I really want to give it four stars or five stars but to be honest its just not that... They need to get better products they need to get better hair selections and they need better prices. They are just taking over the store so I hope that they will get it together.

Wish I could give you a 10 star rating!!We were visiting Alaska for our Anniversary and while exploring the city we stopped by Ace Beauty Supply... The name suits the business just right because we received A+ service! Staff was kind and knowledgeable! In addition i made a mistake of not paying closer attention to the hair I purchased and got back to our hotel only to realize I had 2 different types of hair.. i called the store and Ms Tracy was kind enough to wait for my return so I could exchange the hair with no hassle!! My 2 daughters and I will DEFINITELY be placing orders with this company! You MUST go check them out!!-Trenice

Ace has premier clippers, trimmers & shaving tools as seen on YouTube by celeb/famous barbers all over the world. Babyliss, Caliber, Andis, Wahl, Gamma, etc. were looking spectacular & for sale. New ownership has taken customers wants/needs to the next level. Sally’s will have to jump through some serious hoops if they want to compete now. The renovated store look & product line up are off the chart & negate the need to order offline for the coolest looking clippers. While there is a slight markup in price (Alaska as a whole, right)....the experience has definitely put them on top of the pack for me! Now if we could just get some Tomb45 merchandise in there...

Simply put, the new owner is amazing. He has reorganized, remodeled a bit, and has also cared to ask long time customers their opinion on pricing. The store is much easier to navigate through and the customer service is on point. I’ve shopped at Ace for a while and have always had a good experience, but my most recent experience under the new ownership was GREAT!

I second Michaels review below, Hospitality is #1!! General rule of thumb, dont be rude to them, they will treat you with utmost kindness.They have a TON of stuff, its a really fun mom-and-pop store to shop in.I normally dont write too many reviews, but decided to leave one here since theyre having EVERYTHING 50% OFF - store closing sale. Everything is final sale, but I literally got a box of hair products since I know roughly how many I go through a year, and those products have few years of shelf life. And those hair accessories?! They dont expire!! :)Go have fun shopping before they start running out of stuff!(On a side note, its really sad to see them closing the store. Its been a go-to location for me for more than a decade.... :( )

I recommend Ace Beauty Supply ❤️Sue gave us the best treatment I’ve ever had while searching for my hair supplies! Answered all my questions and just great vibes ! I will only shop here now when it comes to hair supplies!

I was next to it getting glasses but overall over priced I went to Walmart instead

I have shopped at Ace Beauty supply for many years, and I hate to see them go out of business. They both are very nice people and very helpful when I visit their shop. They are going to be missed dearly

Lady was extremely rude. I walked in she walked past me gave me a dirty look then I told her I was look for a product so she walked away and started doing something else. When I checked out I told her have a good day she said yet. She was so rude.

Please go check this place out, new owner and friendly staff.
