Did not order enough racks to complete my request and lied to me about the payment terms (demanded up front payment instead of the 50/30/20 promised). Left me stranded with incomplete pallet racks and isnt returning my calls.The owner was very unorganized and left me very unsatisfied. His crew worked quickly and were efficient, but the management of them left much to be desired.I normally dont leave unfavorable reviews, but for $5,000 I was hoping for better service.
