Works to fast for details lots of mistakes and not delivery friendly. I was only customer upon arrival for grub hub. I go in read order and get - can you leave your phone here for accuracy. I leave it there. 2 similar items and a third item. I pay and she says she only made 1 of 2. .... 20 minutes later I left with nothing. Out 20.00 + time.Thanks

Friendly staff, customer service can be faster to avoid long wait. I had the strawberry mango banana sorbet, taste great with raspberry fruit topping! Long lines at 9pm at night. Wish they could corporate some local flavors.

The service is good. I never feel judged for taking home a custom mix of ice cream for binge night and or biweekly consumption. Ive never gone and had an issue with getting the flavor or toppings I wanted, and the staff is usually friendly. Typically the customers there when Im there are people 20 years old or younger and in groups of 2-5, so it can be a bit of a wait. But you always get service, and no ones ever rude.

The staff were great. Im sorry that I didnt catch yalls names, but they were great.The store was busy on a hot Friday evening. And the staff was keeping up with the orders and didnt show a single bit of being stressed.

If you want ice cream with your favorite candy mixed together then visit Cold Stone Creamery.Im a simple guy, so I order plain-old ice cream. Cold Stone Creamery doesnt use the scoops measurement, so youll need to point to a cup size. Youll get a cup size of ice cream in your waffle cone or waffle bowl. I had vanilla in a waffle cone and it was very good.There is plenty of seating here, but it wont take long to fill the seats. In fact this location had a line out the door with four employees working. The wait can be exhausting, but worse is the fact they have no seating outside. On a sunny day sitting outside would be much nicer than inside beside a slow moving line of hungry people.

The girls working there are extremely rude. They were yelling across the store at people about their masks as they were putting them on. Then after the guests were publicly embarrassed they laughed about it to each other while making other guests orders. I understand enforcing the mask policy but to then make fun of the guest that wasnt in the wrong where everyone in the store can see and hear it is extremely unprofessional. In the same visit while still waiting to place my order, another patron wasnt wearing an acceptable mask so multiple employees behind the counter were extremely rude to her and one told her she wasnt allowed in the store because she wasnt wearing the correct mask and since she didnt care about keeping the other guests safe she needed to leave. Obviously, the customer service portion of their training was missed because there was 100% a better way to handle that customer. Although I wasnt one of the guest being disrespected after 15+ years of working in the restaurant/customer service industry I decided that supporting a business that treats their guests with blatant disrespect isnt a business I want to support and I left.

They dont acknowledge Door Dashers, even though it takes little to NO energy to say Ill be right with you or even grab the ready order from the fridge and hand it to me!!

Stopped by around 530pm Tuesday 4/28/20. Ordered two peanut butter cup perfection shakes, one with coconut added. There was one person in front of me who ordered 4 shakes, the shop only has one blender. A second blender would be very beneficial. Took 30min to make my two shakes, and my roommates two shakes. All 4 turned out very watery, not good tasting at all. I paid 20$ for the two like it size shakes which is very confusing since 4 days prior we got the same shakes and only paid 16$ for two shakes. Such a bummer because cold stone used to be so good! We are now switching over to marble slab because of the service we experienced today. I hope this review helps the girls work on better service.

I just tried to go in there and the staff was very rude and said they didn’t want to serve me because of my mask even though my mask has a shield in it i felt like they just didn’t want to serve me period snd she didn’t have to be so rude

Not only did it take over 30 minutes to make two like it shakes, but I ordered two of their signature shakes and was charged $20. When I asked why the price was so high, she rudely commented “we charge for every single add in”. They taste awful, and are super watery. Two days prior, I ordered the exact same thing and was charged $15 (super confused by this). They were out of a lot of flavors, only had one working blender, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. My roommate was with me and felt the same way about our visit. Definitely will be switching over to marble slab from now on.

Staff was not sanitary. Long ponytails swinging around our ice cream. The lady that did our mix complained about wrist pain and didnt mix our ice cream. The credit machine stopped working earlier in the day (per the staff) and took our credit card imprint with carbon copy paper. Overall bad experience.

There was hair in my ice cream on two different occasions. I love their ice cream, but the hair ruined it for me. Never again.

I love Coldstone. Certainly the best ice cream in town by a long, long margin. Also there is no difference in quality of product between this location and the locations in the city I moved here from in the lower 48. Same excellent quality ice cream, same popular ice cream mixes as the lower 48 locations. Have been here about a dozen times in the 6 years Ive been back in Alaska and have not had a bad experience yet!

I love cold stone ice cream and that is the only reason I come here. The service was at a snails pace and none of the employees had any sense of hustle when there was a line out the door. They were so slow I thought about walking out, the ice cream was the only reason I stayed. Work on your staff motivation and hustle and it will be a great place!

Our first visit to a Cold Stone but well be back. My wife and I both had bowls, mine was a waffle bowl while my wife had a plain cardboard bowl. Her Berry, Berry, Berry Good was good. Tart berries in Sweet Cream Ice Cream while I had the Birthday Cake Remix... Yum! So many others here on a Monday night too! There was a constant line out the door.

10 people in line when I arrived, but the staff was taking care of business. The ice cream was delicious as always and the service was excellent. I think there was probably 10 more people walking in as I left.

Delicious and nice employees. Only complaint was it is a little to small of a store for how much business they get! Also, they do not offer free water cups. Their ice cream needs a little water to compliment it. Overall good store!

Clean place that serves consistently good ice cream, but just some pretty terrible customer service. Or I guess lack of customer service considering the employee helping us didn’t say a single word. Lots of great selections and its a pretty convenient location I think. It does get kind of crowded however, but the lines move pretty quick so it isnt a huge issue. Great service too!

Cold Stone is incredible! They staff is friendly and theres always a smile. I bring my daughter there once a month and its one of her favorite places to go. I love it!

The ice cream is really delicious, but most of the staff are very young and it definitely shows in the way they act and gossip. Three stars only for the desserts, 0 for the staff.

Never ordered a cake from here, its usually a spontaneous bomb in for ice cream. I do prefer the other places in town, but if its here I wont deny it.I think some other places are more convenient and cheaper, but like I said, if its here..

Ice cream from this location is extremely watery and definitely not kept cold enough. It was dripping before I even got to pay. Not the first time its happened, certainly not going back!

I noticed that the ice cream is whipped, so it is soft, and can melt quicker than non-whipped.

Ice cream is always good and cold stone has a wide varieties of flavors and mix-ins to choose from.

Best cold stone in town. The others completely bomb in customer service. We have had numerous cake orders messed up by the other locations but have always had a great experience at the huffman store.
