My husband and I recently went into the castle megastore and were assisted by an employee by the name of Adam. He didnt require an app on his phone to tell us where things were and put us at ease immediately with his personality and professionalism. He allowed us to speak freely and be candid about what we were looking for, this is such a rare experience in customer service in todays day and age and I want to take a moment to give Adam a Thank you, for his willingness to ensure we were beyond satisfied with all of our purchases. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very good at his job. He alone deserves 5 stars and should he ever need a different job, we would be honored to have him work for our roofing company. This place always has what I want. Theres been a few times that the sales reps were pushy on things I had no interest on or werent particularly knowledgeable in what most people would consider some normal bedroom activities, but for the most part theyre pretty spot on. They also have a bit of everything for everyone. The only disappointment is no returns on clothes and you cant try things on. Otherwise, its a great store!

Ive had great experiences on many occasions with Brenda!! She was really well informed of all the products and even contributed her personal opinion helping me to make a final decision. As someone who’s been to the store multiple times and got quickly overwhelmed by all the products and left with no successful purchase, she knew exactly what questions to ask me so we can narrow down a few options and leave with a product that I’d love. She maintained extremely professional while explaining the products and helped me to consider all the options before I made my final purchase. Amazing customer service!! She even showed a various amount of products I’d thought I’d never use and now I can’t get enough of them. She’s helped numerous times on different occasions with toys, products, and even lingerie!! Definitely my go-to person when I return to the store!!

I was greeted in a friendly manner upon entering the store. The counter was busy with sales and a few customers in line waiting so I looked around the shop a bit. I went over to the display case where they usually have the item I was wanting to purchase, saw that it was in stock and went and waited in line 1 or 2 minutes. Asked the cashier for the item, she went and grabbed one for me, rang it up and I was on my way.

The debit/credit machine wouldnt work and my card works EVERYWHERE else. The cashier told me it doesnt work and corporate wont fix it. What a joke. This is the third time its happened. So I had to leave and go find a atm. Pathetic business that wont replace or fix the card reader.

Not wheelchair accessible at all. Had to make huge circles just to get around the store. The tile is hard to push the wheelchair on without assistance.Also the plus size selection is laughable. Theres very very little.

Truth be told, never judge a book by its cover. So true here. Walking up, it doesn’t look like much on the outside. The amazing is on the inside. I did a whirlwind tour of the lingerie and adult shops in Anchorage. This one tops the list for sure.Visually appealing. The store was well laid out and very bright. Items were sorted into like groups so it was easy to look around. It is large and has the largest selection by far. I found more items there than I saw elsewhere.The two reps greeted me and welcomed me to ask questions. It was a relaxed atmosphere to shop. Would I recommend? Absolutely yes!!

Great selection and reasonable prices

I was bored one day and needed to kill time so I thought I’d stop in for a bit. I was greeted at the door told if I had any questions just ask. After awhile of being lost in the store a lady named Hope showed me a few toys she was super knowledgeable about the toys. I ended up getting the sync considering my husband is always gone training it was the perfect toy for us. I definitely recommend this place and the staff was just above par! The outside isn’t the nicest but don’t let it fool you it’s a nice store and a lot cleaner than the last time I went in a year ago!

Don’t judge a book by its looks! This place is a hidden gem. Immediately greeted by the staff, felt welcomed. Definitely go by and ask for Hope she’s the nicest person ever and had tons of information on the products I almost spent my whole check in there.

Great customer service

Veronica was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all products. My boyfriend and I are not the most acquainted in this department, so it was nice to have someone help us out without making us feel belittled. Before our purchases, she explained to us how to clean our new toys and opened each one to make sure all settings worked fine. I know theyre supposed to do this, but usually we just get someone who turns it on and off and sends us on our way. She even offered to give us a call when an item comes in that we were searching for.We always have good customer service, but Veronica went above and beyond. Well worth the stop if youre in Anchorage and enjoy going to adult stores. Definitely expensive but thats expected in Alaska; they also do not accept refunds of any sort. I am quite partial to that policy, as I dont know if I would want to risk getting a preowned toy or lingerie set.Bonus is they give a 15% off military discount - whoever is paying just needs to have a valid ID.

Definitely have changed over recent years. They may be close to out growing that little building but their staff has certainly gotten better in caliber. My last visit may have been more educational than i had expected. Some of the new toys on the market are something else entirely.

This place is like a museum of sex toys! And the staff is super friendly and informative. I liked everything about the experience. However, I noticed that all of the photos decorating the store were of Caucasian people with similar body types. The wall art needs more diversity!

I have to eat crow with this one.Originally I rated them 1 star for a bad encounter with a return attempt.It took corporate intervention and almost a month but the issue was corrected and then some .My item was fully refunded and then like I knew would happen I returned to the location to spend it again.Best selection intown for BDSM gear and toys that I have found. Like if there is a better option please let me know.Prices for most things are usually within a dollar of Amazon and much cheaper than the other locations in town .And the staff was friendly, polite, and belpfull as alwaysThank you castle for fixing the problem for me so I can continue being a happy customer.4 star instead of 5 because of the month it took to resolve the complaint .
