She took into consideration my needs and made some great recommendations, giving me choices to ensure I got the best comfort and fit for my needs! A true 5-star review! With a background in physical therapy, I can say this place is impressive! I have small wide feet and for over a decade every time I need a new pair of shoes it takes me many days and different shops to find something. This was my third shop I’d visited this week and Angie found a Cinderella fit for some new (well-needed) running shoes. Angie was very knowledgeable about fitting. She even showed me a way to lace them for more mid-foot spacing. They have a great inventory of sizes and widths and a great selection of shoes. This is my new shoe store! Thank you Lucky Feet!

Love this store! I took my mom in the other day to get her in shoes to help with balance. Cheri Juhl, the Store Manager, was outstanding! Shes very knowledgeable, patient, kind and helpful! My mom walked out with 4 pairs! (That never happens in one day from one store!) She loves her shoes and feels very stable in them. Well be back!! Thanks for all the help Cheri!

Was in and out in 10 minutes. It is hard to leave a review because I dont remember the persons name and calling someone girl or woman now a days is inappropriate 🙃.. but excuse me I will have to go ahead and say it. The young woman that helped me was very efficient and friendly. I bought shoes for my very particular husband. He liked the shoes and they fit well. We got some brooks on size 14 a very hard size to find especially anti-slip and comfortable for walking around all day. If these shoes last 6 months i will for sure keep buying them . Thank you .

Top tier place to get shoes! The service here is always great. Every single worker Ive met, shows so much pride in their work. The manager there, cant remember her name, but she is amazing! These people have the best and comfiest shoes! Definitely recommend this place and will be back in the future!

Guy did a great job helping me with shoes today. I tend to over pronate and he showed me the runners tie to help with that. He also listened to what I had to say about not liking all black walking shoes and brought out a few different options. This is one of the only wide shoe places around that has stylish shoes for big and wide womens feet.

Cheri Juhl was awesome! She tested my feet, explained to me what exactly plantar fasciitas was and how it affects my feet. She listened to what I wanted and helped me get 3 pairs of shoes.

I have flat feet, Guy brought out 2 shoes that I wanted to try on, but the arch supports were just too high and hurt my feet right away. He explained to me how I can build my arches back up, but have to do it gradually. So I bought the Brooks walking Shoe, it had a smaller arch support for my longer walking days and he brought out the Hoka Clifton 7 which was like walking on a bouncy cloud, the arch support on the Clifton was not as pronounced as the other Hokas I tried on, so those will be my office shoes for me to build my arch up gradually. So Guy got me into 2 great shoes, He was very patient and very informative. You have a new customer now and he is part of the reason.

I was looking for a pair of shoes to accommodate a toe problem. I was the only person in the store with two knowledgeable sales people. I was delighted to have such attentive service. I really cant remember the last time I wasnt part of a herd vying for the attention of the vanishing salesperson. I bought two pairs of shoes which Im testing now. Cathleen was patient and brought good ideas to my search. The shoes were expensive, but hopefully will last longer than my other purchases.

Was here with a friend, who can never get shoes that fit, allow her to walk stably, and not cause hideous pain. The staff were able to get her into shoes that exceeded her expectations. Todays visit was a 2-week follow up to assure the shoes were still comfortable and meeting all her needs. The quick addition of a small lift evened everything out, and my friend continues to be delighted with the shoes and the shop that took such good care of her.

Such a positive experience at Lucky Feet today. Cheri made me feel so welcomed and I swear she could read my mind. I have never been so excited to put on a pair of sandals & shoes. I’ve had much difficulty returning shoes that I purchased 3 weeks ago. When I bought them I was told that if they didn’t work out, I could return them within 30 days. They have made my feet numb each time I’ve worn them. The store will not allow me to return them due to the fact that I threw away the box. The manufacturer will allow a return but now I’m forced to pay $15 in shipping so these ended up being very expensive tennis shoes. Disappointed.

I called around 10am specifically to see if they had a pair of oofo sliders in stock and they said they had two pairs in men’s size 8 . When I got there around noon not only did they not have them they tried to switch me to a different color and make, their brand. They said a person came in and purchased the three in stock. Right I thought they only had two. I know times are tough but please don’t waste people’s time.

This store is definitely an experience! If youve had trouble finding the right shoes in the past this place is for you, they check your feet out first and recommend things that really help. My neuroma pain was better before I even left the store. Not only are the people who work there super knowledgeable but they really seem to be having fun. They called it a shoe party! This review is for their Online site. Placed an order over the phone to make sure the size and style was available. Order arrived, and the shoes that the company shipped were worn. There was a glue from a heal cushion inside the shoe. When I asked for a refund, the customer service associate was very rude and kept on asking to just return the shoes. This is the first and last time that I will do business with this company.
