Everyone from office to installers were knowledgeable and so kind. Installation went quick and easy and Frank even went above and beyond by quickly fixing a tube on my water heater. We had Kevin just come to our house for a water leak from our osmosis system. Five minutes later he fixed the system explain WHAT the problem was and even explained process on water softener when we leave for snowbird state. Kevin you are great. I will always ask for you.

They came and installed a water softener system and two reverse osmosis systems, one with a remote control! They even fixed/replaced an old dripping spigot while they were at it! Excellent and quick work at a great price! Highly recommend this company!

The team at Culligan Anderson is top notch. We had a sudden blockage in our main pipes and water had backed up into our kitchen as a result. The culligan team came out early, on a Saturday, to ensure that their system was off and to make sure this wouldn’t happen again. Great people, very friendly service guys as well! 100% recommend!

Culligan of Anderson as a whole is alright great techs Aaron /route driver, salesman Nate is the best and now pretty good office ladies. However the management at culligan is very poor. Honesty I would recommend Culligan however I would stay away from the Anderson Store the employees are great however management is horrible and the office staff are rude. Horrible place to get salt delivered 15$ for 1 bag I mean come on go to salt shop or walmart.. Not to mention they like to scam customers and raise prices they are shady the owner doesn’t care and the GM Frank also doesn’t care about you all he will do is give you a attitude horrible customer service.

I can’t say enough nice things about Kevin! He was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. We have well water and he installed both a filtration system and water softening system in our home. I can’t think of any better service from any company we have used in the past 2 years! He was a life-saver!

To tell you the truth I had the service man come out to look at my softener he said he couldn’t do anything for me and then charged me a ridicules price. I called the office about it and the ladies didn’t want to help so I asked for the supervisor and they told me he was too busy i’m not sure what game these people run but it’s uncalled for.

Being in a pandemic where everyone is struggling these greedy people would not set up a repayment plan with me and threatened to sent me to collections due to none payment. Normally this is acceptable, bit i ahead been tragically affected by this pandemic and the guy I spoke qith said eith I make my full payment or your going to collections. I busted out crying because I was so overwhelmed, but I like my clean water. I just recommend going to anywhere but the anderson location.

I found a leak in the hose running from the Reverse Osmosis to the drain called Culligan the next morning and Aaron came a short time later replaced the hose and changed the filters in the Reverse Osmosis as it was time. Reset the clock on the softener and was on his way. Professional service.i was very pleased..

Not only did he provide excellent advice on how to treat our water, he installed a system that eliminated our water issues almost immediately. Tony is an outstanding representation of professionalism and customer commitment. We are so lucky he was our Culligan guy!

Culligan water is by FAR the best water I’ve ever EVER had in my life !!! All I drink is water, so I know what good water taste like & my oh my I will NEVER switch ! Tony & James came over to install my equipment & both were SO polite & did it SO fast . Explained everything to me clearly no matter what questions I asked, I mean just a GREAT team ! 10 out of 10 . I’m pregnant & wanted something I felt 100% comfortable drinking & 100% comfortable using on my son & newborn during baths & this has BLOWN ME AWAY . Unfortunately they aren’t as good as they once was. Culligan of Anderson is over priced and over rated.

I had to contact them about the water softener drain connection due to a home inspection item that the inspector found. From the point of the first call they were extremely quick and courteous and think it all took about 2hrs to have the issue fixed. It’s service like this that makes them stand out over others! Highly recommend!

We were due for our yearly filter change at two of our properties. Our tech, Aaron was fast and efficient and was able to answer any questions I had. Employees like Aaron are the reason we choose to stay with Culligan.

I can always depend on my Culligan folks. I have some petty serious health issues which have me in the hospital or at unexpected doctor appointments. This means that sometimes, I am not home for my delivery. They are very considerate, and deliver as soon as they can.Their products and delivery men are the best... always calling when they are on their way, and pleasant at all times. I would recommend this company and franchise to anyone.

This date 4/15/2019. I called and asked about blowing up my brine tank and putting in new media. The secretary listened to my complete request then passed me on to Nathan in which I asked the same thing. Nathan had to go talk to his boss which took quite awhile. The 11 minute call could have went faster if a simple yes or no answer up front, would have saved a lot of time.

A few months back we experienced a leak in our water softner that caused our kitchen to be flooded, thus ruining our floor. But, thanks to the amazing service we received from the team at Culligan of Anderson we were able to get the problem taken care of in no time! They provided outstanding service, accompanied with highly professional service techs and a team leader that really made this his top priority. Very good salt delivery persons. Very professional and always on time. I highly recommend their service to everyone.

They were fine for a while, but there were consistent hiccups every now and then with delivery inconsistencies, and they always blame the customer. They also always make it sound like it’s such an inconvenience to deliver the water that you’re paying for. The woman who answers the phone is also extremely rude half the time, and does not own their mistakes. It’s also confusing when they say they are going to deliver, and then they don’t. The most common response when you call is “The water jugs were not in the same spot as before”, even though they’re literally always in the same spot, or “I wasn’t there, so I don’t know what happened”, meaning they’d rather call you a liar then just take responsibility for their mistakes. This happened several times over the course of two years, and I will never use their services again. Be ready for headaches when using them.
