I had the pleasure of starting off my home improvement project with John A. and he was amazing. Very informative and honest. He showed up on time and things went very smoothly. Rolando was who we worked with once the projected started not sure if his title is project manager, but it should be. He made sure we were aware of everything that was happening along the way and always available for questions and the best part of that was his honesty. If he didn’t know the answer he would let that be known and he would be sure to find out the answer and always got back to us in a timely manner. Working with these two men was awesome and such a relief. The last person I want to mention was Joe . Joe came to do the installation part and he was on time and friendly and he made sure I was completely satisfied with his work before he left. I would highly recommend this company to anyone based off my contact and the work alone from these three men mentioned in this post.

Jose and Marco did a fantastic job and were very professional and polite. Mike the sales representative was very nice and did not try to over sell to us. Jesse handled all the material purchasing and made sure the measuring was correct.

My experience was not good. They used the Bate and Switch approach. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! They come to your door charming, then dont deliver what they say there going to do. Very disappointed.

When it come to the work done they are great. We had roof replaced and windows replaced at our home and roof in moms house. The big negative and why I gave them 3 stars they dont do a good job cleaning after they are done. Still find nail in the driveway from time to time. Also when we got our windows installed, the old windows came out further. When we called asking if they would be coming back to fix the exposed wood, they wanted $3,000 to wrap the windows. My issue was that this wasnt disclosed upfront, or even taken into consideration when they did the install. I did like the work, just make sure that you ask about every detail before signing to start and signing off finished work.

I had CAT Exteriors install 15 windows in my house which badly needed to be replaced. The experience was very professional and very friendly. From Mike M (sales) to Tim A. (Project manager) to Aldo and his team, everyone was extremely professional and nice. I was quite amazed by the speed at which these guys operate. All the windows including a new construction large window were installed in 2 days. The craftsmanship of the installers was excellent. The quality of the windows are excellent. Our biggest appreciation here is the sound insulation we now have. We are sleeping so much better. I definitely plan on using CAT exteriors again. Great group of guys.

I had a beautiful patio cover installed. I am thrilled with it and this company. The installers were very professional and took the job as a work of art. I was amazed at the details they took. I was asked what I wanted in the steps of installing such as where I wanted the columns, where I wanted my fan.I was helped in getting my financing and got a great interest rate, payments I could afford. Just note they are pricey, as I found out after the fact.

From the beginning made it clear that the company is not the same as a regular paint job (I believe he did that to not waste our time, which was considerate). The Anlin windows from the Del Mar series are wonderful! They are so smooth to open and close. They are the ultimate in dual pane energy performance. My neighbors are admiring them right now. The installation only took a few hours to do all three and cleaned everything up before leaving. These guys really knew what they were doing

First of all we had a gentlemen come to our home sales rep name John he sold us the job we signed contract he personally told us he would be in touch in case we needed anything we’ll we went through some hurdles throughout the job called him several times left messages never responded till this date the fact that he told us what was gonna be done and job supervisor did not want to do anyway our job was started then they stopped and guys that were working on our house said that they were not told about contract that they did not have clearance to do so on and so forth. Very poor mgmt because you cannot get a hold of anyone on I believe was an expensive job on our end I thought they would take serious but did not then they call us after job was done that they needed to fix all of this and they would give us a money back for job site not being done in a timely manner a gentlemen came claim he was a marketing director we offered to get some more work done we have not heard back from him just same old BS after BS I do not appreciate how they handled themselves for being a big business I’m so disappointed. And for anyone leaving reviews that the sales guy John is professional first of all he’s not when you present a. We had CAT Exteriors come out to add some TEXCoat to the house. Bryan and Mike came out to quote and provide more information regarding the procedures and benefits of TEXCoat. It provided much more than we originally had planned with regards to saving energy. The prior summer our house would sometimes hit the high 90s inside due to the heat, insulation and lack of AC. After the TEXCoat application, we wouldnt see the house rise over the mid 80s no matter how hot it got outside. Our experience with CAT Exteriors was filled with nothing but professionalism and quality. We are currently looking in to getting some landscaping done through them as well.Highly recommended!

UNPROFESSIONAL. Stay Away!! ... My husband scheduled a consultation. When booking the appt. they did not mention that the consultation would be 3 - 4 hours. The presentation was impressive, but we had to leave (after 2.5 hours) due to the time to get to our business. Kal (the consultant) got ALL of our windows measurements and what we wanted. He said it would take 30 min for him to put all the info in his system to generate a quote. That day he was asking how we planned on paying for it. We told him that we didnt know because he hasnt told us the price yet, so we can figure out our next step. We rescheduled for a week & 1/2 later. The drive for him is an hour +, so before he made that drive again and since he had all the information already we called to get our estimate over the phone so we can discuss between ourselves how we were going to pay for this (home equity, credit card, cash, etc). SO, we spoke to 2 people the first day. The first woman who answered the phone was unprofessional but she sent me to another woman. This woman was nice & professional but only makes appointments so she didnt have any estimate info. She told me that she would have Kal (our consultant) call us. We got a call the next day and it WASNT Kal. It was another guy who was RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. He got on the phone like Yep. I had to say Yes, we wanted our estimate from our consultation before that took 2.5 hours ... He wouldnt give it. He said they dont do quotes over the phone. So i told him Thank You for your time, but we are going to pass. We dont feel comfortable doing business with a company that cant provide a quote after a 2.5 hour consultation. Then he says Why dont you feel comfortable? No one gives quotes over the phone But weve already spent a long time in the first meeting so we should be able to get a number. THEN he says Well you can go somewhere else, they arent better than us. It was going to be less than $10,000 but your loss THEN he HUNG UP the phone on me!!I have never been more disrespected from a company. We are doing a lot of repairs on our home and getting many quotes. This experience BY FAR was the worst! They are like car salesmen, very pushy!! Wanting you to make a commitment on the spot! ....The best thing they have going for them is the demonstration on the window & heat from sun. BUT their professionalism is AWFUL!!These reviews you read online are FAVORS for getting a discount on your windows!!
