Checked my brakes. Gave me a $614 quote. Told me I needed 2 new front rotors for $125 each. I went right down the street to Oreillys and bought the 2 rotors for $79 each. Did the work myself. Turns out I only needed 1 of the new rotors. They get you in there with this $179 offer, but then they jack the price way up. Total rip off. Beware.

Went there last year they said I needed brakes, routers, calipiters all kind of stuff. Took to the shop that fixes my lexus and all I needed was rotors turned. They thought because I was a women I did not know any better. I paid goog attention to my father and brothers about cars.

Come from out of town to pick the car up brakes was a little squishy. Make an appointment today before talk to miss Connie wonderful lady took care of everything I needed to diagnose the problem called me with a solution and was taken care of. Little bit longer than anticipated but everything was fine because now the vehicle stops correctly

My husband and I went here to get our brakes changed and it kept on making noises and we brought it back up there 2 times for it to be “readjusted”. It is STILL making the same noises before the brakes were even changed. I payed almost 300 for nothing. Do not and I mean do not go there. They are very unprofessional and rude. I don’t have the time to keep going up there for them to keep saying “there is nothing wrong” or “it needed to be readjusted”. They are lazy and take your money and don’t do what they are suppose to do. We have been trying for almost 3 days now to get our money back and no one is calling us back! I’m gonna make sure I get my money back or I’m getting a lawyer and suing. I’m done with this place!

In and out in 3 hours with a complete brake job with rotors and I dont feel like I was ripped off. A great feeling when you are from out of state and without options.

The man behind counter was rude acted like he never wanted my business and asked about doing brakes on a dually he said it will take 2 hours cause we would have to change the lift and he said we dont have time to change them today

Took my Toyota in today when I noticed my brakes were making a grinding type noise. Was able to make a same-day appointment just by walking in, everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable, and for a VERY good price I got new brake pads, resurfaced rotors and my brake fluid flushed & filled! Only took about an hour from start to finish. Im very happy with the service here and my results - Im a customer for life now, and Im going to tell all my friends! Keep up the great work.

800 number never called me back

I called this company to get a estimate they told me between 160 and 170 and that was them providing the brakes and turning the rotors, I called back and ask them if I provided the parts what would they charge and he said $200 this company is a rip off I would stay away from it completely...

In 20 minutes my oil was changed and I had new wiper blades. With a BOGO on the wipers it was still super reasonable! My tech was nice and helpful, the whole process was simple and pleasant 👍👍

Connie call me while my friend was there with my car and said they could not get a bolt off the rear passenger side. I found out today when taking my car in on a power train warranty Brakes 4 less lied about doing my brakes. The bolt on both back wheels had to be cut off at another place and at that time they found that although Brakes for less stated in writing they didn’t do the left rear only, they didn’t do the right rear either. The dealership mechanic also found that the brakes they put on the front were really cheap and not a quality pair like they state in their ad. So I had the ceramic ones put on. In the ad it states they would do a safety inspection which the dealership mechanic found 3 issues they would have found if they had. They also left my brake fluid cap off and I had to get one from the dealership as well.While I am sure people have had LUCK here I did not. I like honest and trustworthy. I will never go or recommend them. I value the lives of those that ride in my vehicle. Like my grandchildren.

I was able to get my badly damaged brakes replaced the same day I called. The folks there were very helpful. I like that the work is garanteed no matter what issue may arise later. I would recommend this company

I have had the worst experience with this place! I went in in October to get new brakes, they said the back ones were fine. As soon as I left there my car started making a “popping” noise so I went back. I was told it was a small part that they would order. Fast forward a month or so and the part isn’t in and the car is making noises in the front and back. Now they say there is $ 1800 worth of work that needs to be done! How did that just so happen after they worked on my car? I am going for a second opinion tomorrow and we will see!

Driving our 98 For Ranger 4 x 4 truck when the rear brakes made a noise. I was close to the Brakes 4 Less store in Anderson, so, I thought Id give them a try. I was so pleased with their work that I took our 72 VW bus to them. It was a fantastic experience. Hunter and the crew did better work than the VW Specialists who had worked on this bus. I have since taken 2 more of our vehicles to them, and have told friends and relatives about them. Very courteous and they take time to explain just what the cars issues are.

Nice people. Good machanics. It was a little more than I expected to pay. I had 2 less expensive quotes at the family owned shops around my hometown but they werent going to be able to get to my car until later in the week and I really needed brakes and rear rotors.

I would recommend the Anderson, S.C. facility with the 5 stars. Hunter and his associates were very professional yet friendly. I was given the exact problems with the brakes and how they would correct these. The work was done in a timely fashion and the explanations were understandable. Again, very high quality.

Nice place, cheap and fast. In local store, I have to wait until next 10 days later to check the problem, there in the same day replace 4 wheel brake pads with cheap price. The squealing and grinding disappeared. But be careful, you would better to make an appointment before go there, walk-in may wait several hours.

They know exactly what theyre doing and are very honest employees. We went in to change our brakes, but it ended up being a minor issue. They saved us a lot of money from figuring that out! Awesome employees!

This isnt your typical quick oil change place. This is specifically a specialty brake place. They are very knowledgeable in everything brakes. Not only do they know what they are talking about, but they are super friendly and dont make you feel dumb about not knowing what youre talking about. Super awesome staff here!

If I could give no stars I would. My husband had my brakes & rotors turned. When he picked our van up the back passenger tire was making a scrubbing noise. Husband took it back twice for them to fix that afternoon. They said no issue. Drove it down i85 to pick me up from work. I pulled tire when home. They left the back bolt out of caliper. Caliper had kicked up & put a deep groove in the roter. Couldve killed us all. Fixed it myself & called customer service & made a report. They sued me it would be rectified. That was almost a year ado. Multiple attempts to get some sort of action taken. At this point I guess Ill hire a lawyer to prove a point or eat the money for service & my own repairs following that service.

They were very accommodating and understanding of my price range. They were able to explain things down to the details so that I could understand :)

We assumed our brakes needed to be changed because they were squealing. They found out that a brake just needed to be resurfaced. We still expected to be charged for that, but they said there was no charge for that. They are very polite and honest employees! We will definitely be back for all future business.

Went to check on my brakes and was told it was bearings and was sent somewhere else. Turns out it was the brakes. Reason for the miscommunication unknown but not returning.

Would not work on my car says car sit too low.... but Express Auto Care did not have any issues they fix with no problem.

This place is the most expensive place I have ever been for brakes. Got my truck done here and regret it. They didnt even put all the lug nuts back on. They quoted me for my car I just got and it went from needing pads to needing to get all the fluid flushed and replaced and needing calipers a 40-50 dollar part that they want 175 dollars a caliper to fix. That mark up is laughable. I park in the same spot every day. I was told one of the calipers had a leak and needed replaced. If that is true why hasnt there been and fluid Marks on the ground where I park. Dont trust this places advertising 159 dollar brake job they will find more that you dont need.
