I am the sales manager here at crossroads and have been going on 5 years now. I can assure you that all of our vehicles do get inspected and serviced before leaving the lot. With any car that you purchase from any place you still have to make sure to keep up with general maintance. If any customer has a problem we strive to make it right and keep our customers happy. I bought my Tahoe from here 2 years ago and still drive it to this day. As far as my job I love it! Everyone here is great people to work with. They are not only coworkers they became family really.

Owner is very disrespectful and greedy. And DONT work for him he will rip you out of your money he done it to a lot of people and the cars are junk he lies about every car and he clears the check engine light so you don’t think nothing wrong with them and he got to have it his way or he will harass you that place needs to shut down

Bought a car not even an hr later car was over heating and have yet to get it fixed weve replaced alot of stuff that would cause the over heat to no avail

Cars are junk .Took lost but lesson learn.Advise not buy rip off.LEMMONS !!

Bought the car and the transmission was bad so I brought the car back to get the transmission fixed need I say with a full tank and i picked the car up today and now Im at the gas station filling it up got new floor mats theyre messed up now new stearing wheel cover its broke I dont recommend you buy a car from here I also forgot they gave me the wrong title to my car
