Ordered Reputation by Taylor Swift on vinyl. They were really clear on having it on stock which I think they use a great system for. The shipping was also incredibly fast considering it went from the USA to The Netherlands. The vinyl was packaged great, and got delivered in a perfect state.Im very satisfied with how everything was handled here! And Im glad they had the vinyl in stock since its rare.

Amazing selection, definitely a new favorite spot.

There were a couple of bumps in the road but everything was just perfect. I ordered a Funk Firm Achromat turntable mat for my SL-1200 mk2. Not super expensive but to me >$150 for a turntable mat is pretty spendy. The first one arrived warped and the OEM is in the UK and their replacement would be super delayed. After finally talking to James Bantz; he sent me an advance replacement and let me ship the old one back... he also opened the replacement for me and made sure it was flat. (funk firm had a bad batch and this is NOT the fault of ElusiveDisc). Customer service was top notch with great communication all along the way. How can you ask for more?

Disappointing experience. Ordered a record that was listed as ‘in stock’ on the website and received my order confirmation. A couple of weeks later I had still not received a shipping confirmation, so I emailed them and was told it was now on backorder with no estimated fulfilment time. I asked why it had been showing as ‘in stock’ at the time of my order and the changed but received no response.In the end I cancelled and asked for a full refund, which was processed quickly. The two stars are for the quick refund, albeit it’s disappointing that they take money at point of sale if they don’t have the item in stock.Another online record store with poor stock management. Given their prices aren’t particularly great, I’d steer clear in future.

I have always had great service from Elusive Disc. They are fast and their packaging is the best. Recently I had an experience that really cemented my relationship with them. I bought a phonograph cartridge from them 4 months ago. The diamond stylus broke off the end of the boron cantilever. I had a brand new cartridge in 5 days with a return label for the broken one. This was just based on the USB microscope pictures I sent of the end of the cantilever were the stylus had been glued on. You can not possibly ask for better service than this. Bravo!

In the world of Amazon, DIscogs and other online retailers and quick shipping. Elusive disc shipping methods are in the stone age. I brought a few items way over the free shipping range. They sent the package out on 12/8/2020 it is now 12/20 still no package. (note :ordered music with Elusive in late Oct ). USPS media is their method of free shipping. Also many items at Elusive are on backorder. Funny I brought something on Amazon they had what was on backorder at Elusive Disc and for few dollars cheaper and was at my door step with in a few days. This was my first and last purchase with ED .It is now 12/21/2020 still no package!12/22 USPS says package is on it way . Way to go on shipping those records out to me. ED should get a handle on shipping issues.Note: Spoke with Elusive today ZERO help. Will this online store close due COVID 19 my guess yes.12/23/2020 .Still no package12/24/2020 . Still no package. E D said it was sent, but they issued me a full refund. So I think they could not deliver as promised. They also said I can keep the records if delivered . We shall see.12/29 Still nothing .

The guys that work there are very nice. They sell an ship all sorts of records. One of the few places you can still get new vinyl. They are very professional, but yet have their own way of doing things. They talk to you like a normal person. It was more like talking to a friend about music instead of a normal sales person. All in all its a great place to check out.

Elusive Disc went above and beyond the typical customer service one might encounter when making a online purchase. I placed an online order for a few audioquest products. I had a compatability issue with one of the products due to my Android device. After emailing customer support and also speaking with the region rep for audioquest it was determined i needed to replace the product for something that fit my needs and my Android device.
