No proper customer support, the lady at the chocolate shop was not helpful, we didn’t even buy the chocolates because of her. The chocolate fountain is not that great. If you have a lot if time and want to see the chocolate fountain you can spend 15 min. The gifts from the shop are very expensive.

Nice place for confections. Dont buy the jerky... you can get it for less at Indian Valley Meats. $2.50 here, $1.75 there.

We visited the location in the Anchorage mall and it was very nice! It is expensive but the products seem to be great quality!!

For having the name of wild berry products they sure lacked having any actual berry products. The girl at the cash register was extremely incompetent. They had no ice for the Italian sodas nor did they have enough half and half to put in the drinks so it was basically syrup and soda water.

I love the gourmet candies. I come every month to get the big box of coconut dreams white chocolate candies. And a small box of the peanut butter cream candys. They are roughly $.95 cents each. Which i think they are worth every pretty penny. They lady working is very nice bless her heart. Shes always busy and running around. Also i love all the fun jellies and honey they have. I got honey for stocking stuffers. Even though they carry candies they have alot of fish and salmon goodies. Its for everyone.

Stay warm and shop at the Mall in Anchorage, great gifts are found at the 5th Avenue Mall Store in Anchorage. A convenient place to find everything.Wild berry is fresh chocolates, fudge and great mouth watering jellies. There is an assortment of candies displayed on the shelves and its hard to decide what to purchase.I brought back wolf paw shaped chocolate pops for gifts and everyone at the dog park loved them. I also got Salmon jerky for gifts. The store was happy to help me decide on my gifts and very patient.My fave is the chocolate covered berries- which never made it back to NY! I gobbled those up.

We love this place! Great for those visiting Anchorage. Some of the best chocolate Ive ever eaten. We go weekly. Great gifts for those living out of Alaska. Jams, teas, and chocolates. Plus, a beautiful space.

Yummy fireweed jelly and syrup. Great place to buy gifts to send to friends and family in other states.

I use to work there so I know how much they put in into their products. Love and miss working for such a great team that goes above and beyond for their customers satisfaction.

Went there while visiting Alaska & the staff couldnt have been any kinder or helpful! The fruit candies were so awsome. I have ordered them many times since to be sent to me in Montana. As a matter of fact just writing this makes my mouth water for more! Guess another order is in my near future!

Rebekah was amazing. She personally delivered chocolate covered cherries (which were delicious!) to my hotel for no extra charge. I called her from denver and they were waiting for me when I arrived with a handwritten note as an anniversary surprise for my boyfriend. Highly recommend to anyone!
