Great advice, attitude, selection and they will sell you a huge variety of special order parts at MSRP with no shipping fees! Good luck finding that anywhere else in town when it comes to tires, bars, fenders, etc! Also I got great advice and no pressure sales at GoPro. Parts came in 3 days, though if it took longer it would still be worth saving the shipping money and supporting a great local business.PS: I waited 6 weeks for parts when I ordered with the too cool for you folks at the motorcycle shop and they had less selection to order from.

Don’t waste your time at this shop. My experience is that they don’t do quality work. Their customer service for my issue was terrible. I just wanted them to replace what they destroyed and they didn’t make it right. Prices aren’t all that great. I normally like to support the local shops but I’ll pass on this place every time. I don’t mind giving credit where it’s due but GoPro doesn’t deserve any credit in my opinion. I’ll wait a couple weeks and order online before this shop gets another dime from me.

I just discovered these guys last year, and for the most part, I have very good things to say about them. Ive bought a number of parts from them for both my V-Strom and my XS750 project. In spring, they usually stock the two types of tires Ive used most often for my Strom, at some of the best prices in town, and they seemed almost apologetic to charge me a price I was more than willing to pay to do some work that I didnt have the tools to do myself.My only complaint is with my most recent special order, parts I needed to get my Strom back on the road late in the riding season. I ordered the parts through them two weeks ago, and found out yesterday that they had only submitted the order to their supplier a couple of days earlier...leaving my bike out of service during an unexpectedly extended riding season. Even worse, when I asked about the order a week ago, I was told, later today, maybe tomorrow, even though the order had not even been placed with their supplier yet. Not cool, guys.However, as they have been exceptional up to this point, Ill probably continue using them -- and recommending them to others -- until/unless I see this last problem become a trend.
