Best place to get any and everything you need for your skin and your hair I just wish I had found this place sooner!

I went to Ulta actually to look at a Hair Dryer I wanted to buy. And compare others to it about same price range. I have to say, they had their hair dryers or most plugged in and displayed so you could test and get a feel for it (speeds, heat, weight and how it felt in hand) Plus, it was next to the Salon Part of the Store. There was a hair stylist (wish I had gotten his name) who was Super helpful!

Everything is so expensive in this store but I love their products !! Have to give it 4 stars because the cashier and sales wasnt to friendly or helpful. But I got what I went there to buy so 4 stars.

Leaha did an amazing job with mine and my children’s hair!! Hands down best stylist in town.

I went to get a haircut because my regular salon was booked until next month. The guy was really friendly and chatty - especially with other people while he should have been paying attention to my hair. I showed him a picture of a long angled stacked layered bob (that he referenced several times), and I walked out with an extremely short, lopsided, choppy mess - that I paid $65 for!!! I cant even begin to express how much I will not be going back!

Definitely the priceyest place u can go to buy make up but its great quality stuff. Expecially the name brand stuff. but u can always find them cheaper online if u dont like going to stores in person. Has a huge selection from make up to hair to perfumes and colognes.

I had a hick up on my online Ulta order and the acting manager reviewed my online list, walked with me through the store to quickly grab the items that were in house, then ordered the rest to be delivered for me. I would have been wandering around forever on my own! Great customer service, at the busiest time of year!

Tori Galloway just did a beautiful job with highlights and a haircut! She is so talented and so sweet! A true artist! I plan on returning! Thank you for making me feel at home and just plain gorgeous!😁💕

I brought my 14 year old in to the salon today to be pampered for her birthday. All I can say is wow! Leah’s Stanley did such an amazing job! My daughter left so pleased. You couldn’t wipe the smile off he face if you tried. Thank you so much!!! I highly recommend Leah!

The employee was very very rude. Asked to speak to a manger & she was much worse. I actually recorded the conversation with the manager and it’s almost comical how awful she was. It was very clear where the employee got her training. Will never ever be back after looking at the o her reviews it look like they are very rude to everyone! They have no clue that the job they hold is to HELP people! So sad and this is why people shop online.

Awful customer service. Wasnt even acknowledged. Well, guess thats not true. I was asked what I was looking for then promptly told to hold on while the associate went to talk to other people. Not a good first impression after I had heard great stuff about this place and their products. Guess Ill just go elsewhere.

I always get Barbara at the Benefit brow bar to do my eyebrow waxes. She always does a fabulous job. They have a wide selection of lower, mid and upper priced beauty products. Since I like to buy beauty products, I usually earn some pretty good coupons and discounts. Nice go-to spot for makeup.

Went there the other day to get highlights and a cut, the highlights looked really good and I loved them but the woman really messed my hair up, it wasnt straight at all and she gave me layers after I said no I didnt want them. But they were nice enough and understanding to give me my money back for the cut.

Julio at Ulta is a keeper. Finding a great stylist is hard enough, let alone, locating a prof who gets my hair in the Clemson/Anderson area. From my first appt with Julio (for a keratin treatment), I knew that I would stay loyal to him as a happy customer. He listens, is consistent, and makes me feel beautiful. He recently colored my hair and I absolutely love It! He just gets the color that I want perfectly (covering my greys in a very subtle way). My recent move to Atlanta has not deterred me from continuing to do my hair with Julio. I wont let anyone else touch it. Feeling very fortunate to have discovered him.

I came in for the $30 makeup tutorial. The lady Hannah was really nice and was even recommended to me yesterday when I made the appointment. I came in with an open mind. Manly wanting to learn more about different brush applications, bright colors, and winged eyeliner. To say the least I was highly disappointed and even ended up with a green nose because of all the fallout from the eyeshadow. Im sure shes good at doing her own makeup, facials, and things like that, but I was simply not happy with the service today. Im happy I ended the session and wasnt charged.Im not going back.

The girls at the clinique makeup section were the sweetest and most helpful Ive met so far at a makeup store. They tried out at least 10 different shades of foundation on me to find the most perfect one, Instead of just grabbing the 1st one in handing it to me.

Large Ulta and I can find most of what I need there. The only thing that prevented 5 stars is that one of the associates completed ignored me, twice, as I walked around. A blonde male. Everyone else is always very helpful!

My perm did not take but the manager made sure I will be able to try again. She gave me some samples to ensure my hair heals well. Customer service was great. I have never been talked down to here. I dont get my hair done often and I dont wear a lot of makeup but anything I do have done will be here. I am confident that IF I am unable to get a perm for whatever reason we will find a solution that gives me the low maintenance I am looking for.

Very helpful. Never know what Im there for, but they can look up my wifes account and get me what i need.

Usually have no problem with Ulta, however today was a different story. I walk in and the lady asks if I need help I tell her yes and she starts rushing to find me my color. She starts to argue with me and tells me that I do not need to go any darker when I know that the makeup she suggested was too light. Maybe if she wouldnt have been in such a rush she could have found my correct color.

Julio Rosado is by far the best hairstylist.

This place is a joke. I made a reservation for my daughters prom for makeup and hair with a month in advance. The day before prom I got a phone call from Ulta beauty services staing that my appointments were cancelled due to them being booked full. Please stay away from this place because they are definitely not professionals!

I came to get my eyebrows done at the Benefit Brow bar there and I can honestly say my eyebrows have never looked better!! They are perfect! I was very nervous, as I had never been there before and my eyebrows are like my babies, but the lovely lady, Barbara, at the counter was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. Her does her job phenomenally! I can honestly say I will be coming back and my eyebrows are on FLEEK. The rest of the employees were super sweet and helpful and I loved shopping there. Will be returning for future eyebrow appointments and purchases! :-)))

I like the store, but the atmosphere which includes the front desk customer is NEVER INVITING!!!! They never speak, nor helpful, and I dont understand why the would not tell their customers that they have enough points to get a discount,Thats baffling to me. It could result into purchasing more. I believe COURTESY is CONTAGIOUS but it starts with the staff. I pray that it will soon get better.

I went to get my hair done with Julio at the salon in Anderson, SC on August 24, 2017. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he said I can do that for you no problem. He ended up leaving bleach in my hair for at least an hour and forty minutes. I would later find out from his coworkers that he left the bleach in twice the maximum time allowed by the manufacturer, which says only 50 minutes max. My hair was destroyed. He took my natural base of 4 to a 12 on its second time being bleached. It has been falling out in clumps. I asked for a soft ombre with a natural blend, but he decided to give me straight lines through my hair.I managed to get a refund from the store uncontested, but still have over a foot of hair missing from my hair that originally went down to my butt directly because of Julios negligence.I had to go to another salon to get my hair fixed. This salon says that they have had 4 clients come in the last month for color corrections from Ulta--specifically, victims of Julio.Doing a bit of research, I discovered that Julio has been working at this salon location for longer than he has had a legal license to practice cosmetology in South Carolina.Ulta ended up filing a claim through their liability insurance.For the sake of your hair: stay the hell away.Attached are the pictures taken by the hairdresser who is fixing my hair before she did anything to it.

The store is nice and has a lot of great products. I do want to add one thing that ruined my experience. While I was looking for a cheap foundation brush... a woman who worked there was like following me around. She kept watching me like i was going to steal something. Im not sure if its cuz I wore a big sweat shirt... or the fact that I only had foundation on. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I will not be going back anytime soon.

So far Ive been In there like 4 times and the ladies always ask it I need help but 2 times I did want to ask questions she basically just sent me to the product I was talking about but seemed like she didnt want to talk to me or help me at all. Im telling her I usually dont buy good makeup and I need help and she wasnt helping at all or recommend anything. It was very disappointing especially that it happened 2 times. The 2nd time was the same lady I had the 1st time and then since she didnt help me when another lady asked me how I was doing I told her and asked a question and she did the same thing. So Im wondering what they are there for if they dont help people.
