All is well that ends well. My table and chairs were just delivered and look great! After my earlier review the company has gone out of their way to make things right and get my patio table to me as quickly as they possibly could...and I appreciate those efforts.It seems like a lot of businesses they are short staffed and dealing with supply problems with their suppliers. Maybe make a little more effort communicating these things to their customers would help.BUT I AM HAPPY NOW!Previous post belowI ordered a patio set and got a confirmation of the order. That was a month ago. They charged my card 2 weeks ago. I have not been able to get them by phone after leaving 5 messages trying to find out when delivery will be. I live 30 miles away so I drove there. They are not at any address they have posted on their site. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. There is no customer service and maybe they are out of business.UPDATE! The review above attracted their attention. I received a call from someone from the company telling me that they will deliver my patio set this coming week. When asked about the store they replied that they are all at a Patio show and no one was at the store today. They also said I would need to release the dispute I filed with my credit card company. I have agreed to pay COD. It took the review above to get a response.I will update and upgrade this review if they resolve the issue and deliver the patio set. I will let you all know what happens at the end of the week.
I should have read the reviews before buying $4000 in patio furniture from this company. I purchased it on April 15, 2021 and still don’t have the furniture after 2 1/2 months. I have been promised 3 times from Sharon with Zen Patio that the furniture has been shipped. I still have not received it. I have now canceled the order since they have not been truthful. I am still waiting for a credit. BUYER BEWARE!!
Avoid this company! This is the first online review that I have ever placed in my 50 years of existence, but felt others should be aware about my experience. I ordered a patio table and chairs from ZenPatio in April and their website claimed the items were in stock. More than one month later, I still have not received any updates about when the items will be shipped. I have sent multiple emails and have called multiple times. They do not answer their phone! They do not reply to emails or voice mail messages! I have not been able to reach them to receive an update on the status of my order or to cancel my order. They have forced me to cancel my credit card.
Ordered my table in april, after months of calling and, emailing . People getting back to me after 12 phone calls and angry emails just to tell me it will be here in 3 weeks another 2 months goes by and they say they have to cancel my order . It is not june 23 and from april to june i have only gotten two calls from them . The customer service is awful, they do not know how to conduct a business. Now i have to wait another 3/4 weeks for another company to send my patio table by then we will be in august and i only have a month to use my patio table . Ridiculous. Thanks for nothing zen patio
Terrible communications. Dont return emails or telephone calls. Ordered three months ago and still dont have furniture. Asked to cancel and refund and they ignore requests. Am filing dispute with my credit card company today.
Still did not receive a return call regarding my damaged table. Its been months! Do not buy from this company!!!Our table was damaged during shipping. I contacted my Salesperson in Mid December but never heard back. I just emailed the company today to try to get a response. Update: Received a response and Im being told I will get a new table in 4 weeks. Update: 8 weeks later and no table replacement, no return email, no return text, voice mail is full.

Simple showroom. Modest selection...but its exactly the quality outdoor furniture you want. Diana is knowledgeable & friendly. They are very responsive and accommodating. Prices are most competitive.Definitely stop in to see them .
This store is funky, stylish, classy and sophisticated all in one. You would think that theyre super expensive but their prices are very reasonable. The quality of the furniture is fantastic. The best part is the customer service. They arent pushy at all. They dont follow you around but you can always find someone to help you. Love it!
We were in Anaheim visiting family, and decided to do some window shopping. The problem is, we ended up at Zen Patio, and they had exactly the patio furniture we had been looking for at a great price! Thankfully we had driven there, and we have a big truck, so we just loaded it into the back to take home with us. The customer service we got there was really great, and we just couldnt pass up the quality furniture for the price. I will definitely be going back again next time were in town!
This is my 3rd experience with Zenpatio and totally satisfied again. This time was a bigger order and Diana really helped me in deciding/pricing what I needed. They even held my order for 6 weeks until I was ready to receive it. I’m in Arizona and Zen sent their own truck and the driver unloaded and set up everything (I helped him a little bit lol). Love the product, couldn’t get better service plus I don’t think you will find better pricing.

Readers will notice that the reviews here are all either 1 or 5 stars, with the 1-star reviews generally complaining about Joe and/or Diana not returning calls, etc. Please pay attention to these comments. After spending over $3000 on a patio furniture set in Sep 2015, with which I admittedly had no issues other than a few minor nicks from shipping, I had a horrible customer service experience trying to merely get some touch-up paint to repair these. They DO NOT return calls, and when they DO get caught answering their phone, which is not often, they stall, say theyll get back to you, the order is on the way, etc. They NEVER do call you. I was amazingly able to get the paint after hounding them for over two months and numerous calls. They apparently relented to my not going away. THEN, recently, the springs in my patio swivel rocker fatigued, leading to bending over too far backward to the point of almost snapping, a real liability hazard. After multiple calls since 1/25/19 (it is now 4/5/19) including the typical, Joe will get back to you, Joe saying during one call, The invoice is on my desk and will ship next week, (on 3/13/19), I gave up (very uncharacteristic of me) and found the springs on Amazon. I do not write reviews often but in this case feel compelled to warn potential customers of the pitfalls of doing business with these two. It is too bad zero stars is not an option here, truly a most horrible customer service experience.By the way, they previously were called PatioImport and may also still be doing business under this name, same phone number for both.
When we began looking to buy patio furniture we heard how cheap big box store furniture was so we began looking for an alternative. We found exactly what we wanted with Zenpatio dot com. They have really high quality patio furniture that will last a lifetime, seriously! This stuff is heavy duty and all of their fabrics are Sunbrella. We loved the options that we had and there was never any pressure to buy. This is a family owned store in Anaheim, which is where we went as it was close to our home, and they are super nice. We love our patio set!
Do not deal with this company. They sent me broken furniture and after 5 months of hounding them to replace it, I now have to go to small claims court to resolve the issue. I spent over $5000 on broken patio furniture. They actually call me and tell me that theyre going to take care of the problem and then never do anything about it. I think these people are scheisters. Buyer beware! Id give them zero stars, actually.
Great find for patio furniture! This place isnt a typical patio store which is what I like about them :).. They have really high-end patio sets for alot less than other places we looked and their warehouse is onsite. We were able to get our furniture delivered the same day. Check out their website first and talk to Joe when you go in..I would highly recommend this place if youre looking for nice patio furniture..

Worst company I have every dealt with will not return calls after 6 months or more. Patio furniture is broken. Sometime you get someone other than Joe to answer the phone but they do noting but lie about telling Joe and getting something resolves for us. They dont deserve even one star forget the warranty they are the worst.
Buyer beware. They will never return phones calls. I bought patio furniture and had problems with the cushions falling a part after six months.
TERRIBLE customer service. purchased items from this company and had a VERY HARD TIME getting them delivered. Owner does NOT return calls! will never buy from them again!
