Dispectful workers, treat customer unequally. Just because we local customer are not a big shops, company, or anything doesnt mean you guys can neglected or put our work order to the end of the line whenever you guys feel like it. Im paying my hard earn money for the job and service too just like any other customer/shops. I brought in my cyclinder head for inspection and was told I would get a update in a few days. Been a month and a half for a inspection really. I call them for an update and was told the same thing. My cyclinder guy is on lunch, so Ill give you a call back by today. Same thing, no calls or update. Went into the shop ask for an update instead since its been 1 month and a half. My cyclinder was left disassembled and nothing has been done to it. Question about the work that was suppose to be done and next thing you see, the machine guy brought everything torn apart and slammed it in my face. I was told they have too much volume of work so they couldnt get it done, a simple job like an inspection took them a month and a half, like really. We customer bring in our projects in for service because we trust you guys to be loyal and do the proper work for us, not to lie to us and push our stuff back because its cheaper then most shops or company. I always go there for my work but now I will never go there again period.
