What a farce!!! Went to their location today. The door was locked. The multiple signs on the door and in the windows said, Call first and Masks required. Why is a mask required when they wont even open the door? We called the number and it went right to voice mail--and the voice mail box was full! The lady came to the window and started some kind of weird sign language, which we didnt understand. We finally just left. She obviously wants her business to fail--and I hope it does! I hope this ranking system lets me put zero stars--she doesnt even deserve one star. We went to the Shoe Repair store on Fireweed. No problems there!

Brought my toddlers shoe here for repair they did it for only 10 bucks and it looks great!

Just picked up my repaired XC ski boot. 5th Avenue shoe repair did such a good job that I can’t tell which boot originally was broken. Really excited to have many more years of skiing ahead of my boots!
