My father-in-law was visiting us in Wyoming and broke his phone. We switched him to an iPhone and when he flew back, airport security disabled the Lock Screen. I should mention here that he is 71 and has bone cancer. He went to CPR Cell Phone Repair (twice) and they were unhelpful. They refused to call me (I worked for Apple in NYC) to help restore the phone from iCloud backup and ultimately just reset the phone back to factory. Then, they wouldn’t help him restore it. Did I mention that he’s 71 and has cancer? They could have, if they wanted, restored his phone while he was in- store. I just walked his caretaker (who has never used an Apple product ever) through a restore from backup - over the phone from Wyoming. Moral of the story? Don’t use CPR Cell Phone Repair.

I needed the battery replaced in my iPhone 8 because it wasn’t holding a charge. Price was reasonable and they were kind and professional. Had to wait a couple of hours to be done but I am very pleased!!! I recommend them highly.

I had a charger break off inside my iPad. I thought it would be an expensive repair that would cost more than the iPad. Guess what? They fixed it in a matter of seconds and didnt even charge me. Ill return to them any time I have an issue with my phone, tablets, or laptops.

Took over a month to get parts for my One Plus phone. Not the shops fault at all, just a supply and demand issue. They kept me updated every few days on the status, communication is important. After the repairs were done the phone looked factory new.

Was searching for a power cord for a motorized chair, a disabled vet Ive been working with just received the chair from the VA and the cord was missing. I discovered the cord matched my computer power cord.I looked up computer repair stores and came to MD Tekk, I called. I explained what was going on, he said hang on let me check. A couple minutes later he told me he had one. Im on the way. I got there, the cord worked, I asked what do I owe you, he said nothing it was a cord he found in a misc. pile. Replaced battery quickly. CPR is an authorized Motorola repair store and will replace my screen protector for$10 vs. $40 at Verizon (thats what CPR told me.)Also gave a little helpful advice.

I broke my screen on my phone stopped by to see if they could fix it. I was quite upset about having to pay for something I was told was free. The manager was quite apologetic, even though he was not the one who had made said promises. We joked a bit and while I still wasn’t happy about paying for something that I was told was free (from Verizon) I left happy.

I was there first client here in Anderson.I have had some decent experiences here.But i dont know whats been up lately.Business changes have been accruing apparently and i cant tell if its for the better or not.

I broke the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus, which as I discovered is not cheap to fix. I called around and MD Tekk wasnt the cheapest but they certainly were the best choice. Very professional and personable. Honestly the phone is like new which is saying a lot since a new S9+ is just south of a thousand dollars.

I was referred to CPR in Anderson after 3 Verizon stores could not help me get my contacts from my Iphone 4s to my new Iphone. It seemed like an easy thing to do, but it turned out to be nearly impossible. I was beyond frustrated. Not impossible for CPR, however. Rob patiently problem solved how to make the transfer of information complete. I will be back (they also fix computers). Thanks Rob and Merry Christmas!!

They werent skilled nor qualified to fix my Samsung tablet, they did what they could but realistically all I paid for was for them to open it up and tell me its broken and that they couldnt fix it nor what options I had to rectify said problem, very unimpressed, I wont refer others especially when tech repair is their job.........

Although quality of service was great as far as the staff being friendly and helpful. However, they were supposed to download everything from my hard drive to a zip drive. I paid an extra $40 for this service. When I attempted to retrieve the information on the zip drive, IT WAS EMPTY!!! I lost 10+ years of picture memories including people I will never be able to capture a picture of again as they are no longer living! I also lost 10+ years of information that is related to my business. Needless to say I am completely unsatisfied and will never allow them to touch another computer of mine!

Great service ! I did an online quote request, got a call back, and they completed my repair in about ten minutes. Couldn’t be better!

Called them to see if they could fix the loose charging port, explaining that another repair service said that the repair would require micro-soldering. The guy on the phone told me that they could try to fix it, and that if they were unsuccessful, it would still cost me $60, and that if they fixed it, the cost would be $120. You can either fix it or you cant. You shouldnt charge for a failed repair. Needless to say, I didnt take my phone here for repair, and will not be using this company in the future.

I traded a 3yr old Samsung Galaxy 4 tablet that was in terrific condition. All it basically needed was a charging port and a battery. I was able to buy a new refurbished one for $130.00. The sweet spot is that they gave me cool $75 on my old and applied toward the purchase of my new one. The crew is not only knowlegeable, but extremely professional and helpful on all levels of technology.

CPR was exceptionally helpful! The techs couldnt fix my S8, unfortunately. They didnt have wizards powerful enough to jam the magic back in. I just paid it off, cancled the insurance and went month to month...then it dies! Common planned obsolescence! Rob waved the $20 fee and I learned using the cigarette lighter fired my phone. Hes also passionate about the OnePlus line and Ill be getting a OnePlus 7 in the next few weeks. I will alos be using an inverter to charge my phone from now on. Thanks for the info guys!

Seriously took forever to repair something so simple! Was visiting family and needed had a phone break needed to be in and out! Waiter over 3 hours for something really simple! Said something else broke upon dismantle.

Both stores are fantastic and they are fantastic problem solvers and are very concerned about coast to the customer.
