I stopped in on Saturday, and was on the fence about what I needed and truly looking for. The gentleman patiently heard me out, then made his suggestions while not pushing. He really looked out for my needs and gave me a great deal. I am failing to remember his name, but very happy I stopped.

Stopped by at 10:30 today and doors were locked. Hours posted states they open at 10:00AM.Update: stopped by again. Owner was very nice and knowledgeable. Great local business.

The owner checked out my external hard drive. Very friendly and explained everything to me. They also rebuild external hard drives of their own! would recommend

Well I arrived at 4pm... an hour before it closes and a sign was posted they were out for lunch. Looking inside there were a lot of bare walls and glass cabinets they appeared to be empty. Didnt look to me like this shop would have been able to assist me in finding a high end processor and motherboard combo. But Im looking thru a closed door. I did not look at their opening hours but if they open at 10 and 4 is their lunchtime maybe hire an additional person or order food for delivery. Lost a $500 to $1000 sale for a 10buck lunch.

Very limited selection of cases and parts. I understand that prices are higher for a store in AK but theyre prices are high even compared to competitors in town, when I asked their sales person about this they tried to convince me that the other stores were cheaper because theyre going out of business rather than being honest. I went to the store looking for specific parts and the sale person tried to push into what limited stock they had. Not a pleasant shopping experience I was much happier with the other shops I went to.If your looking for computer parts etc look here last.

Had a puppy chew up a laptop cord for my work computer! The salesman was highly knowledgeable and helpful- he taught me a lot about how the cord worked and solved my problem. Would 100% go back for future needs!

Had a bad experience, spent over 300 to get my charging unit in my Laptop fixed, and after i got it back it still wouldnt charge. Brought it back and he says it was charging on his end. He then told me to buy a new name brand power cable for the unit i did, it worked for a day then stopped working, tested the cable on a friends Laptop and it work. Not sure id ever go back.

Way over price for outdated items. he wanted $65 for 450 mb wireless card. same brand thru any other place and online had 1300mb card for 50 and under. Also, try to lie and say it was a 1gb when the box clearly says 450. everything on the shelf is older than mosses.

After inheriting the business bookkeeping and a laptop, I learned that the computer had a rather vicious trojan. Years worth of work would have been lost if not for Peter at Pyramid Computers. Overprice. Check online first because you can get it for about half the price off of Amazon or other online store.They will not take anything as a return even if you havent opened it yet.Will not go back.

Rude. Ive been in IT for 15 years and this guy insulted me with every word that came out of his mouth. Also, kept trying to get me to buy more and more stuff that I ended up not needing. I didnt actually buy anything from him just because of his attitude.Here, the customer is NEVER right.
