New management seems to have been cleaning up the area lately. Whatever they are doing seems to be working. Spoke with the gentlemen on the phone today about an application and he was very easy to talk to and gave us the info we needed. Thanks!!

This is a nice trailer court. Quiet when it needs to be and alive when it should be.

This is a huge trailer park and most of it is well cared for. There are some people who hang around entrances and outside. Be careful and it will be further from grocery stores as Carrs and Northway mall are closing permanently.

Its a good trailer park. People look out for one another. Only down fall is how confusing the roads are. Its easy to get turned around or lost.

It use to be the best. Now it is one of the worst. Full of crime and drug dealers. Plus nosey neighbors give you no privacy in your space. Stay out if you want to be happy. They also raise the rent 4 to 5 times a year. You could rent or buy a house for a trailer here.

Penland Park is pretty well cleaned up.

Its not a horrible place to live. Kids are usually running around, its pretty safe to go outside, but there are some things to watch out for. The pay isnt crazily expensive. The neighborhood isnt the best nor too ghetto. Overall, its fairly decent. However, there are some crack heads who live there.

Lots of cats. But its pretty run down. The managment is always changing and the space rent increases probably 4 to 5 times a year. I dont personally live her but with family in the park I always worry about their safety.

This is a very clean park compared to other parks in Anchorage. We have rules in Penland to keep the park safe and clean. Residents like living here mainly locations. Everything is across the street and all walking distance.

They are very careful about the speed rules in the park so kids dont get hurt

Huge mobile home park thats kept neat and clean. Seems a pretty safe place to raise children.

To easy to get lost, nobody wants to help you get out of there and I went round in circles until 2 kids out playing at 11pm told me they would help me find my way out for 20.00$

Its always nice, clean and quiet.....well it is when i happen to go through there to my sisters house, which is not often.

Bad neighborhood. Lots of crazy people walking around. Neighbors keep trying to steal electricity from my grand parents. Tap water taste and smells awful and gives me heartburn and makes my tears sticky. Hear sirens on a daily basis. Space rent is too high.

The best road and driveway care ive ever seen they help with home repair and it very clean

This is a good place to start but I would only stay in this area until I could find better housing.

The Manager is very rude and I think racists. She comes and bothers my family about everything. When we try to mention something else that goes on she tells us to be quiet and that it is us we are talking about. The neighbors are very loud at night and there are always some cars putting their music all the way up. The neighbors that are everywhere are really rude too. They yell at us for nothing.

Penland Park Trailer Park is a very dangerous and unfriendly place. I would not recommend going there unless you have a good specific reason.

I go there just to visit people. Trailor courts get you lost sometimes though.

Cause its where its at, we might live in the Getto but we aint Getto.
