I had my iPad mini screen replaced. Cracked had the screen overnight delivered, fixed and back to me within 2 days. There was a slight defect with the replacement screen, not the fault of Cracked, they warrantied the replacement screen and screen protector at no cost. Cracked even coordinated with me for a drop off so I wouldnt have to drive to southside. Great service!

My phone screen is replaced so thats cool. Screen came in later then they expected bc of back order but the guy was super nice and helped put tape on my screen so i wouldnt keep getting glass in my fingers until it came in. And i now have a screen protector and case bc everyone should get them when they get their phone in the first place. 😄

My sons iPhone 7 charging port was not working and slowly deteriorated until the point of not working at all. I called first to see if fixing a charging port was something they did. They were very polite and helpful on the phone. Brought it in this afternoon. The wait was short. He was very professional and helpful. Took a look at the phone, saw it only needed to be cleaned out and fixed it on the spot. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The drive from Eagle River was worth it. Make sure you go to the new address at 8130 Old Seward Hwy Ste 104. This will be my go to for cell phone repair in the future.

Amazing service and even better customer service. My wife broke her iPhone X and I brought these wonderful people her absolutely destroyed phone that didn’t work at all and Matt had her phone up and running in a quick and timely manner. Haley was honest and straightforward about what was wrong with the device and they took care of it, it’s still being used to this day! Other reviews will tell you not to come here but please make sure you read the good ones as well, some customers are uneducated in fixing devices Whereas these professionals are not. Every interaction I have had with the employees, manager, and owner were exceptional And I received 10/10 service. I will be coming back to cracked wireless and I will recommend to anyone to use this store as well.

Not only is Matt and Haley Wonderful Christians that help people but go out of their way to make sure your completely satisfied and care about every customer. Matt is awesome and super kind. Needed a new battery in my phone and the owner took care of it within a very short and reasonable time. Location is nice since it is in the mall, allowing the time to be spent shopping around. The prices are reasonable compared to other places in town. [DISHONEST, TERRIBLE MANAGER, AND A SCAM!]I broke my screen and went to my service provider for information on how to replace it. They told me to go to, Cracked Wireless which sounded like a way better idea than buying a new phone. So I went in to speak to the manager about the issue with my iPhone 6+s screen, [NOTE! That the manager is a very manipulative man, not pleased with his service.] Anyways, he told me he would replace the glass, never told me the price it would be to replace it. Thats on me man, Ill admit that as my mistake, but you told me that it would be repaired within a few minutes. I went next door to get a massage. I finished and went back to your store, and asked if my phone was done, you replied yes, and you told me it would be about $120 for the new screen. I was not willing to spend that much for the new screen so I negotiated with you on a lower price, and you said no. You said that you would with hold my phone until I paid, which I did. I got home and found other issues with my phone which had not been there before going to you. I wasted my time, and money on you. I hope you lose your business license, and go bankrupt. Terrible service, disappointing lies, and a manipulative creep!EDIT: I changed my name so you dont reticule what people think of your business. Trust me, your a scam.

This business saved me from having to purchase a new phone. My 4 year old iPhone 5s inexplicably developed screen issues and was totally unusable. Apple and AT& T couldnt help, but Cracked quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed my phone-all at a very reasonable price and within 24 hours. I am VERY happy and would recommend them to anyone who has electronic devices with issues. The owners are very friendly, helpful, honest and upfront, all qualities I appreciate as well.

I was a little quick to judge in the beginning, I didn’t know that they only came to the valley on Saturdays. So I had a little bit of an unexpected wait time, but in the end Matt took care of me. Got an iPhone X screen replaced and it turned out great. If your don’t want to buy a new phone and just need a screen replacement these are your people. Little bit pricey, but worth the money!

These people are amazing! They fixed my cracked screen in less than 10 minutes on the spot and applied tempered glass to prevent that from happening again. Also, my husbands phone was broken and GCI said we had to buy a new one... NOT SO! The folks at Cracked Wireless fixed it, again, on the spot! I am so grateful to know there is a place that I can take my screen devices to get repaired. Customer service was amazing. It is Memorial Day weekend and my IPhone fell out of my pocket into a puddle of water! Instant panic. Our phones are critical to most all of us. Payed $200 for replacement charger port, battery, and case. Everything went great until I realized the case was created in such a way that plugging in anything to the headphone slot was impossible. I came back and asked for a refund, and was informed that they “can’t return a case once it’s been paid for.”Gained a new customer and lost a new customer same day. By the way, there’s no sign or notice anywhere, nor is it ever mentioned that there are no refunds for cases. What a scam.

SCAM ALERT! What many people dont know is that when you crack the screen on your phone the actual screen generally is not cracked its only the digitizer. Generally only 14-20$ part.This place doesnt want to replace the part saying it is either to hard or to complicated. Partly true. How ever what happens is they charge you to replace a part you didnt need and then go on to sell the good part (the screen) to a wholesaler who buys them in bulk and makes money off of your screen that most people didnt know was still good and worth money.They make money off you twice and do not tell you that the part you need is only a few bucks.

This place is a freaking joke. I called to get a quote on fixing my cracked S8+ screen glass and was told it would be $390.00. I found this surprising since I had just got done looking at replacement glass online and was going for around $39.00 with the tools. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they use a higher quality glass? So I very politely asked for an itemized break down of what I would be paying for. Ie labor vs parts. They said they would not provide that information. I said look, I want to give my business but I would need an honest representation of what Im paying for. They very rudely interrupted me and told me if I wanted that I would have to take it somewhere else. So i did lol. That being said keep and eye out for a new company Im about to open called mobile solutions. If this is the standard of business I should be able to cut into this market like a hot knife.

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Dealing with this company was one of the worst experience ever! I had ordered a battery for my phone and was told that it would only take a few days.. Well a few days turned into a few more weeks. I had to contact them everyday to check on the status of my battery and was not given a definite answer. Always got the run around. Not only were they over priced, but staff was not helpful at all.

Walked in with a cracked iPhone 6+ that Apple would not repair due to a bent corner on the metal. Apple referred me to Cracked Wireless after I was clearly not excited about paying for a replacement iPhone. The owner of CW was at the counter and was happy to help when I walked in. He personally fixed the phone (glass and damaged corner) in less than 20 minutes. I own a business in town and was beyond impressed at the customer service here. Thanks!!

I was quoted $360 for a iPhone 6s Plus screen replacement. Apple replaces these for $120. Instead, I ordered the $50 replacement screen from Amazon. I was able to fix it myself very easily in about 15 minutes. Cracked Wireless wanted $360 for 15 minutes of work and $50 in parts. I guess theres a sucker born every minute.

It took them a month to fix my daughters phone screen. They have terrible communication, when you can get ahold of them they give you untrue updates. I have had the same number for 4 years when I was finally fed up after paying $400 to fix her phone and waiting for a month with no communication I went to the store and they then said theyd called me and left several messages.... ha... ya right. Funny how I never got even 1 call! I do not recommend Cracked!

I need to start off by saying that Im not trying to say bad things about this business necessarily. But I had broken, basically destroyed the micro charger in my ASUS phone. I took my phone to AT&T in the Sears Mall and the agent there said to me that AT&T wouldnt be able to help me with replacing the micro charger but that he knows of two places offhand that may be able to help me. One of those places was the Cracked Wireless. The agent at AT&T was so kind he made the phone calls for me and when he got in touch with Cracked Wireless . Told person that answered the issue. After sales person put him on hold, he was told that the part was found and that it would be $80 to repair. So about three days later I went to correct wireless with the money ready because I needed my phone and it was cheaper than buying a new one. There.was this guy at the front that really showed how little he cared about what I was going through with my phone. He said that the other person that told me that they could help didnt know the inventory and made a mistake. He said that the owner, who was there at the time, stated he could do nothing for me. I was told that the parts would take over 30 days to get there and that the parts are too hard to order and that basically I was SOL. All of this is just callously done. I didnt feel very welcome and I didnt feel like anybody there cared. So I walked back over to the AT&T store in the 5th Avenue Mall and I asked them if there is any other place they can possibly fix my phone. I was told about High Fequency Wireless. so I went to next and as soon as I walked in the door I got a good feeling. The person greeted me, I told him my problem then he took my phone to the back so that tech could take look at it. In less than 10 minutes I had a price quote of $55. The part was ordered and expedited. My phone was fixed in 4 days. Please just be kinder and more empathetic.

I had a great experience. Went in at 4pm yesterday, inquired about the price and realistic timeframe to fix a completely destroyed, cracked screen. The lady said it would be 30-45 minutes and I came back 45 minutes later and the other lady explained that the phone ahead of mine had a bunch of issues so it would be another 15 minutes. She offered me a free screen protector for the inconvenience but I declined. That shows me they are concerned about their customers opinions. I was mostly concerned about my phone working at the end of it because Ive heard the horror stories about faulty repair jobs. The repair lady, after she was finished, handed it back to me and made sure I checked everything was working. All in all it was a great experience. They are friendly and straight forward and its easy to see that they do everything they can to provide good service. I would caution against generalizing every bad story you hear because a lot of people will not write a positive review every time they have a great experience, but a lot of negative experiences WILL end up on the internet.

I came in to have my cracked tablet screen replaced, and I even brought the replacement screen with me. I was firstly told $40 for the labor, then $80, but promised it would be done that day. I called 3 times over the next 48 hours only to be told it wasnt ready yet. When I finally did pick it up, the edging was mutilated as if they used a crow bar to open it, and the power button was smashed in, permanently.Dont go here, ever. Poor professionalism, poor quality. Watch a YouTube video and do the work yourself.

I went in to get a cracked for a screen repair. The day I got my phone back my screen randomly a cracked in my purse (with the 15$ screen protector) then I went in again and got my phone fixed for free for this price of a good review on Facebook.About 5 days later I realized my screen wasnt completely screwed in, And was falling out, I hadnt dropped it once. I called and let them know all the problems I have had, and the reseptionest told me it was all my fault and that theres no way they could ever make a mistake.Now my screen went completely black out of nowhere and I hate this company and will never go back and do not recommend this place to my worst enemy.Cracked wireless is the worst place to take a cracked screen. Pay the extra 50$ for a screen that will last.

I needed the charging port and headphone jack for my iPhone replaced because an AUX cable broke off in the headphone jack and got stuck. I went to Apple, AT&T, and other Apple/computer shops around town and no one could help me remove the tip of the broken AUX cord. Cracked Wireless was the last place I went to, on recommendation from the staff member I spoke with at AT&T. The shop was quiet and the front desk girl seemed knowledgable of what needed to be done with my phone. She took it to the back, but the broken AUX cord could not be removed from the jack. I left the phone to have the port replaced and was told itd be done in 45 minutes. When I returned to pick up my phone 50 minutes later, I waited for the front desk girl to finish helping a couple from out of town and overheard her giving solid advice to them, even though it meant sending them to another company. Based on my experience, I think the employees here have the customers best interest in mind and work in an efficient and effective manner.Thank you!

I was charged a 30% (75 DOLLARS) restocking fee for an item (LG V-20 GLASS SCREEN)that was back ordered, and which they had no idea when (IT WAS TO ARRIVE !!!!!!) I want to like this business because I believe in repairing things instead of just discarding and moving onto the next brighter shinier thing. However, I’ve gone to this business 3 times now to have cracked iPhone screen replaced on 3 different phones and there are too many problems to feel good about this business.The first time was fine. Although it was extremely expensive and the staff were a little rude, I got my phone back in a timely fashion and it worked.The second time I went in with another phone. It was expensive, the staff was rude, and didn’t communicate to me how long it would take to get my phone fixed. I waited in the 5th Avenue mall for two hours before they told me to go home and call for updates. LOL. No. No one I called on the phone knew what was going on and I had to call from a friend’s phone multiple times because they had my phone. Extremely frustrating. All sorts of things went array for me because like most people I conduct work, family and social business from my phone. I finally got phone returned and manager offered my tiny concession like a $30 discount if I remember correctly. It was not enough for the frustration/inconveniences caused. Also my touch screen never worked again with out glitches.I gave them a final chance. I got cracked iPhone 7plus touch screen replaced. They suggested a screen protector for the phone I believe it was $50 but I can’t remember. Phone worked fine for 3 days. I did not drop or mishandle it. On 3rd day touch screen no longer consistently responded to my touch. Phone would fritz out and “keys” would get stuck so if I tried to type “hey there friend” it would be like “hhhy therrr frnd()$7”. Or the touch pad would no respond to my touch at all. I peeled off $50 plastic screen protector and there was a film of glue left on screen of my iPhone. This glue (?) film makes touch screen inoperable and I either can’t type or touch screen only responses inconsistently. I’ve tried for days to get this film off the screen. I’ve tried baby wipes, goo gone, toothpaste, dry towels and cloths, etc, but it’s still there and touch screen continues to work intermittently. I could not return to the shop because I was traveling after I had it repaired. As you can imagine an intermittently working iPhone was a huge inconvenience while traveling.

Took my phone in on a recommendation to have the screen repaired, Front desk people were congenial and appeared to be knowledgeable initially but, beyond that….Nothing. Was guaranteed to be put in a priority queue if I pre-paid, so I did (mistake!). They were more than happy to take my money and my phone but then there was no follow up even though I left good contact numbers-no explanation as to necessary repairs, nor an explanation as to why it was taking so much longer than I was told. Dropped phone off around noon, told it would be a couple of hours. Called at 5:15pm to get status on repair, was told tech was at dinner and phone would be finished by the end of the day. Did not hear back from them by end of the day so the following morning I went to the store to find out what was going on. Was told that pre-paying did not give me a priority in the queue of repairs! Repairs were not done AND no record was in their computer system for my repair job! My phone was found and when I asked to have my phone back and get a refund so I could take it somewhere else, I was told they would not return my phone to me unless I paid for a part they had to order! WHAAATTT???? After some heated discussion, a tech came out and explained that the reason my phone hadnt been repaired yet was because I had a black screen and they did not have any black screens in stock! They explained that they get an order of screens daily and shouldve had black screens delivered but did not get them. So I clarified you didnt need to order a part that you dont generally have you just didnt have a black screen in stock? I was told my choices were to pay for the part that was ordered and take my phone with me, wait until a black screen arrived (they had no knowledge of when they would get any) or put a white screen on, if I chose a white screen they would do it immediately. So I chose a white screen! I had requested a protective screen cover be put on and they were so kind as to do that for me for 50% off…....The company has a 90 day guarantee of their repair work on the screens. Within two weeks my phone went black and I could not get the screen to come alive even after trying several different options including attempting to open through iTunes on my desktop computer. So......I took it back to the store. Once again front desk people were very congenial-her response when she looked over my phone and my record of repairs was heavy sigh, that figures, I was told the tech who initially repaired my phone was no longer working for the company due to the high number of his repairs coming back under their 90 day warranty. At this time I also asked if they had black screens available and if so could they put a black screen on. Was told yes they had many black screens and yes they could put a black screen on. Also was told they would get to it right away, I was made to feel like because it was a warranty item it would have priority. After not hearing anything by mid afternoon of the following day we called to find out what was going on and felt like that was what initiated work on my phone. A short time later a tech did call to discuss what was going on-we were told there was nothing wrong with the screen or the repairs that they had done! They said they powered it up and it started and worked with no problem! I was dumbfounded! They said they did however, change out the screen to try to replicate the problem-they were not able to replicate the problem so put the white screen back on! However, they wanted to run a diagnostic that would cost $40! What do I think? I think taking off the screen and putting it on again was exactly what needed to happen because the original tech probably did not do something correct however running the diagnostic at least earned them $40 for their time! They would not let me have my phone unless I paid the $40 for the diagnostic. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Thought they would have my phone to me by now, only reason i left it with them is to have em fixed asap, i could have just ordered the s7 screen kit an did it myself woulf of saved myself 200 dollars,, an on top of changing my mind they are going to charge me 200 dollars of a bs restocking fee for screens that they are going to resell that same day anyway, these ppl are scammers, took 200 dollars from me for nothing absoultely nothing, no multiple device discount nothing, so check the policy before you go there an be aware to have your money taken for any reason... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THERE ARE SOO MANY OTHER COMPANYS NOW WITH BETTER POLICYS.... an because they took my money i will continue to give them the reviews they deserve til i feel i got my moneys worth taken from me, next will be yelp, yellow pages an whatever i can find on google linked to reviews

I contacted Cracked Wireless early afternoon Tuesday Feb 24th for assistance in replacing the screen on a Samsung S6 Edge. They were extremely prompt to order the digitizer for me, and were able to successfully overnight the piece to their location.I called to verify the part was in the morning of the 25th, and dropped the phone off at 11:00AM. I was informed the screen would be replaced within a hour, and I was notified the repair was complete within 20 minutes. Cracked Wireless was extremely professional, replacing the screen and ensuring the components worked and the phone was functional.Phone repairs are costly, and especially newer phones, it is easy for some to feel that the cost of repair is outrageous, but having done the research on genuine (OEM) equipment prices, Cracked Wireless does provide extremely reasonable rates for hardware as well as labor. The part was not replaced with a generic piece, and if something does occur again, I will definitely continue doing business.

THINK TWICE if you need your phone back quickly. HORRIBLE experience. I run a small business and to be without a phone costs money. I brought my phone to them on a Tuesday and was told two days to order in a new screen. I put down my $150 deposit on my $300 screen and pIaced my order. I drove in from Girdwood on the day I was told the glass would be there and it had come in the wrong color (they asked if I mind if they make my phone black, I would have ordered it in BLACK if I wanted it) and since it was too late to make another order for that day, it would be Saturday. They gave me $15 off of the $300 my screen cost and told me they would put a screen protector on it. Called on Saturday, phone wasnt done, no one knew why. Was told I would get some other sort of compensation for my trouble.Drove in again on Monday after being told the phone was finally done that morning. Was handed the phone with a here you go. I asked about the screen protector I was told I would get for my multiple trips from Girdwood and back, they had one left for my phone which would have turned it pink. I want a white phone, thats why I bought it in that color and thats why I ordered a replacement screen in that color. I received no further compensation for trips to town and back or lost revenue to my business. I asked to contact the manager and was told there is only the store line. I wanted to give the owner a chance to right this before I recounted my negative experience online but I guess thats not an option. As a business owner myself, I respect good customer service. Some things are out of your hands, agreed, but good customer service is always under your control. A bad reputation is more expensive than any screen protector or monetary discount you might give to right a wrong that ultimately is your responsibility regardless of your supplier woes.

After taking my dim-screened but otherlise perfectly functioning iphone to Cracked Wireles at the recomendation of an Apple Store emloyee. Matt recommended I let him clean the phone with alcohol. If he could couldnt repair the phone I wouldnt be charged. He returned the phone without charge indicating that he could not repair the phone. I did not discover until I reruned home that the phone no longer worked at all. His response: so sorry for me.Had I been informed of the risk I certainly would not have left my phone with him.I took a business card that list the owner as Matt W. His staff would not divulge his last name. In the future I suggest that you avoid doing business with anyone who will not print their full name on their business card.

I paid 45$ for a new screen on eBay I lost a few bolts and brought it down to cracked wireless somehow I am paying 100$ for this when it is 125$ for a new screen purchased thru them all they Had to do was put a few bolts in and put the screen I purchased thru eBay on but somehow I managed to pay around the same price I can understand 40-80$ on labor what I had agreed on why cant I just pay a small fee instead of paying something that is damn near a new iPhone 5c
