Exquisite attention to detail and some of the highest quality customer service I have ever experienced while getting fit to a set of clubs today. You can tell that John loves what he does, is unbelievably knowledgable, and wants others to feel comfortable doing what we love as well. Would absolutely recommend for fittings, tool recommendations, and the simulators were AWESOME. I will coming back to continue building my bag and to enjoy the awesome ambiance a.k.a all things golf! 10/10 I could spend all day there❤️

I dropped off 2 Ping drivers last week to swop the heads. One club was 12 degrees and the other was 10.5 degrees. I was told it would be done by Saturday or Sunday. I called both days and was told it would be done Monday. I called on Monday the 12th of April and was told they were curing and it would be done Tuesday. I came in around 930 on the 13th of April, 2021 to pick up my clubs and the rep brought out my clubs. Right away, I noticed my clubs had not even been touched. This is unacceptable! This so-called Full Swing Golf representative lied to me for days and then had the nerve to bring my original clubs out to me as if he actually worked on my clubs. He wasnt even surprised by my reaction, no apology, nothing, it was as if this occurs frequently. I grabbed my clubs, said thanks for nothing and left to the store.

Although I am a golfer, I showed up with a non-standard request: the grips on my sons toy needed to be fastened and I wondered whether the shop could do anything about it. John took care of it then and there....happy about the results and happy for my son! What does this have to do with golf? Well, I can recommend this place for changing out your golf club grips AND I can recommend this place for its customer service!

Got my grips done here, great price. Simulators are great price too. A fun place to hang out and stay loose over the winter. Good guys working there too.

I googled Anchorage Golf Shop and Full Swing Golf of Alaska popped up. I called to see if I could get a new putter grip installed. Terry was extremely professional and upon walking in, he greeted me with a smile and handshake. He punctually installed my grip for me and while it was not technically difficult, I know his other work will be carefully executed.Full Swing Golf of Alaska is a stand up business with A+ service!

They have signs all on the front windows saying:“Winter Hours Starting Oct.149am to 10pm 7 days a week”but I’m standing out front and they are closed lights out NOBODY around and it’s 7:34pm... what’s up with that? LolHope everything is ok!
