Called inquiring about a part for my well system, their customer service was to say the least, non-existent. The guy “Richard” was rude, I’d say even combative, basically acted like he wanted nothing to do with selling me anything. I will not deal with them ever again, instead I’m going to just order what I need online. So much for trying to support the local guy...
