This shop is a joke! an embarrassment to the swagelok brand. I called on Friday at 1pm asking for four very specific 1/2 inch steel braided outside, flexible hose with female compression fittings on the ends. they tell me they dont have exactly what I needed for lengths, but that they can find something in stock so I can get back running today ..... this sounds great..... however, when they say they will send a quote to my email and I can pick up today, they dropped the ball. I call back at 4:30pm because I still havent heard from them. only to find out that their offices are closed at 4pm and they still cant figure out pricing on these 4 hoses they already had in stock...... finally at 5pm they call with a price, $864 seems outrageous, but I need the hoses so I say ok. They ask for my card number which I give to them and they say that I can send someone right over to pick up the parts. Done deal you would think, but no! I send an employee across town to pick up the parts because I am already out of town working on other projects (outside of cell coverage) When my employee shows up they discover they didnt get all of the information they needed for running a credit card. so they try calling me, out of cell range, so I cant be reached. they wont release the hoses because of something they screwed up. so I finally get back to service and find out that this happened. I contact the sales rep who assures me that everything will be available at 7am sharp Monday.... I show up Monday and they still werent ready. finally by 7:30 am they come out with a receipt saying these were custom order hoses and no return..... for something they had in stock??? i question this, and then look at the hoses to find they arent even what I was told I was getting!!! I am fuming by this time tell the guy he F#@&× up and are a joke of a company for treating customers this way. i am not normally one to use profanity in the business environment, but it seemed appropriate. the boy then says i am rude, I then get the door shut in my face by the manager who walks up from behind and says I have to leave because I used foul language. order your parts somewhere else if you want good customer care.

Personal and friendly service for even the small item I needed to size and pickup on location.Follow-up over email however, happened later than promised and took a little prodding, so theres room for improvement.
