OWNER immediately came to my attention and help me out answering all my questions. Also gave me a ride back home! .. now thats great customer service.. Toby (owner) is the only guy other than me that touches any of my off road vehicles. Hes the type of dude I call when I have any questions about my bikes and hell give me a way to fix it myself or a price for him to do it. Awesome guy. Awesome place. I trust their work.

Toby is great. I just wish they were a little more careful with the street bikes rims when changing tires. Chipped the painf of my rims with the tire mounting machine.

I was overcharged for an oil leak that was never fixed. I am going to the BBB. He nickle and dime every minute on the supposedly work he did. Never taking any motorcycles at this location. His first receipt had just an inspection which did not do any good because he added more more that never fixed anything. If the problem is not fixed, then dont charge the customer for work that did not fix the issue. It is plain and simple, I feel I was ripped off for nothing.

Diagnostic work is a waste of money here. After 6 weeks and horrible customer service, Toby was able to finally find and fix the electrical issue on my drz. After receiving the bike and paying an outrageously exorbitant price, I still had to rejet my bike because he installed too large of jet as he thought the issue may have been caused by jetting. He even attempted to charge me for 2 spark plugs he fouled while diagnosing the issue but wasnt intuitive enough to change the jetting back.He might be good on straight forward work but, if you need diagnosis take your bike somewhere else.

Hands down coolest shop around walked in was treated like one of the guys. The gentleman wasted no time with paperwork he knew what i needed from our prior conversation on the phone and he didnt try to add on any hidden BS fees, actually he sweetend the deal for me and since i needed someother stuff done as well he priced them super resonable!! I know where Ill be getting my work done from here on out they were 40% cheaper than any other shop! Good people

This place really sucks, they cant even get a valve job on a Harley done right or on time . IT took these guy a month and a half to fix it and it still didnt get it right . These guys cant work on harleys dont even think on taking your harley there. He could save me time and money by just saying he doesnt know anything about harleys
