Ordered some parts from them online. Called to ask questions, they were very responsive and detailed in their answers, provided technical direction, and were very professional. I ordered my parts, they said they would ship in 24-48hrs, I had a tracking number the same day I ordered. Their prices were also the best I could find. Overall a very good experience, I will shop there again.

Got a gear swap on a 2008 JK. The employees was great and really took the time to walk through witch gears I should run in my Jeep. I went with their opinion and I’m glad I did. The deadline was met on the job and its been almost a year after the install. Never had an issue and works great. The prices are unbeatable for my gear swap in my state. I highly recommend. I’m from California and a new Jeep owner. I was looking for a lift kit for my 2018 JKUR, not knowing what to get but had an idea and specially during this pandemic all parts were out . I saw this company (Krawll-off road) in Amazon and was able to get their contact info and left a message that night and next morning I received a call from Jason, talked for a bit I was looking for a teraflex kit and he was honest that it will take some time but mentioned that he can work out a price for me and WOW with the price he quoted me I was able to upgrade to a better lift kit (Alpine CT3 suspension kit with 3.3 falcon shocks). Jason is so friendly and very professional. This will be my go to place for all of my Jeep parts. He even helped my friend get a club discount! Jason thank you!!! There are many good off-road shops, but few that are great. KOR is the type of shop that you keep coming back to. Not because of the selection or the prices, which are great, but because of the stellar customer service. Ive had a few orders over the last month with KOR. Some through the online store, but a couple working directly with Jason. He took the time to understand what I was looking to do. To ask the right questions, even if I didnt know them and ultimately to make sure that me and my rig were setup for success. Theyve got a customer for life.

Buying parts for our Jeep through Austin and Jason @ Krawl Off Road was a pleasure.They are very helpful. One thing I like is when you call then you get them. And you can ask them questions about what you are interested in buying, there is a good chance they have personal experience with the product. Some other shops have people answering the phones that only know how to take your order. Some days that is fine, but other times you want to talk to someone who knows what they are talking about.

No one answered the phone. There was a voicemail option, however it didnt state the name of the business. Not professional presentation.

When you walk in you know they are Jeep fans. I felt like a kid in a toy store. Jason and crew put JRi shocks on my Wrangler- service was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. They will go out of their way to make sure you are happy. With plans to further modification on my Jeep, I will be back as their builds that I have seen are amazing and individualized to each customer.BTW, the JRi shocks are AMAZING! My 1 hour commute on the highway and my trail time rides are drastically altered for the better. Highway ride is smoother and no more creaky drops and pops on trail.

I came across Krawl Off Road while doing some research on jeep message boards. Jason comes highly recommended from the online community. I gave him a call to discuss my desired project. He was very poliet and helpful. I live out of state and ordered a 2.5 inch Teralfex coil lift with Rancho 9000 shocks, TF adjustable front trackbar, and TF exhaust spacer. Fast shipping and order was 100% correct. Super happy with my selections so far. Jason was more than happy to answer some follow up questions for me aswell today. Great customer service all around and their response time to your questions is very fast. I bought a Teraflex 3 S/T 3 lift kit with Falcon 3.1 and Falcon steering stabilizer from them. They gave me the beat price they could in my opinion. They have a customer for life.

Just a little background on myself for this review. I have been doing nothing but 4 wheel drive for over 30 years, am a former editor back in the early 2000s for a 4x4 review site in addition was also a WEROC and UROC competitor so Ive been around the industry in various capacities and only left to pursue a ministry need and crisis in both Human Trafficking and freeing men from the grips of well just say the stuff on the internet that ruins marriages. I live in Colorado and should have a variety of shops with expertise in the area of Jeeps at least so youd think. True there a re many great shops here, but in the midst of a schedule that is unruly and time Jason was a tremendous gift. timely and even took time out of the shop his own weekends and made my transaction a breeze. didnt try to up sell or diminish the choices I made and went right to helping me in ways no other shop had from something as simple as an eBay question. His expertise asked the right questions and even showed care for my own lack of communication. I have seen the 4x4 industry rise and fall because of the internet in some capacities with transhippers and web forums that make my hair hurt chock full of mis information. So when you need excellence, true service and guys that just kill it across the board these guys get it done! give them a chance and I feel your experience will be as good if not better than mine! And for the record up until this past transaction I had no previous affiliation with Krawl. I am a first time shopper!
