The staff went above and beyond to help me. I arrived 30 minutes before they were to close for the day. They ordered me a battery, someone went to pick it up while someone else removed my old battery. I was in and out in under 30 minutes and the staff could not have been more accommodating or friendly. Quotes on the phone always a plus. Friendly fast and quality work. When they had it up I got to look under see what was up. Had some things I didnt know about and some things I could fix myself. If I ever need to take another trip to a mechanic itll be here.

Went in for brakes and tires. Tech knew his stuff. Never tried to upsell me on stuff I didnt need, and even found a better tire at a better price than the ones I had intended to buy.

Good customer service, not the lowest priced shop in town but theyre not the highest either. I like that they do free diagnostics, thats a big plus.

I recently had some brake work done here and as part of it they charged $160 for a brake fluid flush. After I picked my vehicle up however, the brake pedal just didnt feel right, so I decided to try to bleed the system to check for air. One of the brake lines contained about three inches of air, so best-case scenario, the brake fluid flush was not done correctly.

Always received great service here. But when I was relocating to California, they went over the car top to bottom to ensure safety when traveling. I noticed afterward they filled fluids and fixed small things I wasn’t charged for. It was the kindest gesture that I will always remember and be grateful for.

Folks here were very helpful and saved us a lot of money. They were personable and very kind the moment we walked in the door. Highly recommend them for their service and their hospitality!

Kyle is the best!!! I had a blow out and he arranged for a tow truck to pick up my car. My key broke at the counter and he gave me loaner so that I could get my errands done until the locksmith got there to make me another key. My husband and I have always had our oil changed there and car and truck repairs. I would recommend them to anyone that asks. TERRIFIC JOB!! And KUDOS TO KYLE!! Jack is blessed to have him as Manager of the store!!

Midas is amazing the pricing they have is great and the customer service is excellent!!! I took both our vehicles in for oil changes and they came back and let us know everything about our fluids and how everything was looking. By far the best I wont go anywhere else!!

My first experience with them was great. However when I returned needing a replacement power steering pump... It was bad. First it took them forever to replace the pump. Then I was told I needed a new high pressure line and a return line because of leaks. There were no leaks, and the PS pump they put on was a cheap remanufactured one. Im out several hundred dollars for a cheap pump, they lied about the leak, and my truck now has a whine to it. Never going back to them.

I have tried to deal with several other repair shops in Anderson and this is the only place I have found that this is the only place that does what you ask them to do and in a timely manner. They did a recent major repair job recently that I knew would take most of a day to complete. They not only did a great job on my car but loaned me a vehicle so I would not have to wait there all day. Thanks Kyle-Ill be back!!!

I brought my car in without an appointment. It had some issues, but they got them worked out and I was driving again in a few hours. They fixed a few mounts in my car and it runs far smoother now. Nice people, offer student discounts.

These people are legit just awesome. The lady at the front desk is a doll and so kind.They were short handed but constantly made sure all customers were ok and even offered to do runs for those who were stuck at the shop for a few hours.The mechanics were prompt, to detail, and knowledgeable.

I called today as I just so happened to have the day off for other reasons. My car has been acting up for about a month now but just havent been able to get it anywhere with work and single mother schedules. They got me right in and made my daughter and I feel very welcome from.the time we walked in. Kelly and Kyle were the best of the best...even popping fresh popcorn when they saw my daughter eyeballing the machine. They found the problem quickly but had to search all over for parts. They kept me up to date on when parts were arriving and how much longer which I really appreciated. I couldnt have asked for better service and Ill definitely go back for future needs.

I have 2014 Camero, which I do not trust a lot of people with. I have my car serviced for needs to be serviced at the dealer the rest always comes here. This is the 3rd car I have owned that I have brought to Midas. I love the honesty of this shop, makes it easy to trust. I love how they are always trying to save money, on one visit I was not even paying attention to a savings opportunity which saved close to $100.0 off my bill. Thanks Midas!!!

Midas is amazing. We go to them for everything from oil changes to our breaks. They do not work on anything without your permission or charge you for anything you didnt ask to be worked on. Staff is so friendly and helpful with payment plans if you dont have good credit. They will take you back to the shop if requested and show you what is wrong with your vehicle. I always leave with a peace of mind.

Had a pretty great experience. Scheduled oil change and tie rotation only took about 30 minutes, out the door. No BS upselling attempts. Nice lounge area and my kid loved the crayons and coloring books they had as well; kept her busy the entire time. Respectful, friendly, and straight forward staff.

I have come here without an appointment, because the day before I had gone to a Midas in Indianapolis and had been given a bad part. It was a repair that had been done on my tire, and simply the part that they got from Napa was faulty.I go in and right away they take me for a drive around the block so I can point out the issue to them. See if she was identified and taking care of. They told me that it was going to be at least a couple hours, maybe the next day before they were able to get this back to me.I live not far from this, so I was fine and I told him that Id walk home. They said no that they would have somebody drive me home. So the owner son drove me back to my apartment so that I could wait on my car. The car was fixed, and then later that night they actually drove my car back to me.All of this was free of charge. Because it been an issue with the part that Ive been given. So not only did they completely correct the problem that I was presented with, but they went out of their way to make it convenient for me, and to make sure that I could get home okay.I was beyond impressed with this. This was amazing service on many levels. Definitely go here if you need any kind of work done on your vehicle.

I feel like I was being held up in a mugging, when I finally got the estimate.

With a daily commute of 100+ miles, wear and tear on my vehicle is to be expected, but vehicle maintenance is difficult to fit in my schedule. Midas was able to get me in fast, work with my schedule, they provided me with a courtesy vehicle, and they were all polite and professional from start to finish. This was my first experience with Midas, and it definitely wont be my last.

I went in to get my brakes checked for free and they check it themselves first and then offer you to see what is good or bad with them, and i love how they let you see it first hand and explain what each part of the brakes shape they are in. Great customer services 100/100 for me. Ill definitely come back to get my brakes fixed.

Great first experience bringing my car to Midas for an oil change and tire rotation. Promising as a dealer replacement for regular maintenance for my car, since the dealer has recently (and inconveniently) left the area. Clean shop and friendly staff.

Dont waste your time here. Go somewhere else. Overpriced, multiple visits with no resolution or repair made. Save yourself a headache and find another shop. This chain is a rip off.

Made an appointment for my brakes and got an estimate of $109 per axle. When I came to pick up my car, my total was over $300. When I handed the guy their coupon for 50% brakes and rotors he told me $300+ is the price with the coupon. I wont ever be back to any midas ever again.Ive tried sending an email to the address you provided and its not a valid email.

Tranny was trying to go out in my Honda Odyssey on I-69 I stopped called them. They got me right In! Then changed my trans fluid and added a wynns additive and I drove all the way back to Florida. My family Thanks you all! Great Price!!!!

We were traveling from Michigan for our wedding anniversary trip and on the way our steering got worse and worse. We brought it in and they told us our rack and pinion had to be replaced and it is a long job to do. Still they got two guys right to work on it and got it finished the same day. They saved our trip and were very thankful for all their hard work! Now were off to Tennessee for the rest of our trip and it wouldnt have been possible without these guys! Thank you!

BEST auto service I have ever received!!! 2 hours into a 5 hour drive and my back left shock completely broke off. I was in a panic, didn’t know where I was and where to go. I’m so so glad I chose Midas. They showed me the issue, fixed it up and got me back on the road in no time. During my wait they even offered me something to drink or a vehicle to go grab lunch. Absolutely great customer service and work done well. Couldn’t have asked for any better service.

I came into Midas with a major car issue with my engine. Although being car-less for a couple of weeks (by choice, we were offered a vehicle to use) both Jack and Thomas made this whole process so much more bearable. Very considerate and polite, giving me courtesy phone calls with the status on my car, or if any problems came up. I appreciated the way I was treated, because a lot of times auto shops will try to take advantage of women when they need car repairs. Luckily I have some background in cars so I know that I was being treated fairly. I will definitely be back if anything else comes up! Thanks again!
