them nonetheless). Before recent installation told it was $31/ sq ft (we didnt bring paperwork with us, our mistake) and also an extra $750 for chiseled edge!! My wife and friend with us all agreed with me, he did tell me the chiseled edge was included with the standard edgework!Gave 2 stars because they did do a very nice fabrication and installation!!!

So happy with my new granite counters. They had exactly what I was looking for. The installers were very professional excellent seams and all.This is the first time Ive had granite installed and was surprised how easy it was. I had shopped with my daughter endlessly for her kitchen counters she needed a slab so it was much harder I did not want to do that again. I found what I wanted the first day shopping, they have installers there easy peezie.

We got a cristallo for our home and it was beautiful. also, they are the only one able to cut small peice from big slab to get extra if one slab is not enough. Great guys. installers are 3rd party and did a pretty good job as well.

Stoneware Enterprises is an awsome place to go. There warehouse has everything you could possible want and the sales reps are knowledgeable, patient and polite. When I picked out what I wanted, the owner Nishar worked up my order and scheduled the demolition. I was very pleased with the cost of both. The demo guys showed up as scheduled and did a terrific job and they were done in a couple of hours. Later that same day, Mr. Billy, who is terrific, showed up to do the layout. I went back to the store at my convenience, and actually put the layout on the slab that I had picked out so the colors were exactly as I wanted. Mr. Billy was actually there that day and helped me with matching the pattens as well ! Within 4 days they came to the house and installed the granite. The installers were the BEST! Very experienced, efficient and they cleaned up everything before they left. I couldnt be happier with the end result. COST EFFECTIVE, AND EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. You need look no farther than STONEWARE. I will definitely use them again for my next project. They had a great selection to choose from and their installers did a fantastic job on the installation. This is the update to my previous review. The owner Nishar called me and apologized for my unpleasant experience with his staff. That happened during his travel out of the States. He offered me $330 refund. I accepted his sincere apology and trusted him and would like to continue to be his customer in the future.

Stoneware and Muhammad made the whole experience of purchasing my granite kitchen counters enjoyable. I was able to purchase 1 1/2 slabs to save money (a friend of mine once kept 1/2 slab of granite under his bed until he could find a use for it!) and the cooperation between their fabricator making templates of my countertops and their staff placing the templates expertly on the slabs worked out great whereas I have an L shaped counter with no seams. I am completely satisfied with four granite counter tops and a small shelf.

Stoneware Enterprises has a large and beautiful selection of slabs. I purchased my kitchen and hallway countertops from them 2 years ago and Im excited to go back to use the same stone as my backsplash.

Just a note to say how happy I am with Stoneware Enterprises. They have a huge selection of granite, all beautiful. They were very accommodating and so helpful. Most importantly, they were patient and did everything they said they would do. I highly recommend their establishment. They came to me from a referral of my brothers. I visited them first and never looked elsewhere. Muhammad and Nishar were so helpful, and Brian (in the tile and backsplash department)....excellent.

When the time came to update our fireplace, we decided to use natural stone to make it a focal point of the room with a more aesthetic, contemporary look. Our quest for a natural stone slab was long and arduous. We went to multiple slab-yards, but couldn’t find what we were looking for. With the plethora of beautiful slabs in the warehouses of Costa Mesa, nothing stood out to us. There was also a separate search for a fabricator, which was not any easier. Then, during yet another web search, I found a slab that caught my attention. I called the number and we fortuitously found Stoneware Enterprise in Anaheim. When we came there, Nishar, the owner, gave us a tour of the warehouse. He was genuinely pleasant and patient and even showed us his state of the art fabrication facility. I immediately knew that we found the right place. The covered warehouse was clean and organized creating a stark contrast to the dusty outdoor slab yards we had been to before. It almost felt like an art gallery with so many beautiful slabs to choose from. To our great relief the Stoneware Enterprise also provided fabrication and installation. With the size of our picked out slab, we did not have enough for the hearth. Nishar was generous enough to let us cut a hearth from a second slab. From there on, it was a smooth sailing. If we had any questions, Nishar’s associates, Mohammed and Salman, were always there to assist us.Manuel, the fabricator, did beautiful work. The team of installers worked very hard bringing the slab to the fireplace on the third floor. They cleaned the work area and left us with a fireplace that we absolutely love. The whole process took less than a month. We are very satisfied with Stoneware Enterprises work. We would definitely be returning and recommending this place to our friends.

Horrible place to get the installation. Regretting till this day to let them do my granite . Never fixed their their bad job after promising more than 5 times and scheduling without showing up . Stay away!!!!!!! They don’t stay behind their work .

Im very upset at our treatment by Stoneware enterprises and will never use them or recommend them again.My wife and I are in the middle of a kitchen remodel and she had her heart set on a centerpiece island to accent the counters I installed. It was stretching our budget, but we justified the price (over $2,600 for a single piece) as we could use the extra material for another room.We chose a slab, templated out the piece at the shop, and verified with Mohamad, and one of the installers that A, there was enough material for the other room, and B, that we would be able to keep the remnant as we were purchasing the entire slab. Both agreed.First off, this place is highly disorganized. Expect to have to call them before your measuring appointment, and your installation date. We received no phone call before either date. I took the day off both times not knowing when they would arrive.Our granite finally came and the installers, who were very friendly, set the piece on the island. I had to measure and adjust the piece to get it square and level. The remainder of the material was nowhere to be found. When asked why, I was told they werent instructed to bring it.I called our sales person Mohamad immediately, and he assured us it was at the shop. He told me he would call me next week, since our install date was a Friday, and they would send it out the next time a crew was passing by.A week went by with no phone call, so the following Friday I called. I had to explain to Mohamad who I was and what I was calling about (every time I called, I had to do this).Finally, Im told our material is in the back of the shop, but its tiny and broken (he sends me a picture of our slab remnant cracked in half). I tell him Im extremely disappointed as we had discussed us being able to use that for another room. He argues with me that it is “too small” and “why do I even want it,” despite the original deal.After about 20 minutes of expressing my disappointment over the phone, Im told Brother, I want to make you happy, Ill cut it out of another slab for you.Its the same line over and over, and truthfully, I appreciate it. I think, ‘this guy gets it. He wants to make sure we get what we paid for. Customer service isnt dead after-all!’Today, the installers arrived with the only useable piece from our slab. They carry it into the house, its split in half, completely unusable; the same one from the photo.Thanks Stoneware enterprises, for delivering your trash for us to dispose of. Mohamad’s promise of a new piece to replace our broken one was a lie. Im beyond pissed––insulted even, and I will never do business with this place again. The fact that you wasted our time to deliver a piece of granite that you cracked is F@#king disgusting.

Our family has been doing business with Nishar and Mohomed for years. Prices are reasonable and the Stoneware team works to keep you on budget. Selection is amazing! Their installation crew is fantastic! The quality of work is exceptional and we are very particular. The crew that helps do the template layout is very patient, we are satisfied every time we leave the store. We continue to return because they make us feel like family-maybe this means we are buying too much granite!

I had positive experiences from nearly everyone in the store. I purchased my granite and backsplash here after looking many places. I appreciate the ability to buy 1.5 slabs instead of buying 2 and being stuck with paying for a product I could not use. I had a few concerns and Nishar did his best to make sure I was pleased with the product the way that I requested it. Everything was completed in a timely fashion and I would surely recommend that you stop buy and check out their large selection and excellent customer service.

Buyer Beware Shop with cautionI dont know whats happened with this business other than it going down the toilet.Im a returning customer, years ago I was given a good deal on 2 slabs of granite and installation. The installation didnt go as well as Id hoped but I was willing to live with it. Im in the process of selling my house and needed to have some matching stone installed on the fireplace and returned for there help.....Since the purchase no one can help me and the installation date keeps getting pushed back. Every time I call they have a new excuse why it didnt happen. They cant even bother to call and say its not going to be installed they wait for you to call and ask where is it. I spoke with the owner and was told its ready and that they were short staffed one of the installers didnt show up. 2 days later I went to the store and located the Slab of Granite I purchased and it was not cut yet... its supposed to install today I spoke with sales left a message for the owner. sent the owner several text messages, called and left a voicemail, no response. I send a text about calling the credit card company and behold a response on the owners cell calling to move the install date again.....The installers actually show up late today and are missing some material and the granite is not cut properly everything goes back for another attempt and the installation is postponed... ;( As of 3-31-19 they have now missed 5 installation appointments.Save your self the hassle and shop somewhere else.

Very pleasant experience after having seen several slab warehouses. Specially Nishar and Mohammed were very easy to work with and showed immense knowledge of the various stone varieties which at times is overwhelming for customers like us and makes the choice difficult. Also feel free to share with them the price that you may be getting elsewhere and they will beat it by a margin - for us they helped to select within our budget and gave us a pretty good deal including fabrication. Overall very satisfied with the quality and experience. In fact we are looking to go back for our 2 bathrooms.

***Update to the owner’s response on March 21I think you can’t just accept the fact that you sales rep didn’t do a good job informing his customers. He didn’t not explain to me anything about how they will be matched when we pieced them together nor the whole slab would have a higher chance of matching. Why one earth I would buy 2 pieces of stone knowing they are not matching? I am not talking about the vein, as you see the picture, one has almost no vein. I did verbally select the prefab but they weren’t physically available for me to see. And multiple times your sales rep confimed with me that they will be identical. Even on the day I came to pick up, you guys didn’t even bother to make sure they are a matched. You just pulled it from your warehouse. I thank you for the offer but you are asking me to spend another $1300 to fix my currently problem which I find unreasonable since I had spent a lot of money on my side already. The owner Sean just called me requested me to remove the review but not trying to understand what the problem was. He blamed it on me because I chose the material. I told him that as a customer we relied on their professional advise. At the time of the purchase, I wasnt well informed by his salesman but all he tried was to sell me the material. He even called me with racist names during our phone conversation. I now really felt threaten after the phone call. I also have called the local police to inform them about this situation and hopefully we don’t take it to court for some other reason.—————————————-I came in looking to buy 2 pieces quartz prefab but they didn’t have that many selections for prefab quartz. The sales rep showed me a big slap white carrera and said he could order 2 prefab pieces that were also white carrera. The quartzs weren’t avaialbe at the time so i couldn’t see what they looked like but I assumed the sales man was honest and would take care of his customer. I went to the front to pay and I kept telling them that they needed to make sure the two pieces are identical. They said yes. 2 days later, we picked up the quartzs, (I again assumed the sale rep was honest and would take care of his customers so i didn’t really check) there was plastic wraps around the quartzs so I didn’t really see what they looked like. We took it home let the 3rd party installed and when they finished cutting and piecing them together, they were NOT MATCHING ( see pictures) ! It was a huge disspointment for me being a stoneware enterprise customer. It was my first time buying countertop and I blamed me for trusting the sales rep. I couldn’t believe a long time established business like this couldn’t take care of its customers correctly and honestly. I don’t recommed you to finalize your purchase here since they were dishonest and didn’t care about my purchase.

This place has an incredible selection in a huge warehouse. You can see the entire slab. Stoneware handled the removal of our old countertop and installation of the new one. The entire staff was professional, helpful, and patient. Our project was completed for the quoted price in the stated timeframe. Every project has challenges and the owners went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the end result. I recommend this business.

I brought Nashir, the owner, a plywood template for a small bathroom vanity granite counter top. These people were unable to follow the template to provide me with the correct size granite. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business. Multiple daily phone calls were never returned. When I did speak with the employees, I was guaranteed a call back in 10 minutes to take care of me. They never returned my phone calls! They brought out 3 different pieces of granite after I had given them the template of the exact specs needed. All came in at the wrong size. After a month of this, I was finished dealing with incompetence and sought granite elsewhere. Stay away from these morons.

I bought granite for my newly remodeled kitchen and visited many places, Nishar by far has the best selection, I could not find any of his patterens anywhere else, they are very unique and I have received many compliments on them. His installer was very professional, I had a small problem and he came right back and corrected the problem. Would recommend him and I am very happy with my new granite.

***W A R N I N G***STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!This place has been giving us the runaround for 7 weeks now. First we pick out a slab, then we schedule a measurement. They couldnt get anyone out for 10 days. So i took off work 10 days later to meet manuel and he never shows up, called the office and they said he got caught up at another appointment & they will need to reschedule for the next day on Saturday. No call to tell me that!? And, Hes a no show again. Are you kidding!? So i called the office & get transferred 5 times and put on hold for 30 mins. Then Some guy, who i can barely understand so you have to have them repeat what the are trying say, which is fine. But they get irratated at you for not understanding them. Like, thats my fault!? So anyways, he says he will call me back in 10 mins., 4 hrs pass & no call. Called him back & he said he will be there on Monday at noon, he showed up this time 35 mins late. Then he said he couldnt measure the counter because our sink wasnt installed. Again, you are kidding...right? No one told us that when we set this up. We told them this was a new construction & no mention of this. So we reschedule for the 4th time. He shows up 4 days later and measures. We call the office 2 days later to find out when to expect installation & we are told we need to come down to approve the cuts, so this takes another week for us both to go down on the weekend to approve the cuts. We then talk to the main guy for scheduling he says he doesnt have anything for at least 16 days out. Again, are you kidding me!? At this point it had been 5 weeks without a kitchen, now additional 2 weeks more. So we just said make sure we are on schedule for june 4th and the owner guaranteed it would be done. Todays june 4th and no call from their office to confirm everything, so i called and guess what!? We are not in the schedule!!?? They asked me, who told you that you are on todays schedule....umm your owner! Well the slab hasnt even been cut yet. Are F@#%&n kidding me! I told him that this is unacceptable & that they need to get it cut and get out here now. He said he will call me back.....well, they never call back!! Most unprofessional company I HAVE EVER!!! dealt with. And I have been in both commercial & residential construction estimating and project management for over 17 years. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THESE PEOPLE! Just remember, we are on 7 weeks to get countertops & they are still not even cut!! Absolutely Ridiculous!! Just talked with the front desk and guy he told me that the sales and fabrication department are sperate and they do not guarantee anything and then he hung up on me! Then anither guy called me ti say it will be another week! I told him i would give him 48hrs, and he said that is not possible. Anything is possible if you di not want to lose a client and potentially a lot of future clients. Do not do business with these people! They do not take responsibility for anything! We are calling the credit card company now and reversing the charges if they are not out here in 48hrs. Last chance! I will also be blasting out to every contractor I know and social media website I know to tell them to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY unless this is rectified within 48hrs!

Stoneware Enterprises installed granite counter tops in our kitchen, a master vanity and a small vanity. They demod and prepped, then within one week of making the appointment we had our countertops. The quality of the granite is fabulous, and we had the whole job completed for the price were quoted for just materials at a competitors showroom. I highly recommend them.

Out of my whole new home remodeling project buying and installing granite has been most amazing. And all due to amazing customer service by Stoneware. Make sure you ask forMr Mohammad : When you choose the granite. Both Mr.Mohammad and Mr Nishar have helped in choosing the right kind of granite and making sure that granite is templated correctly and installed. Thank you Mr Mohammad for your assistance and patience. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.Mr Manuel: For installation. Mr Manuel is probably the best craftsman i have met who literally excels in his craft of template and installing granite. At my home one of my wall is not totally straight but he still managed to install the granite counter top. His penchant for alignment and straight cuts is visible in his work. He is thoroughly professional and you dont need to explain anything.

Great selection and prices. After needing to re-pipe the entire house, we came here for new kitchen counter and backsplash in addition to new tile for a tub surround. After discovering additional water damage, we ended up needing to completely gut both the main and master bathrooms. Stoneware sales professionals were fantastic in helping select coordinating granite, travertine and tile for the kitchen plus 2 full baths. The project did take longer than expected, and I am not a fan of the installers, but Stoneware and their management were fabulous. They came through 100% and didnt make me feel like a nitpicky, prima donna. They offered to take care every detail I complained about with the installation issues. Many of the items no one would notice except me because I had very specific requirements for each installation - from the 2 slabs of silver fusion counters in kitchen and both baths, to the travertine backspash in the kitchen to the niche in both the standup shower and tub surround to the bathroom tile floors and even the bathroom tile backsplash. The owner and sales people were a pleasure to work with. They know their products and took the time to listen and document all my detailed requirements and stood behind them. The loss of 1 star is for the actual installers. Had they listened to and followed all requirement as document it would be the full 5 stars.

Extremely pleased with every aspect of our kitchen remodel experience thanks to the people, fabulous selection, service and professionalism of Stoneware Enterprises! Finding a unique piece of white marble is difficult, but this place had it and more! Mohammed was extremely helpful and patient in helping us make our choice, never making us feel pressured or rushed and was readily available to answer questions the subsequent times we called. We also purchased our backsplash at Stoneware because their prices were more than reasonable and their samples were displayed in a way that made it easier to visualize how it would all go together. Carlos couldnt have made the scheduling any easier.The marble and backsplash installers (Billy and Abraham respectively) were recommended by Stoneware Enterprises and they too were exceptional. They were on time, on schedule, and were skilled artisans who took great care to protect our wood floors and furnishings nearby.Thank you to everyone at Stoneware Enterprises! As a first time homeowner, my kitchen remodeling project has been really overwhelming. After some shopping around in LA and OC, I visited Stoneware Enterprises. These guys made the granite shopping experience very pleasant. They had some of the prettiest selection of granite, and the staff was very friendly. The owner Mr. Nishar was especially accomodating, and provided my family with an extremely fair price on 2 slabs of Brazilian granite. Our next project is building an outdoor barbeque island, and we expect to purchase the countertop from these guys.

This place is GREAT! Great selection, Great service!!! I found them on Google and went to their website. It is amazing. Easy to navigate and fabulous pictures. I live out of the area and called first. I spoke to Muhammad who told me that they would do installation in Santa Barbara County - Yay! He told me to come down and check out their great slab yard selection. My husband and I were very impressed with the selection (I saw colors I had never seen before) and the layout. Once we got there we were helped by Nishar and Samir. They both were so helpful and knew when to let us browse. Their prices are GREAT!!!! We saved lots of money even though they have to come to SB County to install. Before we committed we went around to 6 other places and NONE of them compare to the vast selection and ease of layout, not to mention the superior customer service. I cant say enough...... This is an amazing wharehouse, we needed a small piece of granite to replace the face of the hearth for our family room fireplace. They have very big selection of granite to marble to all other kind of stones. My husband and I chose to go with the prefab one. Salman, one of the salesman has helped us with our selection. The payment was easy and as we agreed on and installation was perfect and very proffissional. We liked it so much that we went back and decided to buy the backslash glass tile for the side of the fireplace from them, and again Salman recognized us right away and helped us with our selection, I cant wait to see how all it comes together.One very important point that I want to mention here about their prices, we shopped around and found this store carry a huge selection with the most reasonable prices. I definitely coming back here to buy a granite for my living room fireplace.

My husband and I went to Stoneware Enterprise inc. to look for granite to replace our kitchen countertop. We were greeted by Salman, who was very patient in showing us their magnificent collection of granite slabs. We were so impressed that we decided to come back. This time Salman was not there but Mohamad was extremely helpful and nice. We picked one of the granite slabs, and, after that, in a few days, my countertop was replaced and now looks beautiful. My wife and I, we recently visited Stoneware Enterprise on a referral from a friend and we met with Nishar Siddiq. We were in the process of remodeling our house and the selection, purchase and installation of granite counter-tops at our new home was the easiest and most pleasant experience for us. Nishar is a man of integrity and was very patient as we walked through his showroom on two separate occasions with our three children.Nishar and his partner Mohammed, helped us select LA DULCE VITA as the perfect granite for our kitchen. The installation was done very professionally and timely by one of his installers, Billy, who is a master in his art.I believe we received the best quality granite, at the best price and with the service. I would definitely recommend Stoneware Enterprise for all kitchen stone, granite and tile. We wanted a particular granite, Juparana Creme Boudeaux. We found it at Stoneware for quite a bit less. They held the granite until our cabinets were ready, which was about 2 months. When we were ready for them to measure they came out within a few days. They made up our templates within a few days as well. We we very happy when they told us we could have the installation within a week...and they delivered. We couldnt beleive how fast they accomodated us The granite looks beautiful and the installation was terrific - you can hardly see any seems. Some places make you buy an entire slab when you dont need it but Stoneware was just going to charge us for exactly what we used, in case we needed a little bit from another slab. We were really impressed with this. We also bought a beautiful stainless steel sink from them for a lot less than Pacific Sales. I would recommend them.

Had a very good experience with Stoneware Enterprises:1. Broad selection and good lighting - was able to shop freely for hours with no sales pressure2. Brought wife on 2nd visit, and she agreed it had the best granite selection in the area - and convenient to shop and compare.3. Eventually we requested sales help, and a polite person accompanied us for 2 hours, helping us, and again, no sales pressure.4. We decided on blue flowers granite. I was impressed when the salesman insisted on moving all similar slabs (with a forklift) so that we could see all 8 slabs side by side and choose the two we wanted.5. Although the price was reasonable, he offered an additional discount, which was welcome.6. We didnt install until 7 weeks later, but the company had no problem holding the stone for us. Perhaps this is standard, but I read that another granite company charges a storage fee to hold the stone for more than two weeks.7. The template designer, Billy, was easy to deal with, and had no problem rescheduling the templating (due to a delay on our part).8. Templating was fast, professional, and comforting, considering our investment.9. We had our fingers crossed for the install. There were many things that could go wrong, but it didnt. The installation crew was knowledgeable, skilled and efficient. I appreciated that they protected our floors and cleaned up afterwards.10. The seams are superior - far better than I expected. If you close your eyes and run your hand over them, you cant tell where they are.11. A small 6 inch section had to be rebuilt and brought back the next day, which they did.I dont often gush about companies or contractors, but I have to say that this was a very good experience, and Im glad I chose this company for our precious countertops.

Mohammed saved me from making mistakes on how to prepare my hall floor for marble and also supplied me with beautiful green onyx counter 14backsplash with matching green onyx sink, white onyx floor tiles with green onyx baseboard moldings cut out of the same slab, they even suggested folding the backsplash to keep the pattern flowing, all at a price I could afford ( less than all other quotes for same job ) I can not imagine they just like us, as I am not an easy customer. the craftsman in back even stayed late to cut chamfer and edge polish a 6 x 7 foot piece of black galaxy granite rem. I needed for a threshold. they all go out of their way to help us.thank you to the Stoneware Enterprises inc. team. Joe

We purchased 6 slabs of granite from Stoneware for our new house that we built in Arizona. Nishar set us up with Chris, an installer that works through his shop. He made the 300 mile trip to get the measurements and we came back to Stoneware the following week to place out templates on the slabs. They helped us with the layout to minimize waste for a job of this size and got the ball rolling. The book matching on the slabs came out perfect. We couldnt be happier with the completed job. Nishar and Mohammed promised that they would do what it would take to do this size of a job out of state and they made it happen. The install was completed in 1 1/2 days when they delivered the finished product.Thanks again for all the hard work put into our project. Nishar and Mohammed were very friendly and sincere from start to finish and made sure everything came out as promised.

I walked the entire mile, looking for the perfect countertop for my small kitchen. I was looking for something pretty, affordable, and hopefully it would be nice enough to ease the pain of not being able to afford what I truly wanted --Lumerian !I was treated beautifully and with respect from the time I entered Stoneware Enterprise. I explained my quest to Becky, a showroom assistant, she showed my many beautiful prefabs that were HIGHLY affordable. I made a joke about what I really wanted and she led me right to a breathtaking specimen that was a few inches bigger than I needed. I also needed a remnant for a sidebar, next to my stove. She added it up and it was more than I had planned on, but much less than I had been quoted elsewhere for far inferior pieces. She said, Lets talk to Nishar!Nishar understood my financial concern and my love for the opportunity to enjoy the countertop of my dreams. He MADE IT HAPPEN.In a few weeks, I was scheduled into an installation and for LESS than the price I had been quoted for a so-so slab, my old countertops and backsplashes were removed and my gorgeous Lumerian countertops were installed PERFECTLY. Every time I enter my kitchen, I thank Nishar and Stoneware Enterprise, and his installation crew. Every time someone sees my new countertops, they make beautiful compliments.Save yourself a walk. Nashir and Mohamed spent quite a bit of time with us helping us to pick the right stone for our decor. They are very knowledgeable and patient! Their installer, Manuel, was also very knowedgeable. We were our own kitchen designers and thus were appreciative of any and all expert help. Manuel helped us with the layout of the island, and with choosing the edging. The house is in the mountains and we chose a chiseled edge for both the counters and the backsplash. His experience and advice were extremely helpful. The installers were good, but they did not seal the area at the top of the backsplash where it met the wall, stating that we should have a tile guy come out & do it. This did not seem right to me. When I spoke with Nashir about this he sent the installer back to apply grout.There is still one issue in regard to fabrication. I have not gotten the energy to tackle this yet. I hope that there is a solution now that the granite has been installed...I believe the prices were better than Home Depots - the selection definitely was - and based on prior experience, I imagine there was a lot better customer service than there would have been had we gone through Home Depot.Below (hopefully) is a photo fo the finished product.
