Very tasty ice cream. Friendly staff. I can’t give more than 3 stars when the smallest size ice cream on a waffle cone costs $7. Price matters to me.

Pretty expensive for ice cream.Customer service was bad. The lady who saw me did not say hi nor did she help me. She just walked to the back. Sometimes they would help others before helping me even though I arrived way before and was waiting for my turn. The employee of the month guy was the only nice one who did his job right.

Delicious custom ice cream flavors, mixed for you on a cold marble slab. Its the ultimate in ice cream luxury. I had strawberry walnut cheesecake. Im a big guy, and the large size was filling.

Icecream is always good, shakes are hit or miss. Sometimes amazing sometimes super melted down. As the review under me stated it seems noone is helping them or helping people that came in after them its because the same worker helps the whole group. Im not really a fan of this because when I come in with my family of 4 by the time the 4th person gets their Icecream the 1st person is near done. Since you cant sit down for dining due to covid, you kind of just have to eat your Icecream while standing around waiting in line to pay. I wish they could work on an entire group at once I mean it just makes more sense to me that way to get the group in and out. All the people Ive encountered have been friendly though.

I got a vanilla bowl with reeses cups and cookie dough. It was delicious.

I had the best experience at this Marble Slab. They greeted me as I first walked in, did not rush me and I got the absolute tastiest, yummy treat! Cheesecake Ice cream with caramel drizzle on a white chocolate Oreo dipped waffle cone! It was the best! Go check them out!

I ordered a shake that tasted alright, but the price was pretty high. That coupled with the fact that I was skipped over to order, despite it being a straight line, before saying something made it a bad experience.

Its good, but not Baskin Robbins good. For being an independent chain it definitely beats driving to Eagle River for a few extra flavors

My experience going into the slab was very bad, it seemed as if they were afraid of me and they were being very discriminating towards me the one girl there couldnt even talk to me without shaking and stumbling her words it made my experience there feel very awkward and unpleasant. After taking everyones order they asked me what I wanted and made me pay and leave as fast as possible and I was at the back of a long line, when I got to the register the girl says at least it matches you I ordered the original size cookies and cream milkshake. Not to mention I just got off work so I had grease all over my clothes and I work at a tire shop and its tire season so I work very hard and in very dirty conditions so it seemed like an insult. This is the second time Ive been treated like this and it continues to be the same every time so far. Im very disappointed with this place and dont recommend it to anyone who isnt well groomed or right off work.

This place is awesome!! Went in with a bizarre request of red velvet cake and nutter butter and Kari did a great job and it was the treat that I was hoping for! So convenient time base and high quality and creamy ice cream. It hit the spot and appreciated the attentiveness of my unique request. Highly recommend!

Quality seems to have improved, and the mix-ins-included policy makes the price reasonable (at least by Alaska standards). Probably not THE most COVID-safe place in the city (they do offer samples which by nature necessitate pulling your mask for a second) but they clearly try so props there.

Went there today with my daughter and received awful customer service. Josie rudely had asked me to move over so she can have her customers pay who came in behind me! I had my milkshakes that were basically chocolate milk sitting there as I waited to pay. And so much for 6 feet distancing! There were at least 10 people in that small building and two who werent even keeping their mask on. This is the kind of service no one deserves to have and the lady who made my shakes clearly could see i was upset and made sure I knew she didnt care. This place is the problem and will hopefully get shut down as theyre not following anchorage guidelines with social distancing and mask requirements.

Get the Chocolate Swiss (or Sweat Cream) ice cream mixed with fudge and brownie.Just marked it down one star because I think its a bit $$ and not much seating.The wait is kind of long if there are people ahead of you, but thats understandable. Employees Ive met are all usually on top of things there.

A little busy on a sunny day, tight spacing, but all in all a good sweets stop. Had sweet cream w/ pineapple and waffle cone. Service was good but a little slow because of shift switching.

This place is great with wonderful, cheery employees. The ice cream is delicious and I go there frequently. The only downside is that its a spendy cup-o-milk! Overall, I recommend you try it😊

The majestic shake is awesome! We always get the cookie dough. :) havent tried the other one yet. And the people working there are all awesome!

It was good... No cheese cake chunks but I had a delicious pistachio ice cream in a regular waffle cone with chunks of brownieand chocolate chip cookie dough👍👍👍👍

So I love this place! my new favorite officially, unfortunately I cant Give five stars because of the wait times for our ice cream. we were there for like 8-10 minutes before being helped while an employee helped one person a head of us. poor girl was the only one up there while two other employees were obviously eating pizza in the back/doorway to the front.

Theyre not bad. Wish theyd change out a few flavors with new ones every now and then. Have walked in with a little mess here and there but overall great ice cream. Definitely recommend salted caramel.

Best place for ice cream in town

In anchorage visiting, seen yelp they had the best homemade specialty ice cream and a $5.00 off coupon on the stores app. Went 30 mins out of our way. Got there and they couldnt use the coupon.. says they dont have a scanner to scan the coupon ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE. Then didnt try to make the situation right.

Service could be better, waffle cone broke during the handoff and the employee didnt offer to replace it. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Thought the place was pretty decent when we first went in. Staff seemed friendly, nice little spot, and the sign outside said unlimited toppings. We went through the line and got ice cream for all of us and my son wanted more cookies. I walked back up to ask the lady running the counter if he could have some more and the manager, which was a younger guy, mumbled that wed have to pay for it. She shook her head and I then decided we would never go back there. I didnt want to argue about the sign or complicate things. So, Stick with cold stone.

I got a milkshake that was listed as a coffee shake however it had no coffee flavor ice cream or flavor. Although the shake was excellent it lacked the very flavor listed on their menu.

Veteran owned which I love, great service and great treats. Cant wait to go back.

I use to go to cold stone all the time even though one of their location has sucky customer service but youll never catch me at another ice cream shop. I love this place so much. Ive had Coldstone, Baskin Robbins, and woohoo. I enjoy woohoo as well but Im a big fan of toppings and a lot of different flavors. Marble slab always has what Im craving.
