I had a Drone auto-start system put into my truck a couple years ago. $100 security deposit, $500 total. Everything ran exceptionally well throughout the first winter. At the beginning of the following winter, my truck was having issues randomly shutting off while running after using the auto-start. The dealership was baffled and thought the auto-start might be the root cause. Two years after installation, Perfectionist sent a technician out to the valley to take a look at everything. He didnt think that the auto-start was the issue but removed and re-installed a brand new system on-site for free just in case. After a couple more months we finally figured out the issue and it was not auto-start related at all. Perfectionist is a very fitting name for this company. They took care of me years after my initial purchase. I highly recommend these guys.

I was super happy and satisfied with my auto start being install for cheap through groupon, but when I received my vehicle the hood release latch was broken off and set on my driver seat when I picked up.I asked the receptionist about it and said it was broken and that it was not like that when I brought the car. She asked if I was sure I didnt bring it in broken, I told her my car was fairly new (2017 Hyundai) She told me there was nothing they could do, because they had finished the job given.Im still not sure as to how Ill get an oil change let alone open my car hood. Other than that the auto start was done just fine, But Im disappointed with the customer service and broken material in my car.

I thought I was going to be stuck with a bad autostart but Perfectionist called me and fixed the issue right away. 5 star plus.5 stars for the polite staff and professionalism...when I initially purchased the drone.1 star for the drone device I spent over $700 on and still doesn’t work 80 percent of the time. (From the drone app the auto will not start regularly)Called perfectionist within days after install and they sent me to drone..saying it’s not their issue.Been dealing with drone for months now and the issue still hasn’t been resolved.Be aware that you don’t have support on this from the local side.

My visit consisted of just a quick break parked nearby while admiring some of the neat unique automobiles near the Perfectionist Auto location behind Wells Fargo on Dimond boulevard. I have heard good reviews, so I figure yall deserve full stars in hopes that service will be splendid when I schedule my vehicles.

When I first went in for a quote, I asked for a sound system and a budget of 1,000. I was quoted 1,400 for something that I did not ask for. When I went back the second time I had a better experience and was able to get most of what I wanted for much closer to my budget. When I picked up my car after the installation there was plastic dust all over my dash and in my seats. There were plastic bits from the holes they cut for the tweeters. I drove for a about a week and noticed a rattling sound coming from my doors. I decided to see what it was and it turned out the my doors were not fully installed. The bottem of the doors were not put together and were quite literally hanging there. A few nights ago I took out the sound system they installed only to find some rat nests and a wire next to one of the fuses that was not even fully crimped and was wrapping with electrical tape. The wire was frayed and completely destroyed. They sound system they got me is great, I love it. And the customer service was ok the second time. Everyone was nice. I just cant give a higher rating due to the poor install and clean up job. Ive never heard of this happening to anyone else.

There guys do a professional job. Im an ASE certified technician but I was feeling lazy and didnt want to install my autostart by myself, after all, they do this all the time and I can make more money than Id pay them in the same time that it would take me to figure it out, as I dont commonly install remote start systems. Just recently, I needed to fix something behind the dash in the area where these guys installed the remote start system, and I was surprised to see how good of a job they did. The wiring was not hacked into, like others cars Ive seen, the original harnesses had no cuts in them and most importantly, they secured everything nicely so it didnt rattle apart. I have had this compustar system installed a few years back and it still works and doesnt drain my battery.

2nd time using this shop. Nice place, nice people, the service is great. Well worth the wait for the high quality service. Had a refund issue once, but the owner quickly corrected the situation. This is the only place i call for car/audio work.

Super helpful, was having issues with an auto start I had installed a couple years ago and the gentleman on the phone (Rob or Ron? Sorry!) explained how the error system for my auto start works and helped diagnose the issue I was having- luckily it was a quick fix and I was squared away in a few minutes. I gave them my budget, a simple list of criteria and let them perform their magic and they delivered some very high quality results.Interviewed for an overview of what I wanted, features, sound quality and given an estimate for time and cost. It was perfectly within my budget range and I dropped off the car.The install team interviewed me again just to clarify the type of music and preferences and they finalized a delivery date—which was sooner than the initial estimate.On delivery, Perfectionist, walked me though the features, how to connect my phone and adjust the sound for my taste. They showed me where items were installed and provided the manuals and original parts.My impression is that its a very clean, solid installation. I appreciate that it looks like a factory installation and that panels were put back and nothing looks out of place. Its very professional and high quality.If there is only one minor criticism its that we went over budget by a tiny amount without a prior phone call to authorize it. Again, its minor and I only bring it up so that budget minded folks let them know if they would be sensitive to that type of fluctuation.Ive had systems installed from a couple different places in town on various vehicles and hesitate to recommend because installers vary but on the whole and without reservation I highly recommend Perfectionist Auto. Theyre fast, professional and offer high quality installations tailored to your budget.

Had a wonderful experience with Perfectionist Auto Sound! I recently bought a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude and was looking for a place to install an HID low beam headlight upgrade. After much research, I went with Perfectionist. I went by in person and spoke with them... super friendly and helpful right off the bat. They were booked about three weeks out, but quality work is worth the wait. The day before my appointment, they called to remind me. The next day I dropped my car off first thing in the morning and they had it ready just in time for closing that evening. Again, the folks there were very nice and helpful when I picked it up. I hopped in my vehicle to find a bottle of water in my cup holder - very nice touch! A week or so later I received a very nice thank you card from them - again a very nice touch that not many businesses take the time to do.On a side note, when I originally went in to set an appointment, I spoke to the installer about which bulb color to go with. I told him I wanted “whiter” light and I’m pretty sure chose the 6k bulbs. A couple days after install, I noticed the receipt said 8k bulbs. After that I paid a little more attention to the light color and noticed they are a bit “bluer” than I really wanted. However, they look great and at this point I’ll probably just keep them because I would feel terrible having them pull the front end of my vehicle off just to change the bulbs. Probably just a miscommunication, but in the end the lights look great and I would trust them with my vehicle any day!

John and the team installed an auto start in my car for me. This may not sound like a big deal, but I own a BMW and traditionally, most install shops won’t touch a BMW. Perfectionist went out of their way to get an auto start product that could be customized specifically for my BMW, did the entire install for me while I was out of town on business, and not only had it finished for me and waiting when I got back but even cleaned my car! 10/10 on service! I highly recommend them!

They even squeezed me in for a rush install on my wifes truck as an anniversary gift, and pulled the Drone mobile system out of the truck I was trading in, and scheduled the install in the new vehicle. Professional, trusted and easy to work with. I cant recommend them highly enough.

I’ve had 2 auto start/security systems installed by Perfectionist. I did my homework before deciding to use Perfectionist and I’m very happy with the results. Their customer service was excellent and they completed the jobs on time as promised. The Compustar systems they’ve installed have worked flawlessly. My only complaint was having to wait about two months for an appointment, but it was worth the wait for to have Perfectionist do the job! When you’re the best, you’re going to be busy!

Another great experience with Perfectionist. Ive done 2 remote starters with them and this time I did a complete upgrade to a starter. Everything was flawless. Everyone from the 2 people at the front desk to the person doing the installation kept me informed. I waited in the lobby this time and it was nice. Good TV and comfortable chairs.

I bought a Groupon deal because I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks (last place I had to wait 3 months!) I got a confirmation call for my appointment! Lance was very professional and courteous! I dropped my truck off in the morning before work and used the convenient drop box. Clean facility, friendly staff, and fair pricing. I had wanted to install a hidden kill switch on my GMC Sierra after a failed theft attempt and many other stolen GM trucks around Anchorage. After looking over my truck, they were able to offer a much more efficient kill switch, that automatically engaged with my key fob lock which is way easier. They charged me just $55 for the service which I felt was incredibly fair. Will be back.

I needed a new stereo system installed with a new (used) truck I purchased, took it over to Perfectionist and it was done perfectly. I only wish that they would answer their phones, I called throughout the day and left a voicemail hoping theyd call me back, as I had questions about the status as well as other things and none of my phone calls were answered or returned. And so I finally showed up at the end of the day hoping my truck was done, turns out it had been for awhile. And while I was in there, the phone rang constantly, without anyone picking it up. As far as the guys in the back, I had no issues and would like to come back.

Made an appointment and they were able to install my subs and everything that day (which was my birthday) and everything turned out great and sounded amazing. Perfectionist installed a Drone Mobile remote start in my vehicle earlier this week and I couldnt be happier with it. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and there was already a few people in line. Thankfully it moved quickly and I was out the door a few minutes later. My car was done on time and the salesperson was very helpful in getting the remote start app configured and made sure I knew how to use it. The installer even left a courtesy bottle of water for me in the car! Ill be referring friends to Perfectionist from now on.

Awesome customer service. The dealership that does my oil fiddled with my remote start and it stopped working, and then wanted me to reschedule with them for next week..... I called perfectionist on a Friday right before they closed and they said were a little swamped right now but bring it down after we close and well look at it. So i did, and they found that the dealership had put my truck in valet mode. Easy fix, but really impressed with the customer service

It was very nice that I was able to communicate through facebook and scheduled my service without being told I needed to call. My service was quoted to be an hour and a half and was completed in 1/2 the time! My truck was left very clean and there was a bottle of water in my cup holder.. its seriously the little details that catch my attention!

Just got an auto start put in my truck by Perfectionist. Understandably they were very busy but had it done by the end of the day. Wiring is very well done and is discreet, nothing is out of place. Perfectionist removed my old remote start and replaced it with a new Compustar model with the T11 remote. They took the time to listen to my needs and helped me choose a remote start that met my needs. The install was done in one day and my vehicle was ready for pick up that afternoon as promised. The inside of the vehicle was just as clean as I left it, with no trash or wire bits on the floor as experienced at other shops. When I picked it up Lance took the time to show me all the features of the new remote start and answered all my questions.

They are top notch service! they have time and again taken care of me with any issues ive had with a previous installs from them or another shop has done to one of my cars. one thing thou you get what you pay for so a little spend and kinda wish they still have the pfd specials which they havent done the past few years.

This is the third auto-start (remote start) that Ive purchased from Perfectionist Auto Sound in the last three years (bought a 2-way autotstart for my wifes 2012 Mazda 3 in late 2014, and another one for my daughters 2005 Mazda Tribute (which is a re-badged Ford Escape) in 2015, and with this purchase, a one-way remote for our 2016 Ford Transit vanpool. I have to say that each of the purchases/experiences have been identical, which is very, very good. They do exactly what they promise, when they promise, with no extra fees or surprises. In short, theyve engendered a level of trust with them, which is worth quite a bit these days. I wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again...

I went in about a month ago after buying a set of Infinity component speakers, then quickly realizing installation was going to be much more complicated than I had thought. I explained my situation to the friendly sales representative and had an appointment set up within five minutes. While in there, I took the opportunity to demo some more audio upgrades-this wont be my last time. A few weeks later, I showed up, dropped off my keys, and let them work their magic. I parked there at 9am, and the car was done by 5. Everything works perfectly. Theres no rattle, the sound quality is clear as a bell, all wires are completely hidden, and it all just works. I couldnt be happier with their work, and I most definitely will be back.

Got an autostart installed by them and when I got my vehicle back they did not put the dash board back on, there was cut wire on the floor, and they left my old auto start in my car. When I went back to have them fix that I discovered that they did not hook my auto start up right and the lock and unlock feature did not work. Spend an hour and a half dealing with the mistakes that they had made. I paid $560 for the instal and was not offered any sort of compensation for their mistakes and my wasted time.

I had my wifes volvo S60 T5 in for an auto starter install and like usual the staff was curtious and helpful, did not treat me like a number felt they wanted to get to know me as a valued customer, not just take my money and next. Just enough small talk, smiles and concerns. Also being that volvo is real touchy with the electrical system, they were confidant there would be no problem and there isnt, the auto start is doing its thing. I scheduled an auto start installation for my 2016 Chevrolet Silverado with their sales representative, Lance. The installation date was approximately three weeks away from the date of scheduling the appointment. On the day of installation I dropped my truck off after opening, 9 A.M. Lance informed me they would call once my trucks installation was complete. I returned before close, 6 P.M., and received a call that my installation was complete at 5:45 P.M. Lance assisted me during the check out process and demonstrated the use and function of the remote start and the back up remote. Upon inspecting my truck I noticed they vacuumed my floors and the remote start antenna was perfectly placed behind the rear view mirror. The name of the installation tech as indicated by the card attached to my rear view mirror was Aaron. Perfectionist Auto, Sound and Security exceeded my expectations before and after installation. I highly recommend their services for your auto start needs.

I had a horrible experience here!! I bought a car from lithia who partners with them! When they installed my auto start it worked for about a week, then it stopped. When I brought it back they said every now and then I’d have to pop the hood and wiggle the device( that was normal). I said screw it and haven’t used it since I shouldn’t have to pop my hood and mess with a device to start it. What’s worse is they refuse to own up and fix it I wouldn’t recommend this place to any of my friends or family!
