Return policy is definitely not customer service focused.Was surprised how cold they became after they take your money.Is it not advertised for a reason, but I think a 15% restocking fee for a completely unused, still in box product, is amateurish for such a long developed business. Very shocking.

The owner of this business solved a major problem for my restaurant on the spot when he stopped by to get dinner.I cant recall the last time a businessman treated a customer this well.
