I had a wedding gift that I was putting together WAY to late and had to rush an order for a couple of letters to be cut out. One of the draftsmen, I don’t know his official title, Chris absolutely saved me. Gave me a great deal considering how much time I had and the lack of planning I had when I came to him but he knocked it out of the park. He even had the corners rounded for me to make them a bit more finished looking. Honestly can’t say enough, but Chris and the guys out back really saved me on this one. If you have anything you need cut out they do great work and are extremely helpful all I had to do was ask. Thanks again guys keep up the great work.

The price was reasonable And the parts were precise. We could improve on communication. I brought my own material but the warehouse was still waiting for it to be shipped from somewhere. Which delayed the job for a couple days.Still I’m happy with them, I will go again

We had 90 sheets of aluminum cut here, all damaged. Every single one. Serra Laser agreed to take the material back and recut it, despite us having to compromise on the final material size we needed in the first place. They returned the material back to us for a second time, and the first piece we pull from the top is gouged beyond belief, and to add to that, literally every single piece has one out of 4 corners cut differently from the rest. Each piece had 3 rounded corners to spec, and one stumpy little incorrect corner that was totally different from the rest. In the end they refused to take responsibility for it and told me I would need to email the owner because he doesnt take phone calls. They gave me the option to send them another $1400 worth of material so they could cut it again. Unbelievable.
