I had a nasty jam in my AR. Came in and they fixed in 5 minutes. Super friendly. Knowledgeable and had 44 mag when no one else did! Definitely purchasing the next firearm from these guys.

I’m a newly converted fan of 9-Guns. I have been a gunowner for perhaps only six years, having found a beloved hobby in hunting (especially deer, rabbit, and squirrel). Previously I patronized the big-box stores like Rural King and Walmart for my firearm needs, but when I needed a gunsmith earlier this year and 9-Guns went out of their way to help me, I was blown-away impressed. Not only did their service surpass my expectations, but their customer service was also superior. These guys are not only knowledgeable in their trade, but also super outgoing and kind. Since my initial positive experience, I’ve gone back a couple times already and have become even more impressed. When I bought a laser dot for my shotgun, for instance, as a novice when it comes to these things, the store clerk offered to install it for me and give it an initial sighting in. He answered all my questions, seemingly unbothered by my ignorance, and didn’t charge a dime extra. I leave the place feeling better than I walked in! Thank you, 9-Guns, for making me a lifelong, more-than-satisfied customer.

Professional, good prices and stock

Discovered this place a few months ago and it is a true gem. I live in Carmel/North Indy and have a lot of options as far as gun shops go. However, this place is the best. It is on the smaller side, but the friendly and knowledgeable staff can help you get anything you need and are great at answering questions. I needed a new G21sf and they ordered one for me and called when it came in. When I needed a holster, Gary reached out to me because he knew I was looking for one and he had come across one. Turned out to be a perfect holster and I bought it.I have been a gun owner for close to 15 years but I am no expert. These guys are so good about making recommendations and giving me feedback on questions or concerns I have. Whenever I am wanting to buy a new gun or accessory I try to stop in here first and see if they have what I am looking for or maybe even something better. For instance, 6 months ago I would have never considered buying a micro compact, but now I am planning on it being my next purchase!

Been in about 5 times since by my office and everytime they walked off and was very rude. Thats fine they had in stock what I wanted purchase. Just went other local places to buy. Last time I tried purchase scope rings and guy walked off as I thought I was going be purchasing items.

This store has a nice selection but the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a gun shop. They definitely discriminate towards any younger people coming in and trying to purchase anything. They’ve been nothing but rude and unhelpful the few times I’ve went in looking for something. If your under 40 I wouldn’t reccomend going here.

Cheap guns but if your not buying something or are younger (Im 19) you will get no service you will probably be lucky if they speak to you I went here trying to buy some bullets today and got no help because somebody else was buying something i understand its a process to buy a firearm but I wasnt even noticed nobody said we will be with you shortly not a hello or have a nice day so I took my money elsewhere absolutely disrespectful
