I usually shop at the store that’s located on Benson but the lady that I usually get my balloons from I believe her name was Monica wasn’t there and no one was really exited to help me made me feel like I was an inconvenience for wanting help with my balloons so I came here hoping that she was at this location and the same thing both locations they did not know what they were doing they were very rude did not want to help me and kind of made me not want to shop here any more. My wife was very upset. Was told they Do not have a corporate number and we’re unable to give me the owners phone number. Party World has better selection anyways

Items can cost upward of 12 dollars. So if you seek a dollar store continue on your quest. For this is not where you will find it. Its not that bad but dude.... change the name.

All of the people that work at these dollar zones have been nice so far, I love going to either store, weve gotten several balloon bouquets & lots of other items. Generally just fun places to shop.

Its like any other dollar store. Full of junk you dont need. By the way, if you happen to need the disposable Emery boards, you know, the brown thin ones.....dont go there. They dont have them. I went all over town looking, turned out the gas station right by my house had what I needed.... go figure🤦‍♂️

Cool to find some knickknacks

Not sure why it is called dollar zone? Its a great place if your throwing a party and need throw away serving trays. You can also find kitchen gadgets for multiple dollars- mostly more dollars than other discount retailers.

Very clean and organized. Staff was friendly. Didnt find what I was looking for, but found some other treasures!

This is my go to location for Balloons and all my party supplies. Best prices in town. I found everything I needed for my New Years party including hats, deco, bling for the girls, paper dishes, champagne glasses, everything at less than half the cost of anywhere else I shopped last year.. love this store 💜

I LOVE this store!! They’re balloon arrangements and party supplies are excellent! I don’t go anywhere else now that I’ve found them! I get all of my business supplies here as well which is so convenient! Everyone is always friendly, acknowledge you at the door, and always ask if you need help. They’ve even called the other store for me if I’m looking for something specific!

Needed a graduation balloon display last minute and they exceeded our expectations. Shareen was very professional,knowledgeable,and great with working with customer requests on such short notice.

If I can give a zero star, I would. Drove from Huffman just to get here and their closed . Maybe fixing the time on here would better help those shopping for last minute things, esp driving from a place thats pretty far !

Always find something here. Got a birthday present for my sons classmate here and she loved it. Customer service is nice and some of the prices are pretty good. Balloons are good too but a little expensive.

I was there today waiting to do a preorder for balloons and the girl working disregarded me as she was on the phone (I’m not sure if it was a personal call or she was on the phone with another customer) while another worker had to tell her that I was waiting to do a preorder. She continued with her phone conversation, then afterwards started on an order as if I was not standing there. I ended up leaving. I will not be going back to that one. I enjoy the other branch more but came to the Muldoon one since I was on that side anyways.

Nice staff. But cant figure out the pricing scheme. Seems some smaller similar items are priced more than larger items.

I always go here for balloons for my kids bday party. They are always helpful and present. Always enjoy coming here!

I went there to get a balloon and left there with a couple of awesome bouquets and party supplies for my sisters birthday thanks to miss Monica. She saved me the time of driving all over town.

I love it because we get party balloons there at a fair prices and all the great stuff that they have in stock.

Do not go to this location. The lady with the colored hair Is very rude! This is the second time I’ve been to this store and my last time. She is very unprofessional and does not know how to act! I do not recommend this place at all!!!

Buy balloons for your parties here!! Bought a bunch of simple latex balloons 1 week ago and while they are not shiny anymore they are all still floating. Even the octopus arrangement. (They do fun balloon shapes as well)Like all dollar stores in Alaska the prices are cheaper, but not necessarily $1 (unlike in the lower 48)

I waited in line for 5 minutes today because they were trying to figure out a price of a 25¢ gummy candy! Ridiculous! I had a basket full of things to buy & ended up walking out the door. They had time to get other workers around a register to figure out a price, but no time to check out a customer waiting forever. I just went to Walmart.

I went here Wednesday at 10 am to get balloons for my gender party. I explained to the girl helping me that I am the mom and I dont want to know the gender. I have her the envelope with the gender inside and told her to put the balloons in a box I have then I will come pick it up. I went to pay for the balloons and she handed the envelope to another employee she told her we are the only one that know the gender. We are doing her gender box the lady opens the envelope looks at me and says you should buy penis balloons to come out of the box once she realized what she did she said well you should of had someone you trusted come here and blamed me! This is not how I wanted to find out the gender of my son. I wanted to share this moment with my husband, son, and other family. I will never get this experience back. She ruined my day then blamed me for her mistakes. She did pay the $11 for the balloons but finding out the gender of my child cost more then $11.

Customer service is 100% the lower rating relates to the store. Lighting, music, smell and just overall atmosphere isnt exactly on par with the typical store. Didnt enjoy much of anything but the staff.

I was looking at the candy and hollow ween section and I over heard them talking about employee or someone they was gonna hire or not saying they are not bubbly enough.That right there is not professional. or very nice to say. Plus the hiring manager shouldnt be discussing business with an other employer regardless. I hope that person get the job if not fucc dollar zone.

People here are nice, they have so many things for a reasonable price. Everything here is not a dollar but on the cheaper side. Party supplies, household needs, make up, little food items, kids toys. Love this place for all my diy projects.

Way too expensive for what youre getting... a few things are nifty but not worth the cost and the staff is extremely rude! Maybe Im wrong and the products are not that bad but when you walk through the door to face horrible staff it sets the mood for your trip
