Good support, advice from start of tub selection, through purchase and installation. In our case it was particularly important to have advice in conjunction with purpose- built porch to make sure the porch design ( with tub partially recessed) adequately incorporates needs of hot tub access for maintenance etc and appropriate clearances. Helped to visit frequently with Terry throughout.Only slight frustration was coordination hot tub lift crane with install crew. It could have been timed better as the crane ended up having to wait two hours ( on the clock) for crew arrival - costly.

Arctic Home Living made the decision to purchase a spa an easy one. Their knowledge of spas was top notch. They listened to our wants and needs which identified that we may need a larger lounger because of our height and found the right one by actually sitting in the spa. They did a virtual (pictures) home visit that verified we had the necessary electrical and outdoor space for the full enjoyment of our investment. They provided a spa class to make sure we had the tools to succeed when taking care of the water. Our only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner. Why wait, happiness awaits!!

Chuck in Wasilla was great to work with, he returned phone calls, emails promptly, he was very knowledgeable on our hot tub, and all the products needed to make this easy for a first time hot tub owner. Brandon was very helpful... even though I bought my hot tub elsewhere, he guided me through the set up and maintenance. And then... emergency!! I broke a bleeder valve on the pump... he found me a replacement valve in minutes and now I’m all set. Definitely recommend this place, they’re very knowledgeable, kind and helpful.

Went in to purchase a filter, ran the card thought to my self that was pricey, looked at the tag on it and it said $59.99 but was charged $83 went back in and they said oh price went up nothing we can do. First and last time shopping there

Absolutely adore this place! Bright, knowledgeable reps, easy to communicate with and a vast selection of Sundance and Jacuzzi spas to choose from. Excellent Customer Service. We bought an Optima 7 person tub through Terry Donovan several years ago. He remembered my wife and me, our tub, and what was important to us every time I came into the store even several years later. When Terry wasnt there to say hello, the staff in the store was always really good about helping me out or telling me about newer or better products. If I ever had a problem with anything, they were quick to make it right and do whatever they could to discount the solution. They earned my repeat business and Ive recommended Arctic Home Living many times.

Service department is okay but sales is fast and loose with the facts. I told them I needed wifi access and ended up with a tub without it and a song and a dance why it was better I didnt. I have the Optima and you cant read the display during the day. This was supposed to be a top end tub. Make sure you listen to the stereo before buying it too. All that said they are probably the best in town. They made sure the tub was level and that was something all the others told me I had to do.

Jamaar was rad. We knew the parameters we were looking to go with, and when I threw the details at him on the fly, he promptly responded with some options according to just what we were looking for. Nothing way beyond, nothing way less, no BS, just great communication and a willingness to meet our needs. We settled on an option from long distance within a matter of minutes, and upon making the commute to pick it up, were beyond satisfied with our experience. I’ll definitely recommend Arctic Home Living and Jamaar’s awesome customer service.

We purchased our new spa at Arctic Home Living and couldnt be happier with our purchase and the superb customer service we received from every employee we dealt with throughout our purchase right down to the install team. I would strongly advise against using this company. They delivered a hot tub to my home full of metal shavings which then rusted the entire interior, did not appropriately fix it. The same (high end and very expensive!) hot tub has had an internal fire. Very scary! Thankful my house didnt burn down. Poor customer service, they just argue around all of the problems and charge you for repairs. Go anywhere else!

I had an unpleasant experience with this service department in December 2019. Having said that, the management took subsequent steps to rectify, which I regarded as professional and sincere.

The customer service at Arctic Home Living is excellent. Terry, Don, and the sales staff have provided superior professional communications and technical support throughout the delivery and installation process. Our situation was uniquely challenging and took two attempts to install. It needed to be lifted to a 2nd floor deck which required special equipment and cooperation between AHL and our excavator. I would highly recommend AHL for anything related to hot tubs.
